- hidden communication about payment plans (only 7 days trial) as well as guidance to dynamic QR codes (while a static one would also have done it but I saw the funtionality in a collapsed when the QR code was already printed); suggestion: show somewhere on top that you also can do static QR codes which are "free" (and also work after the trial)
- very strict subscription periods (you can't cancel inbetween and pay for X months instead of X euro per month)
- while QRFY certainly does many things very well and gives a lot of functionality I felt kind of fooled because of the user guidance that is more based on business needs than customer needs
=> but as the team was very supportive after my message and cancelled my subscription (a few days after I've payed) I now feel more positive regarding QRFY. If some things wouldn't be too hidden, it would be an awesome tool and experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service team is very responsive and understanding. I didn't want to sign up for a plan because I only needed the code for a few weeks, and the team was kind enough to allow me to use the code for free for a couple more weeks. QRFY is a model for solution oriented and attentive service. I had billing questions for my employer with relatively little background on the account of my own to draw from, and QRFY's support team responded to every level of my questioning (often in under 5 min by email.) More importantly, their staff focused on the goal that my questions were trying to achieve and didn't allow any barriers to interfere with genuinely creative and out-of-the-box problem solving. You only find out what a company is really like when you have a issue and I had one with a QR Code that went dead for a client of ours.
I have to take my hat off to the all the guys at QRFY, I dropped them an email and as I was not a paying client, I thought I was going have to wait sometime for a response, But what a surprise they replied the same day, and reassured me that they would do everything they could to help, after 3 days of back and forth they done their magic and found a solution, I'm happy, my clients happy, what can I say but a really big thank you. what a professional company and a great bunch of guys to work with

QRFY was extremely responsive with Customer Service. I created a QR Code link to my son's football highlight video. The service was very easy to use as even I was able to figure it out. When I was done with the QR code I reached out to their Support Team and they refunded my money. I will certainly be a Customer moving forward for both business and personal use.
