I really like the level of Customer care that is available throughout go-live preparation and ongoing post-go-live. Our Customer Success Manager is always on hand to share best practices, help us navigate new admin tasks and help us get the best out of the platform - this is something that I have not experienced with other platforms. The platform is fully customisable and allows our idea to execution process to be mirrored in the platform. The platform can also be branded heavily so it reflects our organisation branding closely - it looks like our platform and not a third party app. The level of customisation does require time and effort to learn and navigate, but the rewards are worth it. Our customer success manager is always on hand to help us with anything new. This way it is possible to prepare several campaigns in advance and have the peace of mind that the stage-gate process is followed automatically. As an innovation manager you can then concentrate on the task of generating engagement within the innovators which tends to get neglected if too much effort goes into keeping the process going. It takes therefore quite a bit of time in the beginning until everything is working as intended. Within the past year we were able to launch two new products for our customers which started as ideas. We were also able to optimse several internal processes. The entire idea review process can be tailored to the needs of the customer organisation, including putting in any number of review stages, creating custom email notifications, creating multiple levels of categorization (on the platform-level, on the campaign-level, based on user data like the department a user belongs to, etc.). Having an idea management process that is tailored to the specific organisation's corporate hierarchy is really important because it ensures that ideas will actually get seen and reviewed. The system adapts to the existing organisational hierarchy, rather than the organisation having to adapt to the system. This is essential because it means that the process is mostly automated, so ideas will always be funneled to the right people who need to review them (team leaders, HR, Marketing, etc.) at every stage of the process. **What do you dislike about Qmarkets Impact-Driven Innovation Software?** The downside of everything being very customizable is that you will likely require some tutorials to learn how to navigate all of the menus and options. It covers almost all the possible scenarios which can happen in the cycle of ideation to innovation to its commercialization. Qmarket portal provides a lot of features and flexibility to customize it to organisation requirements. The response time of Qmarket team for resolving the issues is commendable. Almost all the time team was able to resolve the problem within short duration of time. New features like having two-tier of review committee have made the product more user-friendly and robust. **What do you dislike about Qmarkets Impact-Driven Innovation Software?** Personally faced many issues after the system up-gradation took place. I am sure there will be a dedicated testing team assigned to test the product but my suggestion is to please test the new version completely considering all the possible scenarios user will face before launching or upgrading the old version. The feature for attaching similar ideas should be improved it is limited by the fact that you can only attach the idea as a parent. Also, multiple relation hierarchy feature while attaching is not visible: If I make child idea as parent idea for some another idea then ideally in the grandparent idea child and grandchild idea should be visible. Each report can be filtered, grouped and displayed as graphs by date, profile fields, categories, tenant, and campaign. They can be exported as images, PDF or excel file. Reports can be subscribed by mail on weekly or monthly bases, to get the updated file by mail. Integrations with 3rd party providers like Google Analytics, Power BI or Hotjar are easily possible (subject to separate license). Qmarkets used to have a mobile solution, but purposefully switched away from it 3 years ago. The reason we made the change is that mobile apps are always a simplified subset of the full system functionality, which are often 2 to 3 generations behind the actual system. We decided that we wanted our clients to always have full system functionality (including admin etc.) rather than a compromise and so we now focus system responsive design which gives every user full functionality of our system on whatever device they are using and in accordance with their system role etc. This means that mobile apps are not on our roadmap. However, several of our clients enable their users to access our system on their mobiles via MDM (Mobile Device Management software) which allows the client’s IT administrators to control, secure, and enforce policies on smartphones, tablets and other endpoints. This helps to optimize the functionality and security of mobile devices within the enterprise while simultaneously protecting the corporate network As this is a responsive designed solution and available at any time, it can be run by any mobile browser. There is no IT effort involved and users can use it on personal and work devices.
