"Excellent for All Sizes of Lab, Highly Flexible, Great to Work With"
4.5/5
What do you like best about QBench?

The flexibility is amazing. We were able to dial it into our process in a short amount of time and quickly see a path to implementation. The team have been great to work with, helping us figure everything out and readily available for any questions. It is a very capable piece of software, and they are updated it with new features and added value continually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

There is a learning curve. Prior experience with Excel or VBA greatly helps with the type of mindset necessary to fully utilize the strengths of the software. If your process is already well documented, they can help you implement it, reducing the workload administartors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Talent that needs direction"
3.5/5
What do you like best about QBench?

The many features of QBench allow for ease of information organization and retrieval. There is an abundance of features which can be utilized for nearly any systemic requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

There is little direction when organizing the features of QBench. Our organization has not been able to utilize the features QBench provides due to a lack of training/direction. Greater customer support and training would greatly assist with our partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Experience Using QBench"
5/5
What do you like best about QBench?

We've been working with QBench for about 8 years now. QBench is a modern, modular, and highly customizable LIMS, that provides our laboratory the flexibility to keep up with the ever-changing requirements placed on us by regulatory bodies and our customers. Its APIs are robust, the customer service team is local/responsive, and the cost structure is reasonable/scalable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

Some of the custom development we perform takes longer than we would like, but overall we are very happy with their service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible LIMS system for clinical laboratory"
4/5
What do you like best about QBench?

The abillity for our lab to create new worksheets, adapt code for new trials, export data simply Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

The written materials to explain how to do new things such as batching are not easy to follow, so we end up spending days of trial and error to get things to work.

we use it for biobank locations and the search of locations is slow and ineficcient and you can have more than one sample saved in the location with no notification that that has happened. This is a big issue for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"QBench is an extremely versatile system that allows for tweaking and growth"
4.5/5
What do you like best about QBench?

We really appreciate QBench for being so versatile. Our lab is on the smaller side and focused on geochemistry and energy production, so no LIMS is going to be exactly suited to what we need out of the box. Instead, we were given the tools to adjust the system to what we needed. Moreover, we'll continue to grow and change, and I can see how we'll keep tweaking QBench to provide what we need in the future. Once I got a handle on how it works, I've found QBench very straightforward to manage. In addition, Ashley was great to work with and answered all our questions promptly, or was able to get back to us if she didn't know the answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

The system makes some assumptions about its users' workflows that don't easily fit what we need. For example, there are some ways we'd like to track samples' analysis progress that aren't supported by QBench. That being said, we've so far been able to find creative workarounds. The learning curve is also a little steep at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Recent and successful QBench implementation"
5/5
What do you like best about QBench?

We found QBench configuration very user friendly and straight forward, with a process that guided us through the initial setup and all the way to the go-live stage.

Our QBench account manager was very responsive and knowledgable, which added an extra layer of confidence through the process.

QBench is a software designed with the laboratory needs in mind, and the process flows very naturally, offering settings and tools that fit our operation extremely well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

Rather than a downside, it is an imperative need on the part of the user to know their operation very well. This is a requirment to define the system configuration and fields in the right way from the beginning since changing it later although it is simple, may have much rather implication, especially if QBench is integrated with other systems.
