**What do you like best about QASource?**

Easy to work with and flexible. They helped us deliver in other areas beyond QA, Dev/Ops for example.  Staff aligned quickly and very capable, hitting the ground running.

**What do you dislike about QASource?**

Nothing!  QASource is helpful and looking to satisfy staffing needs as quickly as possible at a reasonable cost, and they deliver a high value on engagements.

**Recommendations to others considering QASource:**

Engage with QASource openly and transparently.  Once they understand your needs, they will provide qualified and capable staff.  They also have strong reporting on their work and tasks and are always concerned that the staff working with you is giving you the expertise and value you are looking to get for your investment.

**What problems is QASource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We engaged QASource primarily for QA testing of an internal tool.  Their work in this area has been impeccable and we have received significant value from our investment.

**Describe the project or task QASource helped with:**

For the last15 plus years, QASource worked with me on both New Product and Professional Services fronts.  They became not only a business partners but also friends.

**What do you like best about QASource?**

They're the best team players and very reliable.   They learn and educate themselves with your business space which enables them to identify anomolies during the SDLC process.   This is very  unique and I've never seen this in any other contractors.

**What do you dislike about QASource?**

Nothing is there to dislike!  They always learn from mistakes and move forward.  They never make the same mistake twice and hold thier engineers accountable.

**Recommendations to others considering QASource:**

Bring QASource team and make them part of your team.  Always give them challenging projects, they're excellent in R&D and have a great supporting team.

**What problems is QASource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Both business and technical.   QASource team learns and understands your business needs which helps them to serve their clients better.

**What do you like best about QASource?**

We are an early stage startup working with the challenges of being an early stage startup, including all the challenges of trying to get our product launched while ensuring we launch with the best quality. QASource understands these challenges and is able to work closely with us to establish a solid QA team very early in our growth. We have so many things to worry about, with QASource, the quality of our product is not one of them. They are able to hit the ground running with little to no oversight, and little to no documentation or guidance.

**What do you dislike about QASource?**

So far, there is not much to dislike. They have have hit the ground running and have made an immediate positive impact.

**What problems is QASource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QASource is providing all of our QA. We are also working with them to begin providing our customer success/service. Having them know our product from the QA side and then provide support for the support side is a huge benefit.

**Describe the project or task QASource helped with:**

QASource has been working with us on our mobile app and had a strong, positive impact on our ability to better serve our customers. We are able to produce and publish higher quality work with the support of their QA team. Our time to publish has been made more efficient (what used to take us 6 days to QA, now only takes 2 days!) We could not achieve our ambitious goals without QA Source and are very grateful we got connected to their team. We highly recommend working with them!

**What do you like best about QASource?**

They have high attention to detail and their team also occasionally provides product feedback (ie; user experience flow issues, or confusing UI challenges, even sharing what they enjoyed most or least - which is very helpful!) They always arrive at meetings prepared and ask all their questions in the evening meeting. This is crucial because we are on opposite time zones and we really appreciate their organization -- this helps ensure there are no blockers when they are working.

**What do you dislike about QASource?**

The first few weeks were challenging because of some miscommunications with their US based partner team, but once we moved past that and got in contact with their team in India it has been a super positive experience! We also just a few weeks ago got a new US partner manager who is fantastic and super attentive. We are very happy with them overall and have no complaints! We highly, highly recommend QASource!

**What problems is QASource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our big challenges was the time it took for manual QA to finish a regression. We only had 2 QA team members on shore which resulted in everyone having to pitch in for QA before every release. This was too exhausting and so we began looking for an external firm to help with our QA needs. We got connected with QASource and have more than halved our QA time per app release - this has had a HUGE impact on team morale, efficiency and quality of our product. These benefits mean the world to us since we are a startup. We had also never worked with an external QA firm and the team in India was fantastic at helping us get set up without much effort.

**What do you like best about QASource?**

Our highly trained team of Quality Engineers pick up new feature functionality quickly, ask smart questions to get ahead of any misunderstandings, write the most thorough bugs I have ever seen in my career and are so easy to work with. I can't imagine releasing our product without them.

**What do you dislike about QASource?**

I wish there was a way that I could reach through my zoom meetings with them to shake their hands in thanks.

**What problems is QASource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to free up a local team of engineers that share timezones with our developers to focus exclusively on automation and tooling. This had made for a very efficient and happy team. Developers wake up to a beautifully written full summary of all the testing done by QA Source during their workday. Issues are able to be addressed quickly and efficiently.

There have been multiple tasks.  Data Migration Testing and validation was the first task and is ongoing.  We also have an automation team that takes simple test cases and automates them for a greater breadth of coverage.

**What problems is QASource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The accuracy of our Data has increased significantly from round to round thanks to the work the team is doing.  We are also able to run more scenarios through our test cycles thanks to the automation.

QA Source is an outstanding organization that partners with the client organization to under the needs and provide the utmost quality resources to fill those needs.  In addition QA Source is a 'walk-along' side type company that understands how to engage with the client in a way that takes ownership for the clients success.

**What do you dislike about QASource?**

At this time I can not think of anything that I dislike about QA Source.

**What problems is QASource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My organization has used QA Source dominantly as a source for quality assurance engineers, but over the last year we have shifted and broadened our relationship with QA Source to partner with them for Salesforce Engineering, Project Management, Data and Oracle expertise as well.

**What do you like best about QASource?**

The QA Source team leads with strong technical skills. They are committed professionals who consistently deliver high quality work in timely fashion. Kudos to their engineering, accounting and  Customer Success  managers for paying close attention to the customer's requirements and evolving in sync with growth.

**What do you dislike about QASource?**

Nothing to report. The relationship has been positive on all aspects.

A team of engineers from QASource executes the majority of our manual regression testing.

**What do you like best about QASource?**

The team has been consistently great at following through with what they say they'll do.  Communication is excellent and they put in whatever effort is needed to try and stick to effort estimates.  Any time mistakes are made or misses happen, the team takes accountability and genuinely seeks to improve.

**What do you dislike about QASource?**

Time zone difference compared to where that team located; not a complaint really, but just a fact.

**What problems is QASource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The QASource team help us stick to a very strict and regular release delivery schedule, for a very large and old product.
