"hassle-free and modern test management tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Qase?

Qase is definitely worth checking out. I love how straightforward and clean its interface is—it’s modern, intuitive, and keeps everything you need right where you want it. Plus, it’s super flexible: you can tweak and configure just about anything to fit your team’s workflow. Another huge bonus is their support team, who respond incredibly fast and actually seem to care about making things better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

On the flip side, the test parameters feature could use a little love. You can define parameters, but there’s no way to have them auto-replace in your test steps. There’s already a feature request in the works to fix this(https://qase.canny.io/feature-requests/p/put-parameters-into-variables-for-steps-at-test-run-execution), though, so fingers crossed! Despite that minor shortcoming, Qase is a breath of fresh air for anyone who wants a test management tool that keeps things simple and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, fast, and customizable."
4/5
What do you like best about Qase?

Qase is relatively straight forward to set and hightly customizable. It has a very clean interface and a generous free teir. I work for a small sass company in the healthcare space and we were able to get by for quite a while on the free tier before upgrading. WE have hundreds of test caeses and I have never seen a slowdown or experienced any performance issue. Their reporting libraries are all source abailible on github which is great. What do you dislike about Qase?

If you hit the restrictions on the free tier then the messages you get on from the API are not always super helpful. There are some portions of the webapp that have a clunky design and some pages are pretty hard to find. The paid version of the app is pretty costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comfortable"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Qase?

I like the simple and user-friendly structure, as well as the ability to quickly understand the basic settings and start working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

I’m not too fond of the CSV import process - not everything is intuitive, and it takes some trial and error before it works properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing Documentation & Customer Support!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Qase?

Qase stands tall from the myriad of test case management tools, floating in the QA process automation space, in terms of Qase documentation along with video tutorials that constantly challenges the user with self-paced power learning.

Additionally, Customer Support is always available in many possible forms with lightning speed, unparallel with the competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

I look forward to more powerful, yet robust integrations with the other tech-stack for test execution via different automation frameworks with intuitive holistic dashboard reporting within/across projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very patient customer service with lots of help"
5/5
What do you like best about Qase?

Qase is a very flexiable and modulable QA tool. I think it helps to track the previous cases and do the regression. Also, Qase supports our automation test as well. I think it is a good platform for our QA team's huddle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

I do think Qase can enhance the batch input for format validation and documentation's webpage. Can make it easier to build a batch .csv files Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very good QA tool with very responsive support"
4/5
What do you like best about Qase?

I recently discovered Qase, it's very easy to get started with and the documentation and tutorials are very well done. I was able to quickly set up test suites for my applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

The implementation of automated tests is somewhat laborious because the tests have to be written by the user (with pytest, for example). However, a new feature (AI Test Cloud) should be arriving soon, which will presumably allow defining and executing tests on Qase without integration with a CI/CD system. "Qase was an answer to our prayer"
5/5
What do you like best about Qase?

Surprising answer would be the excellent support from the team. On my previous project we constantly were in contact with the team, and we would get instant update/feedback for something we had issue or we wanted to have as a functionality! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

Nothing I can think of. Qase has been really good to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
