What do you like best about Qarrot?

The thing I like best about Qarrot is the easy way to recognize work anniversaries and birthdays. Qarrot automatically sends the employee points and Qarrot notifies the employee's manager and lets them know it is their special day. What do you like best about Qarrot?

Easy to use platform with a monthly subscription option. The platform can be connected to BambooHr/ Microsoft Teams and Slack so it's easy to integrate into your workspace solutions.

Qarrot platform enables you to add/remove countries based on your employee location with their local currency so that they can redeem their gift card at their local currencies with local stores. You can also implement custom rewards within the platform.

Their account managers are helpful and reachable, you can always book a call with them and you will receive an answer to your email promptly. We are delighted with the solution and we've seen significant interest in it from our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qarrot?

While the platform is user-friendly overall, there is room for improvement on the budget/funding page. The logic for budget allocation was initially challenging to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qarrot?

There's no setup cost, and it's extremely affordable. Extremely easy to use, and I love that you can set how much a point is worth! I haven't seen that with other rewards platforms. What do you dislike about Qarrot?

Not much! I'd like to be able to name the points to something custom, but it's not that big of a deal. As well, it would be nice to have more options for gift cards for Canadian customers, and especially for charitable donation options for us up North. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
