I work at a large hospital in the marketing department, and very frequently we have to publish Flyers for the general public and internal staff. The ability to generate a QR code, that I can edit later if needed, is priceless! I also like the ability to put our custom logo in the middle of the QR code, and choose from different borders and code designs. There are many things I like about QR.io, but the simplicity is what really stands out to me. It's easy to generate your own custom QR codes in vector format - perfect for use in graphic design projects. Additionally, being able to keep track of each code's scans is a handy feature that has come in useful on more than one occasion. I dislike that I cannot delete QR codes once they're generated. It's possible there's a legitimate reason for this, but I'm stuck with the several test and demo routines I've previously developed. It's possible to customize and brand your QR and create dynamic links. Very useful for any business. The features you get on top of that are splendid. Specific QR categories for V-card, WhatsApp even Paypal and Bitcoin. Works very cool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing missing in QR.io is that you can not use your own URL shortener. All QR's are branded with qr.io shortened links.

Manging public events can be challenging- and products can change with new information, deadlines, or even a late boat with all of your products on it. Before QR.io, I didn't think about customization options for QR codes- I just used the ugly box and lived with it. The development seems to be slowed down - it's been promised to implement CNAME and still no news - to the point that some are complaining if they are still in business or what!

When looking for a premium option I stumbled across QR.io and fell in love with it. Quick and easy initial QR code setup. Also, we love the customizations like adding our brand logo in the center of the code and customizing the look, feel, color, shape, etc of the QR code. Analytics and conversion tracking also seems better than many other providers. And of course, the fact that the QR codes are dynamic is great -- we can change the destination quickly and easily without having to reprint materials if the need arises. That's a huge value add and cost savings on print costs when clients have ever-changing needs for their QR destinations. We'd love to be able to create individual access for clients to just access selected folders of QR codes in the dashboard, while maintaining our agency's ability to see and manage all of them across multiple clients.
