## About QBench
Labs deserve more than just another LIMS. They need a complete operating system for modern laboratory operations. QBench delivers exactly that – transforming how labs handle everything from order placement to sample processing to automated reporting. Think of QBench as your lab's operating system. Simple. Powerful. Adaptable. While other LIMS solutions force labs into rigid structures with heavy custom code and vendor dependency, QBench flows with your needs. It bends. It adapts. And when your processes evolve, QBench evolves with you. Here's what sets QBench apart: First, it adapts to your secret sauce. Every lab has its own distinct workflow, its own rhythm. QBench honors that uniqueness by offering unparalleled configurability. You shape the workflows. You define the data fields. You stitch together the automations. And through it all, QBench's team of former bench scientists works alongside you, offering expert guidance and value-added workflow suggestions. Next, it automates the tedious parts of lab work. Through its file parsers and robust API, QBench connects seamlessly with your existing instruments and systems, creating a unified ecosystem where data flows automatically. No manual data entry. No transcription errors. Reliable automation that lets your team focus on what truly matters: the science. Finally, QBench brings everything together in one powerful platform. Track inventory in real time. Give clients instant access to their results through a dedicated portal. Generate insights through built-in analytics. And maintain the highest quality standards with an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) that keeps you audit-ready, always. QBench empowers laboratories to work smarter. It's cloud-based, so you're always connected. It's secure, so your data stays protected. And it's constantly evolving, just like the science it supports.

 ### 10. QBench makes life easy!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emilee E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2024

**What do you like best about QBench?**

QBench makes tracking a sample from start to finish easy. When I want any information on a particular sample, I can look up the sample ID and find out when the sample was received and who sent it, details about sample preparation, how many times we have run the sample and any additional notes in relation to the sample, all in one place.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

Sometimes QBench can be very slow which makes it hard to upload large batches of data, which we frequently need to do at Trilogy. If notes are not put in in a certain way in our Excel sheet, the data may not transfer properly to QBench, which can be frustrating.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to track inventory by batch, which is helpful for knowing how quickly we go through certain inventory items and making sure we always have what we need. It makes audits easier because everything is in one place.

**What do you like best about QBench?**

Can find anything with search tab. Be it slide or inventory. I use that search function very othen.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

The Qbench gets very slow often. It takes seconds to load one page. By solution provided by cusomoer service team - of creating divisions, it does increase speed. But takes time when it loads more than 1000 samples

 ### 21. QBench is a reliable LIMS that has expanded our capabilities and enhanced our workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

The QBench team is very responsive and will work with you to customize the platform to fit your needs.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

Making formatting changes to templates and reports may require some programming knowledge, otherwise the QBench support team will need to help you.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QBench provided a platform for us to track and trace our orders and samples. We have many different teams all working on the same orders simultaneously and we can easily monitor the progress of our orders so that we can deliver on time. QBench also is a platform with complete traceability which signficantly improved our quality management system and data logging efficiency.

 ### 22. QBench : G2 Review Product Rating and Feature Ranking for our QC Laboratory

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erika D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

QBench is very similified with data entry, assigning assays, adding/modifying assays, entering/reporting results, etc. I also appreciate the fact that you can type in part of the description in the search field and it will quickly populate any results with that piece of information.

It was very easy to implement and integrate this LIMS system into our laboratory workflow, and we use it Monday-Friday when we are in the laboratory. Customer support is usually quite prompt when answering service calls too, which is very much appreciated.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

As we discussed on a recent call with QBench, we are looking forward to learning more features that work specifically for our department. We have found with this particular LIMS system, and the knowledge we possess from adjusting various parameters, is that it is a bit difficult to easily run the types of reports we need when our customer asks for specific requests. I also dislike the fact that we have to rely on Customer Support to modify some features and/or pay more money, for sometimes what seems to be the simplest of features (e.g. just building a report type that has a standing statement on the bottom of it-- it forces us to manually adjust these fields which can lead to an increase in error).

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QBench allowed for us to move from an "archaeic" system to one that easily can be relied upon for traceability and data entry/storage purposes. It is much easier to find information in this system. It was also helpful to create a file parser that could be uploaded from our pathogen detection software to QBench.

We are hoping moving forward that QBench will be assisting us with moving many of our Excel COAs and manual inventory management to QBench instead.

**Official Response from Nicholas Evans:**

> We're glad to hear that QBench has simplified your data entry and workflow integration in your laboratory. Thank you for your feedback on reports. We are working on an enhanced reporting/analytics solution that will allow you to select specific fields for a data export. This should help you meet any specific customer report requests. We're excited to get your feedback on an early version and will reach out when we have a preview of it. In terms of the reliance on our team to modify some features, it sounds like we need to get you onto our new visual report editor, which allows you to make changes easily. Please reach out our Customer Success team and they can show you how to migrate to the new visual report editor.

 ### 23. Great LIMS platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peyton D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

As someone who uses QBench on a daily basis, there are many things I like about the system. First, QBench is highly customizable. This allows you to define your workflows instead of having the software company define a strict set of workflows for you that may not be exactly what you need. Also, the customer support has been very responsive and helpful, and they have an API that is easy to use and allows for integration of outside automations and data analysis using data that you have stored in their system.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

Bulk actions in the system take awhile to reflect in the UI. It would be nice to see some speed improvements to cut down on this loading time.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Along with standard LIMS features, Qbench stands apart from the competition in allowing us to solve the problem of test progress obscurity in our buisness. With Qbench, we are able to ensure that zero tests get overlooked, which is an impressive feat for a high throughput laboratory doing many assays. This is something we struggled with using other LIMS providers.

 ### 24. Life made easier with Qbench

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

Visibility. Between the infinitely customizable dashboard and the distinct order, sample and test level views. You can see what's going on in your workflow quickly and easily. The dynamic search functions, with the funnels, mean you are never more than a few key strokes from the data you need. The communication and support from their team, means you can have an answere to a question in real time.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

I don't have much to say in tearms of a true negative. Their passion in iteration, has been a net positive for us. Whenever there seems to be a limit in a function of Qbench. They are constantly adjusting the system to meet our needs. I would say that the weekest point of Qbench, is that they have not figured how to read our minds. At least not yet.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Comprehensive data / information management. Daily sample data customer date. QC and data analytics.

 ### 25. The team at Qbench has always gone out of their way to support our Lab.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

QBench is incredibly flexible. We have a fairly complex lab with a huge set of variables. Additionally we are constantly making changes to improve and automate our processess which forces changes to how we use QBench. Since we started, the team at Qbench has gone out of their way to say yes to the changes that we have needed. They have helped us problem solve and been extremely patient as we navigated our way through this process. The Customer Portal is also a huge asset for us. Our customers are saying that it looks good, but more importantly that it is easy to use. The fact that we can onboard a company in half an hour is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

It is a very robust system so the only downside is that we are still learning all of it's functionality.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We seperate each sample for testing on at least 10 different machines. Qbench allows us to barcode each sub sample and keep track of them as they go through the lab. With the new spreadsheet features we are also able to use Qbench to give us an overall picture of production in the lab at a glance on a real time basis. Also the ease of creating Certificates of Analysis is very helpful.

 ### 26. User Friendly, Responsive, and Functional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashlee B. | Testing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2024

**What do you like best about QBench?**

Streamline workflow and very easy to use. The support team is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

Feature requests sometime take longer than expected.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a third party testing lab we process a lot of material. Qbench makes entering, data recording, and reporting seemless and efficient.
We appreciate the time saving shortcuts (features) when processing high volumes.

 ### 27. As simple or complicated as you need it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul H. | Quality Assurance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2024

**What do you like best about QBench?**

Customizability is great. It allows functionality whenever you need it and doesn't overcomplicate simple workflows. The team and support is great as well.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

It can be a little complicated to configure to begin with but the implementation team helps greatly.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qbench allows us to track samples, assays, bill customers, and generate COA reports all auditable.

 ### 28. Comprehensive, Informative, Responsive and Always Helpful.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

In comparison to previous LIMS/LIS systems we have used in the past, QBench has been a lot more simple to set up for our assay. With a short learning curve, order creation, sample and test organization, worksheets and automations have been implemented and customized to meet our quality expectations with complete logs in history, simple sample tracking and inventory management. In addition, tech support has been an absolute pleasure as the engineers are prompt to respond and have always found a solution in reasonable time.

My team has been using QBench every day for about a month now and with training and familiarity, our processes have never been smoother.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

If one is unfamiliar with .json, it may be difficult to format reports and incorporate more complex needs into the worksheets and labels.

Customer portal works as intended, but the customers cannot view their patient information. This can cause some confusion in the event there are two (or more) separate patients with the same name and DOB.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Information log trails, having a home for patient information and results, being a trigger hub for sending out insurance information and reports to applicable parties.

 ### 29. Out of the box user-friendly platform with limitless custom features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2024

**What do you like best about QBench?**

I can't fathom a time before we used QBench. The customizable worksheets, flexible filtering and views, and print documents are invaluable. Working with their project managers and engineers to build our site was a friendly back and forth until we were completely satisfied, and we were able to go live on some features while still hammering out details elsewhere.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

There is a small learning curve, but I believe every user willing to get the hang of the system will be pleased with the results.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We save hours of manpower every day using the batching and print document features, not to mention the data integrations that are set up to upload data directly into worksheets.

 ### 30. Used semi-weekly to create/use inventory items

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about QBench?**

Printable labels with code makes searching quicker

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

Difficult to re-inventory an item if accidentally "consumed"

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps track of remaining volume of inventory

 ### 31. Robust, flexible, and comprehensive LIMS platform with tools to automate and optimize your workflow.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

QBench has many upsides to its implentation. They have a responsive team that is quick to address any questions and concerns. The platform itself is flexible and is capable of being modified to any use case, with mine being a ISO 17025 lab, they have made all requisit minor changes needed to ensure tracability. They have many features that I have yet to even fully implement related to furthur optimization like instrument integration, and these features are accessible to a relatively tech savy individual. I am not a coder, but have fully developed a comprehensive API solution for some customers to better and more quickly access their data.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

They have dealt with some employee turnover that has negatively effected my project's timeline. Being a cloud based LIMS, there is sometimes lag that is either related to the connection or how the platform is coded. Saving large batches of tests may take prolonged periods of time.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Comprehensive test collection and data collection tool. QBench tracks all test data generated in our lab, streamlining our process and keeping our entire workflow of data in one location. All our data review is either already taking place in qbench or is planned to, and this saves tremendous time to get data to our customers quicker.

QBench may come with a challenging learning curve at first, but their customer service is always available to help. You can easily reach out to ask questions, or request a new feature that may be specific for your lab's needs.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QBench is helping my lab to keep track of physical sample locations, as well as where each sample is within our workflows. This allows for detailed organization, as well as being able to reference information months or years later.

 ### 34. Sample Intake Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsey S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

How easy it is to upload samples using an Excel template. The interface of the system is user friendly and for the most part self explanatory. I mostly only work with entering samples not uploading data or reporting out of Qbench. Customer support is great too!

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

We are trying to roll out QBench for all our clients to report directly through QB but we are still working on some issues because we are a cannabis lab so we have to find work arounds for certain testing and reporting.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting directly from QB rather than using Google Sheets for reporting. Helps streamline.

 ### 35. Qbench is a great tool to have.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gil C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

Qbench is easy to navigate. Any change that we ask for, the Qbench team is quick to help us the best they can.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

I have yet to find something I dislike about Qbench.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qbench is able to catorgize the hundreds of samples we receive weekly, in a simple easy to read way. It makes looking up information on samples only a few clicks away.

 ### 36. Qbench Review

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2024

**What do you like best about QBench?**

I like all of the different features and it's customizability. It really can do a multitude of tasks and houses our information well.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

I dislike that it can be glitchy at times. It can make it hard to determine who made an error wheather it was on our end or qbenches. We have recieved a few customer complaints because of issues that QBench has no way of fixing.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qbench is helping us implement a system for flagging experiation dates and this will help us with audits.

**Official Response from Nicholas Evans:**

> Thank you for your feedback! Please reach out to customersuccess@qbench.com related to the glitches you mentioned so we can get more specifics and look at those with you. We'll do our best to improve the app performance in the specific areas where you've had issues.

 ### 37. Great experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about QBench?**

Qbench is incredibly user friendley and offers a number of integrations that help our business operate efficiently. The team at Qbench is great and quick to offer support when needed. It has been especially helpful as our lab has continued to scale.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

The billing integration could use some work. There are a few more out of the box solutions we'd like to see implemented.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling, chain of custody, data storage, client billing, inventory, lab testing

**Official Response from Nicholas Evans:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you find QBench user-friendly and that it has been helpful as your lab has continued to scale. We appreciate your feedback about the billing integration. We are working on an updated version that will sync to many more accounting systems! Please get in touch with our Customer Success team to learn more about it.

 ### 38. Integral part of our business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Farming | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

QBench ties together all aspects of our business as a private testing lab. It's our primary database for pendings tests, tracking customers, and automation.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

It does not cover all of our lab needs, and occasionally there are some fairly simple features that are missing, but the team is pushing new features regularly. One example that comes to mind is the ability to do bulk actions on a variety of data types (e.g. batches).

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking our customer orders, what tests to run, who will be running the tests, the status of tests, generation of reports, access for customers to reports in the customer portal. We also use it to track documents (approvals, etc.), equipment (status and maintenance schedules), and corrective/preventive actions.

 ### 39. Easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2024

**What do you like best about QBench?**

Search and filter function is very specific to filter individual criteria to find what I need.
It is easy to find all the previous reports for my client to do some statistical analysis.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

Takes long time to generate reports, takes long time to search/filter.
Very difficult to customize report, every small change need to go through the Qbench support for help.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is keeping all the data and sample information compliance to ISO standard.

 ### 40. Adaptable software to suit even the most unique businesses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alix B. | Director of Commercial Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

It is easy to create divisions to suit a particular type of testing. This was very important recently for our business and we have created something that works well for our customers.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

There are some areas where the arrows are very small and it's hard to identify that there is a drop down menu. I believe this will be addressed in future updates. The date formatting is the main struggle because I am based in the UK and it's in a US format.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, QBench provides a customer portal and allows easy submission of samples. From the lab perspective we can manage our testing, inventory, documents and quickly see what needs to be updated, what reviews need completed and what we need to issue for our customers.

 ### 41. QBench works very well, besides a few things.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2024

**What do you like best about QBench?**

How it is organized and set up. Very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

It can be slow, and sometimes does not do what I tell it to do, so I have to go back in and do it again. I also wish there was a sort out button.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QBench makes it easy to find what you need and easy to use and organize daily tasks and inventory.

 ### 42. Love the system!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick C. | Lab Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2022

**What do you like best about QBench?**

The system is very customizable. If you can imagine it, you can develop it on QBench. The customer support is helpful and responsive. The team is willing to work with you to develop new features.

The addition of automations was a great addition.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

Sometimes it is difficult to understand the vocabulary for all the different levels of QBench. Also, since the system is so customizable you really need to know what you want.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QBench is our laboratory's clinical LIMS system.
We also use QBench to manage our equipment maintance program and our laboratory inventory.

**Official Response from Nicholas Evans:**

> Thank you for your valuable feedback, Nick! We're thrilled to hear you find our customer support helpful and responsive.

 ### 43. QBench has allowed us to customize many aspects to acheive max efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

The ability to customize most aspects has been very beneficial for us. From simple things like adding fields at the test and sample level to larger things like automations for file parsers and linking to third pary sites.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

At the moment one of the main issues is speed overall (page loading, search capability, file parsing, etc). The search capability is great, but it's slow and cumbersome. It can be improved by having a nested filter that displays results as filter criteria are input.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly efficiency in managing samples from intake, to prep, to analysis and to final report output.

 ### 44. Extremely flexible platform that continues to grow with its users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

QBench has 3 key advantages over other similar Laboratory Info Management Systems (LIMS) on the market.

1) It is very cost effective, with tiered pricing that scales up as the platform users scale with additional modules for purchase, similar to other SaaS products. Many competitive LIMS on the market have a large upfront fixed cost, structured like large equipment sales.
2) The platform itself is extremely open. I am able to access all of my data via API and trigger external automations and analytics that are unique to my team's needs through an SNS queue with notifications managed by QBench. Additionally, the web portal offers both low/no-code solutions for a typical use case, but allows advanced users to write Jinja templates with embedded JS to build on the base platform. You can use their base test calculation worksheets for any application from a simple log or spreadsheet to theoretically serving an embedded SPA.
3) The engineering team is extremely responsive and lays out a clear path of priorities w.r.t. feature development. They are very receptive to new ideas and want to learn what the common and uncommon use cases and pain points are with the current system. The system truly has grown with the userbase as new features and modules are added on an ongoing basis.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

Some of the modules such as inventory, invoicing, and QMS are loosely built out. They exist and they work for their main purpose, but I'll sometimes find that the API isn't fully connected to these features, or that once you get into the API, their structure is a little confusing. Again, engineering is quick to work with us on any issues where a module isn't doing what it should.

The low/no-code space is a very recent development for QBench, and it can be somewhat cumbersome. At the end of the day, the JSON on the backend is exactly the same whether you use Jinja or the no-code worksheets, but I find that the setup for the no-code structure often isn't worth the hassle. With the right setup, what takes 15 min in a Jinja/JS worksheet environment can take hours in the no-code environments.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QBench allows us to digitize our entire lab operations and the QBench team is consistently improving on the base product to allow more integrations and improve ease of use for typical cases. Our team is excited to see what new developments we can take advantage of and further automate our processes while improving QA by eliminating hand-recorded data.

 ### 45. An excellent tool with many capabilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

The ability to configure parameters based on specific needs of our company and make updates as the use cases evolve. The training for our team was thorough and made it easy to implement. Qbench provided frequent support and answered our questions in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

The ability to configure so many parameters in Qbench makes it difficult to navigate and learn how to use all fo the features effectively. Especially if you do not need all of the functions.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing inventory and tracking changes across inventory. It is also helpful in tracking required tests and assigning roles.

 ### 46. End user of Qbench

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

The software is intuitive enough and not clogged with features that we have no use for. It is snappy and loading times are good

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

There is some workflow that is clunky to traverse but nothing that doesnt have an alternative work around.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qbench makes managing large sets of data easy and give good oversight on order/sample activity.

 ### 47. lead Tech

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2024

**What do you like best about QBench?**

What I like best about Qbench is you can save everything in the batch. It has your name on it and title!

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

What I Dislike about Qbench is all the updates

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like you can call support and they walk you throught it. very big help

 ### 48. LIMS improvements!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian R. | Laboratory Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

The team at q bench has continuously worked with my lab to improve the LIMS system to improve efficiency, sample/data tracailbity and turn around time.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

Just the traffic of having our entire lab on the same server that can cause some lag on uploading data or integration

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

sample tracilbity and ease of access to data for review

 ### 49. QBench use for laboratory information system management in the food, feed and beverage industry.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenny R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

Addressing laboratory needs for a modern LIMS in user-friendly terms. Our lab staff didn't have the developer experience needed to manage a system on our own, and it was essential for us to partner with a LIMS provider who was able to provide a robust system (with continual improvements), extremely responsive help/support staff and able to give us the assistance we needed to educate us on the system capabilities and how we could adapt it to our existing system(s). They took the time to understand what was important to our organization and merge their system to work with us, it was a great experience with initial integration, but it continues to be a great partnership 3+ years later.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

My least favorite part about the QBench system is the billing separation of the modules. The system is split between the basic sample management module, customer billing, QMS (quality system), inventory and worksheets. Though it's almost impossible to use the system without something like worksheets, you're required to buy a license per user for each module. I would like the complication of the licenses and modules to be more streamlined, I think it complicates the billing quite a bit.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QBench solves the basic issue of needing a cloud-based system to keep documented records of the samples the laboratory is processing (and retain all of that information securely). But we have also integrated additional features into our laboratory; we use the inventory management module as a tool for inventory control and purchasing, but that module also feeds into the sample management for use as chemical traceability records attached to the samples/tests.

 ### 50. Working with Agenics LIMS on Qbench.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2023

**What do you like best about QBench?**

The most helpful thing about Qbench is that all our documents are in one place and are available for easy access. The other super beneficial thing is that all results in our customer portal are easy to check and are available forever.

**What do you dislike about QBench?**

The downsides of Qbench are the complexity of how it works. These provide many benefits, but it creates a learning curve that initially makes learning how to use Qbench difficult.

**What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that it is solving for Agenics is mainly giving us a customer portal where our customers can easily access their results. The portal also gives them a history of their testing to compare results from different tests all in one place. Another problem this solves is giving us all our documents in one place with document history to see what changes were made and when.
