The layout of each system is clear and easy to navigate. The functionality makes daily tasks easy for good timemanagement and productivity. The customer support I have received has been second to none. **What do you dislike about Qintil Learning, Recruitment and Staffing?** No thing specific comes to mind. I had issues with one function, which was initially inbuilt as a safety feature, however it wasn't applicable to our staffing rotation needs. This was explained to the team at Qintil, after being justified they enabled an override feature. **What problems is Qintil Learning, Recruitment and Staffing solving and how is that benefiting you?** The suite of software is allowng for implimentation of e-learning, easy auditing functions on compliance of staff, a hub for all our recruitment acitivity, an effective system for implimenting our invoicing/payroll. We have discussed more options around quality assurance, which the team are now working on updating and implimenting across SM and RM which is amazing! ### 2. Learning Manager keeps it very simple and allows me to access my documents any time, any place. Recruitment Manager also has made my work life so much easier, as it allows me to bulk download all applicants and the source in which they came through - making my reporting so much more accurate and insightful. **What do you dislike about Qintil Learning, Recruitment and Staffing?** Not at the moment, but I also know that if any concerns/issues were to arise that the Qintil team would be there to support us! **What problems is Qintil Learning, Recruitment and Staffing solving and how is that benefiting you?** From a marketing perspective, it helps to better target audiences as it is much simpler to track where applicants have come in from. The tool is effective and does what is it supposed too. Increases engagement with our staff and helps them to track their shifts, learning and timesheets in one place. The app even links with google maps to provide directions to the location they are booked to work. The ease of adding shifts is a massive plus, we can add shifts and confirm with staff within a few clicks which increases the productivity of our internal staff. The bulk upload option allows us to take shifts off the portals we use and import 100s of shifts into the system at once. **What do you dislike about Qintil Learning, Recruitment and Staffing?** The reporting on recruitment manager needs impovement so we can get more data on the pipeline. Learning manager could do with some more filters to be able to quickly see candidates that are not compliant and easily contact them if possibe direct from learning manager. Bulk upload can sometimes be slow - takes 45 mins to upload NHS shifts for example. **What problems is Qintil Learning, Recruitment and Staffing solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us to increase how much work each person in the business has the capacity to do and has reduced our admin time. ### 8.
