Following the creation of my company in March 2024, Qonto offered me impeccable and efficient service both in traditional banking and for the management of the share capital of my EURL/SARLU with its partner notary office. Best part of using Qonto was the uncomplicated and pragmatic setup process. Other than the typcial setup process for bank accounts (especially in Germany) it did not take weeks but only a few hours to have a fully functioning account. Lorsque j'ai perdu ma CB, une nouvelle carte virtuelle a été créée en 10 mn, j'ai été épaulé par un conseiller en ligne qui m'a parfaitement conseillés et rassurée quant à la situation et 2 jours après ma nouvelle CB était dans ma boîte aux lettres !
Ce même jour j'ai aussi perdu 2 autres CB venant de banques traditionnelles : une galère sans nom pour récupérer les CB et pourtant il s'agissait aussi de comptes professionels.
