It seems a bit of a hassle to have to add and save a beneficiary to make a payment. Maybe it's someone with whom we won't make any more payments, and then I have to go through the trouble of deleting them. I find that locating the bank account details is not very intuitive, especially when I have multiple accounts. It's one of the rare things that every time I need to look for it, it causes me trouble and I'm not too sure where to find it. This part of the interface could be simplified or made more intuitive.
