**What do you like best about Qobra?**

Qobra is an amazing tool for tracking my performance and staying motivated. It gives me real-time visibility into my commissions, so I always know where I stand. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, making it simple to check my progress without any hassle. Seeing my earnings update instantly pushes me to stay focused and hit my targets. Depending on the period, I use it daily or weekly to stay on top of my performance.

Honestly, not much! If anything, I’d love even more customization options for how data is displayed, but overall, it does exactly what I need.

All the data that I want to see is there, dashboards are complete and user friendly. The rational is there also and the information is on real time wich facilitates the follow up. I had to contact Customer Service once and they were very gentle and professional, and more imprtant, they solve my problem very fast.

Nothing yet so far, I found that the integration works very well and don't see any flaws. One thing to improve is the mobile experience.

It is very simple to use Qobra, everything is quickly within reach. Whether it's on the dashboard, the discussion tab, or even the commission statements, everything is easy to use, with real-time visuals. The customer support is responsive and facilitates the quick implementation of the software. The ideal tool for companies with compensation that includes variable components.

Easy to understand, easy to find and know how i am doing on my targets.

The implementation and integration with ou CRM  was pretty easy, our Sales OPS did it, we just had to log in. 

I know that my sales ops got the info she needs from the support. Never heard her complain.

No really downside. I better follow up to explain qobra could had been useful to make me want to use it more. Now i go on it every week.

Where i am at on my target, and what i will gain next month. Helps me to easily know how much i can make, how much i got in the past and how much i will be getting next month. Very clear.

What I like best about Qobra is the real-time aspect: we can see our bonus evolving as the closures happen, which greatly improves visibility. This means no more surprises at the end of the month.

Dependent on an administrator who has to manually enter the targets, which can take some time.

We can track the progress of our variable compensation in real-time. This live tracking feature allows us to see how our bonuses are evolving as we achieve our targets, providing immediate feedback and greater transparency throughout the month.

The simplicity of use in tracking and the evolution of my performance. The evolution is almost instantaneous thanks to the integration of performance data retrieved directly from the CRM.

**What do you dislike about Qobra?**

Having a quarterly variable remuneration, notifications of €0 for each case won do not interest me. I would prefer that it triggers when a positive amount is unlocked, for example.

I have the ability to check the accounting files directly from Qbra, allowing me to verify my salary. The interface is clear, it allows me to easily check where I stand and also my past performances.

**What do you like best about Qobra?**

Qobra is an awesome tool for calculating commissions for sales reps, sales specialist, sales managers etc. Qobra is well integrated to CRM systems such as SalesForce and done deals in CRM systems immediately update commissions on various levels on various persons. Qobra can handle multiple roles, multiple revenue streams, multiple currencies, different quotas/budgets etc. It's all easy to view and creates full transparency for everyone. Qobra can hande very complex calculations, yet making them easy for everyone to understand. For me as a sales director; i can a perfect overiview of myself, my team etc. It's by far one of the best sales tools I have ever worked with - truly recommend it!

Nothing - I have no problems what so ever!

Complex calculations are made easy. 
Deals in different currencies end op in sales compensation in one currency. 
Transparency; everyone get's it and understands the compensation and also what to work for; deals with higher pay out.

I don't usually leave comments, but I quickly adopted Qobra, which really makes it easier for me to read, understand, and track my commissions. The interface is super intuitive and allows for clear tracking of the progress of each type of commission (contract renewal / upsell / acceleration). I no longer have to wonder about what amount will be paid when, or which sum pertains to a team or individual target. Not to mention that we receive humorous gifs to notify us of the gains! Addictive! ;)

To date, I haven't yet found any areas for improvement. The tool is much more pleasant than the platform we had before.

Strengths

- Clear calculation and validation workflows, which speed up monthly closings.

- Transparency for sales reps: they can track their commissions in real time, which reduces repetitive questions.

- Easy to run simulations and check different commission scenarios.

- Overall, much more reliable than spreadsheets when it comes to tracking and approving commissions.

There are a few areas where improvements could be made. Uploading data from the source is not always seamless, so I still have to perform manual checks and make adjustments each month. Additionally, the reporting features could offer greater flexibility and customization to better suit specific requirements. Enhanced automation for detecting data inconsistencies and errors prior to validation would also be a valuable addition.

I like several things about Qobra, my favourite piece of kit to have open on my tabs all day and sometimes night ahaha!

Dashboards with 'ranking on attainment' in my team allow for healthy competition in hitting targets. I have been using this platform for several years now and I am really satisfied with its practicality. The interface is clear, intuitive, and very easy to handle. Whether it's to check bonuses with details or track objectives, everything is visible from the dashboard with one click.

But what appeals to me the most is the responsiveness of the support. If there is a disagreement on the calculation of the variable, we can chat directly with the sales ops to correct it. It's reassuring to know that there is always the possibility to challenge the data if needed.
The interactivity between the sales and the manager is a real plus. The platform allows for smooth and instant communication, which facilitates exchanges on performance and expectations. This makes the management of objectives and compensation much more transparent and collaborative.

In short, it is a complete, modern, and very well thought-out solution. I highly recommend it.

What I would improve would be greater connectivity with the CRM in order to be able to make compensation projections before the files are billable, in order to gain visibility.

I like the centralized structure.  Our finance team set it up in an easily understandable way, and we can communicate within the tool.  From an end-user perspective, it is simple to apprehend.

**What do you dislike about Qobra?**

This is a really small detail, but when we have a manager's input overide number to enter, I can fill it out just fine, but I cannot access what I entered after I have filled it out the first time.  In other words, I entered plenty of details about why I'm manually inputting some achievement data, but when I want to double check what I wrote, I can't find that info anywhere.  I can only overwrite it with a new description.

**What problems is Qobra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The whole compensation plan was rather opaque for everyone prior to implementing Qobra.  ICs had little visibility on how their contributions were counting toward their objectives and had to trust the system entirely.  Since we implemented this system, everyone can track their individual and team targets, helping with anticipation and ensuring there are no issues at the end of the pay period.

It is also a good way to follow my opportunities, to see who signed and who churned : very useful at the end of the month
I use it everyday, and the integration with Salesforce is honestly flawless. 
Regarding the customer support and about the ease of implementation of the tool, I only received positive comments.

Simplicity of understanding. Few screens that goes straight to the point. Simply a well design tool for sales.

I think they could just have somewhere where we see your commission calculation in details instead of having to have your mouse on the amount line and see detail. Nothing to signam otherwise.

To be totally fair, on my side, I was satisfied with our previous solution but I have to say that Qobra makes it even simpler for me and especially for administrators. One feature I have to say I love is the emails they send you with gifs to tell you you have a commission.
