"Clean, Practical and Easy-to-Use Test Management."
What do you like best about Qase?

What I like best about Qase is how it balances simplicity with structure. It makes managing large sets of test cases feel organized without becoming overwhelming.

The test case management is especially strong-creating, grouping, and reusing test cases across different runs is smooth and saves a lot of onboard team members, since the UI is clean and doesn't require much learning curve.

Another highlight is its integration capability. Syncing with tools like Jira and CI pipelines helps keep development and QA aligned, which is critical in fast-moving environments.

Overall, it reduces manual effort while still giving enough control to manage complex QA workflows efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

There is nothing major to dislike about Qase. Some feature like reporting could be more advanced, and performance can slightly slow with very large test suites- but overall, these are minor and don't affect daily workflow much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practical Test Management That Actually Saves Time."
What do you like best about Qase?

Qase keeps test case management clean and structured without adding unnecessary complexity. The UI is easy to understand, so onboarding is quick even for new team members. I like how smoothly it handles test suites, runs and integrations (especially with CI/CD tools). It helps maintain clarity in large projects where test cases keep growing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

Some advanced features feel limited, especially when you try to customize workflows or reports in details. Also, performance can slow down slightly when working with very large test suites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes test management simple and stress-free."
What do you like best about Qase?

What I really like about Qase is how it keeps testing simple and stress-free. Everything from creating test cases to tracking progress feels smooth and organized. I also love that it connects easily with CI/CD and issues trackers, so nothing gets lost. It's a hug time-saver when reproducing bugs and makes it easy to keep the team on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

One thing I would love to see imoroved in Qase is more advanced reporting options, just to make insights even richer. The mobile experience could be a bit smoother, but it still gets the job done when checking tests on the go. Overall, these are minor tweaks, Qase already makes test management so much easier and more organised that small improvements would only make it even better. "Strong Test Management Core, but Aiden Makes Step Editing Unpredictable"
What do you like best about Qase?

Qase has a strong and well-thought-out core for test management. Test case structure is flexible and clear, making it easy to work with both manual and automated tests. Integrations with automation tools and CI pipelines are practical and save time in real QA workflows. Overall, the platform feels reliable for day-to-day test management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

The main downside is the current behavior of the AI assistant (Aiden). Deleting a step always removes the pause automatically, and the AI often regenerates previously deleted steps, ignoring manual changes. There is no way to lock steps, preserve deletions, or manage steps in bulk, which makes iterative refinement unpredictable and frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organized testing, no headaches"
What do you like best about Qase?

What I like most about Qase is how easy it feels to work with. I can quickly review or update test cases without overthinking anything, and the test runs make it straightforward to see what’s working and what still needs attention, especially during a release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

So far, I haven't really run into anything that stands out as a drawback. It's been pretty smooth to use in my day-to-day work, and it does what I expect without causing friction. Nothing that has slowed me down or made me look for alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward test management that actually works."
What do you like best about Qase?

What stands out most about Qase is how clean and well-structured it feels, even when handling large test suites. It organizing test cases, runs and milestones straightforward, without things getting overwhelming.

The UI is simple but still powerful - new team members can get comfortable with it quickly. Features like test case versioning, shared steps, and integrations (especially with tools like Jira and CI pipelines) genuinely helps save time in daily work.

Another thing worth mentioning is performance. Even with a high volume of test cases, it stays fast and responsive, which isn't something you see in every tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

Reporting could be more flexible and a bit easier to customize, especially when you need detailed insights. That said, for day-to-day use, it still does the job well and doesn't slow down the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly TMS with Intuitive UI and Easy Setup"
What do you like best about Qase?

I find Qase to be incredibly user-friendly, making it one of the easiest Test Management Systems I've used. It lets us track test runs and generate real-time reports with its clean interface. The test plan feature ensures nothing slips through the cracks. I also like that Qase feels like a modern app—it's fast and the UI is intuitive, so I don't need a manual to figure out how to write test cases. Its integration with Jira isn't just a link; it fully lives with our Jira setup. Qase helps reduce tool fatigue by eliminating double data entry, speeding up onboarding, and enhancing visibility. Setup was very easy for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

I find complexity in custom reporting and sorting a bit challenging, especially the need for multi-level sorting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Test Management with Excellent Playwright Integration"
What do you like best about Qase?

I use Qase as a test management tool for our software projects and love how it keeps all our tests in one place in an orderly manner. It allows us to integrate manual tests with automated tests seamlessly, and the UI is nice, making it easy to keep track of things. The reporting system is very cool and precisely what we need. Custom fields and parameterization also help to keep things tidy and organized. The integration with Playwright is well done, and it was the main reason we chose Qase. I appreciate the ease of use, especially how simply adding Qase to the automated test results in having the test run generated and the result updated, which is really cool. Overall, the initial setup of Qase was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

It would be cool if there was an option to exclude specific parameter combinations from sets of parameters. Another thing, it would be cool to restrict custom fields to a test suite, instead of just projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Test Management, Needs UI Tuning"
What do you like best about Qase?

I like that Qase is a good test case management system, making it easy for me to see my results pretty easily every day. It's intuitive to go through, which is a big plus. I also appreciate the run history within the test cases, which helps me immediately see how stable the test case is, whether it's flaky, and the environments it might be failing in. This feature allows me to do my analysis every morning faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

Some of the UI could be improved. For example, the percentages show the percentage of test cases run rather than pass percentage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Making QA Simple and Organized for Enterprise Workflows."
What do you like best about Qase?

I like that Qase makes organizing and managing test cases simple and intuitive. It's helps our team track bugs and QA coverage efficiently across complex enterprise environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qase?

The reporting in Qase is simple and easy to understand though I wish it had a few more options for digging into trends.

Setting up custom automation took a bit of time at first, but once it's done, everything runs really smoothly and keeps our testing organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
