**What do you like best about Qobra?**

I appreciate the fact that I can manage all the information of my variable, identify if there are any issues with the data, and compare them with Power BI.
In addition, the automated calculation of percentages provided by the platform is very useful to understand my achievement, and being able to manage everything directly with the competent team through chat

**What do you dislike about Qobra?**

None, on the contrary, I would have a lot of difficulty managing everything without it

Managing the approval of the variable with a single click and not having to write to my Team Leader each time through different channels, but being able to do everything directly within Qobra

My main feedback would be for the initial onboarding. However, their customer support team was very helpful and responsive, which made the process much smoother.

Qobra solves our biggest pain point: the manual and complex management of sales commissions. Now, commissions are calculated automatically, accurately, and transparently. This not only saves us countless hours each month but also builds trust with our sales reps. They know exactly where they stand and what they need to do to earn more.

Qobra's interface and automated messages are user-friendly. I love getting a check every once in a while on where I'm tracking for quarterly quotas and on SPIFFs. It makes the week more exciting. It sends me emails and has a Slack integration which is nice!

I honestly haven't run into any issues with Qobra

At other companies, quota attainment and how that translates into a payout has been a black box all quarter until the very end or after the quarter actually ends. With Qobra, you have visibility in real-time to how you and the team are doing.

The most helpful about Qobra is the ease of Understanding your payroll. Moreover, the trust you can have with it when it calculates the payroll, it has never have failed in my case. It feeds from other tools that fail but never Qobra
