The configuration of progress notes (via the forms module) is really detailed. Each form is tied to one or more services that then link to billing matrix setup (for billing), clinical team (for access), credentials (to determine who can enter that kind of service), and really lets us drill down who is documenting what and when. It also lets us use multiple choices, determine required fields, map answers to other parts of the EHR (like the client profile) and eject info into the note from other parts of the profile (to show things like the current diagnosis).
The Credible mobile app is also one of the best mobile EHR apps I have seen, as it allows our clinicians to access thier schedules. start and complete visit documentation, submit forms, They can also add visits and complete notes on the fly.
The fact that Credible is cloud based and available from any internet connected device has been pivotal for our agency effiency when it comes to completing clinical documentation (and thus billing for services) in a timely manner, especially as we have become much more mobile and telehealth based since 2020. The billing functionality is not up to standard with other similar behavioral health EHRs. While the services are highly configurable, the billing module is much more rigid and missing the ability to break down codes and price variations by certain payors, clinical programs, and other demographics that then require a lot of manual fixing or approval.
