What do you like best about Qomplx?

The QOMPLX team was keen to overcome all the difficulties that we had during the deployment face. Additionally, they have added very nice new functionalities that can be leveraged without extra cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qomplx?

The initial product had many issues in our environment and it took us almost one year to successfully deploy it. We have asked for some customizations for example to adjust the rotation for the password change to 12 months instead of 3 but they never did it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qomplx?

The product has helped us uncover potential security deficiencies in our AD that we didn't know existed or how to fix them. As a Small/Medium size organisation, we just don't have the budget and resources to have a dedicated security team that knows everything there is to know bout AD security and Qomplex has really helped us in that area. "What an amazing service"

What do you like best about Qomplx?

Since we have Qomplx we have a full picture of what goes in and out of our environment. The SOC at Qomplx are highly technical, which provides us with a lot of confidence, and now we can sleep at night knowing they are monitoring 24/7. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qomplx?

What problems is Qomplx solving and how is that benefiting you?

The key differences I find with Qomplex compared to other suppliers, is that that have made their own AD monitoring tool, which has provided massive insight into what happens on our infrastructure. You usually pay a lot for software to provide essential information with regard to group changes, etc.; however, this is just one example of their differences, as there are many more. The other game-changing aspect, which has helped a lot, given everything is now cloud-based, is the ability to fully monitor our O365/Azure on any threats and unusual behaviour that could lead to attacks. "Great company, good SIEM, very dedicated"

What do you like best about Qomplx?

QOMPLX's SOC delivers daily reports, answers questions, and provides alerts in a very timely fashion. The SIEM also provides an overview of our security posture for AD, public domains, and Azure. The SIEM allows searching across events from all of our servers. And they provide a Kerberos monitoring agent for all types of ticket and DC sync attacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qomplx?

"A great all around product"

What do you like best about Qomplx?

I'd like to mention three things:

1) The Kerberos monitoring functionality is the core, and allows your organization to keep that all-important traffic under watch, to be able to react quickly if something malicious happens.

2) The Privilege Access Active Directory data collecting is really useful, and now they added Azure AD too!

3) Last, but not least, the human aspect of working with QOMPLX is a huge asset, their team is always helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qomplx?

Even though all QOMPLX team members I've worked with were super nice, in two years they changed a lot, so sometimes you need to rebuild trust and relationships again. A steadier team would have been easier for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
