I use Qonto for my business account and it is incredibly fast, easy, and immediate. I appreciate that everything is intuitive and sequential, with no doubts about what to do. I work with two other online banks, and Qonto is by far the easiest for searching transactions, viewing statements, and paying F24. I mainly use it from my phone, but when I have more work to do, I use the PC. I opened the account to have an alternative to ordinary banks, and gradually I closed those accounts to remain only with Qonto. Although the initial setup was a bit laborious, it is indicative of the platform's seriousness. I definitely recommend it, I already do, and I seize every opportunity to speak positively about it. Ease of use is a big plus for me: invoice duplication, product list and pricing, and the different filters all make day-to-day work smoother. I also like the simplicity—there isn’t too much information on screen, just what’s needed—while still being comprehensive (invoicing, bank account, accounting, etc.). When I was setting up my company, I deposited my capital in a blocked account with Qonto. Not only did it take several days to validate this deposit, but even after my company was officially registered—and despite Qonto’s promise to release the capital within three days of receiving the Kbis—my funds are still unavailable five days later.

When I call their customer service, as soon as I ask to speak to a manager, they either hang up on me, put me on hold (I waited 45 minutes before giving up), or pretend they can’t hear me anymore. After five days of waiting, when I asked why my capital still wasn’t available, they told me the notary was on vacation—as if that were a valid excuse!

I’ve sent multiple emails to Qonto’s support team, but I haven’t received a single response. I still don’t know when the notary will return from vacation—or if they’ll even bother to review my file (assuming they don’t fall ill in the meantime) and finally release my capital. I have no idea when I’ll actually get my money back.

In short, if you have an issue with Qonto, don’t expect help—because their call center staff are incompetent, give conflicting information, and refuse any discussion beyond “please be patient.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Qonto is super easy to use and all the features are quite clear. If I have any questions, they are answered instantly.
