It is quite difficult to figure out or find things. The QCBD program is far from intuitive, and figuring out how to find certain documents or trainings is a pain. I like the Modules. In particular, I use the document module. It shows me in real-time the latest version of a form, procedure, or work instruction. Easy to utilize and store reports can follow up and coming alignments and approval documentation.
