**What do you like best about Qobra?**

Very easy to navigate solutions which is always up to date- I really appreciate I can access updated information everytime I need to and it s clear. Desing of Qobra is super easy to follow and even someone who didnt have previous experience with it, it was easy to learn how it works. Implementation with recieving updates by email are also very helpful, so frequently I dont have to open it but I just log in to my email, recieve notification and can be redirected to the Qobra to double check.

**What do you dislike about Qobra?**

I havent discover downsides. I am happy user.

Keeping track with my performance at real time. Being regularly and transparently updated.

As a Sales Manager, I find it remarkable how clearly my team members’ achievements are displayed in their statements. The way their successes are highlighted is not only motivating for the team but also inspiring for me personally. The platform is very easy for both me and my team to use. We rely on it almost every day, regularly checking our Qobra sheets. It’s truly motivating to see how a single deal can impact our earnings so visibly.

At times, I think the way the commission plans are calculated could be explained more clearly.

The fact that we have all the details clearly. And that when you hover over it, you can see the calculation details. Overall, it is quite ergonomic and user-friendly.

I find that the last part, at the very bottom where the deal details are, is less clear. All the columns make it look like an Excel table. And it's a shame compared to the rest of the interface, which is quite modern.

Thanks to this, I can see my variables throughout the month easily. It allows me to have a vision of how to organize my month and know my percentage in a few clicks.

I work for an AI company who implemented Qobra as a commission tracking software. As a seller for 10+ years, Qobra is the best experience I've had for tracking commissions within quarter, aligning tracking clawbacks, and ensuring quotas and attainment are meant. I love the transparency of the platform

As a seller, Qobra keeps score of how you rank against other sellers. This is great from a competitive perspective but would be nice if there was setting to turn off.

Commission tracking and sales performance ranking. We also use it to flag with revops if there are any discrepancies in what we've sold versus our commissions

Qobra is a user-friendly tool that was introduced to our company; what I like best about it is that it gives me insights about how I am doing when it comes to sales, percentages of my objectives, and how much I would be having as commissions in the coming months.

I don't honestly dislike a lot of things on Qobra; however, something that I would suggest to make the platform easier to understand is the percentages and statistics of the quarter.
Maybe if you would explain in small boxes how these percentages are calculated, it would be more helpful for us employees to track them easily.

Qobra is making my life easier as a commercial; I don't have to calculate my commissions on Excel sheets. It helped me save a lot of time and avoid mistakes that I may have done.

I really appreciate the user-friendly interface. All the information is gathered in one comprehensive space, with all the links clearly visible. So far, Qobra is the best tracking solution for variable commission that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. On top of that, their Customer Support team is top notch! Always pleasant and ready to assist in any kind of ask!

Simple and Efficient Partner Compensation ManagementI really appreciate the simplicity of the interface, which is very easy to use. Qobra allows us to perform different types of partner compensation calculations with great flexibility. The automation features and automatic reminders save a lot of time and reduce manual tasks, which makes the process much more efficient.

So far, nothing. I am just starting to use the software and everything has been smooth and intuitive.

Qobra has allowed us to automate partner invoicing, which used to be a very time-consuming and complex process done manually on Excel. Now, we can easily calculate the compensation we owe our partners on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. Been using the tool for a few months now and so far there’s nothing I really dislike. Everything works smoothly, and the experience feels seamless.

Qobra has been super helpful for me to stay up to day on my closed won business, commission, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. It also helps me keep track of my quota and how many more deals I need to hit 100%.

I honestly can't really think of anything, besides maybe update from Salesforce more regularly? But there's a way to do that manually in  Qobra so it's not a big deal.

**What problems is Qobra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure nothing falls in between the cracks, and as a AE all of my commission statements are readily available. Also helps me stay on top of my closed won deals and quota attainment, and motivates me to close even more deals to see the potential commission I can make for going over 100%.

As the title says, Qobra is very easy to use and the layout of the dashboard is user-friendly.  Approvals are easy to manage as well.  Lastly, the currency conversion is quite helpful since we are a France-based company, but operate globally.

I really like the idea behind Qobra, having a single place to track variable compensation and performance in real time.
It helps avoid manual errors and endless Excel sheets.
The interface looks modern, and the concept of automated calculations is great in theory.

The tool is still quite difficult to use on a daily basis.
Many parts of the platform are only available in English, and the structure with multiple lines and columns isn’t very intuitive.
It’s sometimes unclear how the calculations are made or how to interpret the data.
When I used to work with another payroll software, each line had a short explanation that appeared when hovering over it, that was extremely helpful.
A similar feature in Qobra would really improve clarity and understanding.
A clearer onboarding process, better in-app explanations, and multilingual support would make a big difference.

Qobra has a beautiful user interface that is easy to use and understand. I can see exactly where I'm at in ay quarterly achievement and know exactly how much I will be paid out - which is really helpful in case there are any discrepancies between my Qobra dashboard and my paycheck. So easy to get setup and keeps me motivated to sell sell sell! They even send out weekly recaps (which can be changed to monthly) to keep you exactly in the know so you don't necessarily have to log-in all the time.

When I am having a rough quarter, Qobra reminds me! All jokes aside, it's a great product. Maybe some more advanced customization options could be improved - for example, more flexibility in dashboards and reporting would be helpful.
