Qrvey's implementation and support in the post-sales process are stellar! They listen to your needs and do their best to assist in getting solutions either creatively using existing features or planning future enhancements. They seem to understand the rigid nature of legacy BI solutions and put their efforts into being both responsive to their clients and being modern in their approach. Hosting cost can be a little hard to predict. The infrastructure pricing is all based on consumption within AWS, so if some unexpected activity spikes up, it can quickly drive up the hosting cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the most frustrating aspects of the Qrvey implementation was this weird "data ballooning" issue, where our data kept expanding beyond what we had estimated. It took a lot of data analysis to figure out what was causing this data issue, but Qrvey eventually figured it out and released a bug fix to address it.
