The whole process of submitting, reviewing, then submitting again feels a bit outdated. Everything is done via Word / Excel docs and can feel clunky. Students are able to take their learning with them beyond the classroom. The learning curve for the tool is high and easy enough for any user audience. We have an older sales force / learning base, but their adoption of the application was quick. The tool also provided meaningful learning experiences, especially when time was taken to make sure the questions were valuable. I also enjoyed the customer service from the team. They were willing to review and upload our questions to the platform, even though it was something the user could do on their end. The administration portal could use some work. It is not entirely user friendly. The data is robust, but the exportation of the data in a visual format is not easy. It would be nice to be able to share dashboard data visually with stakeholders by exporting visual aids, rather than screenshotting their data and sending it off.
