I really like Qarrot's ability to customize the badges, rewards, and points allocation. We can add local options for team members to choose a gift card to a local business, give more points to promote recognition, and make badges look fun. It's also very easy to set up, which I appreciate. Qarrot makes milestones and achievements visible to the whole company and allows all employees to recognize one another. There have been a few employees report that the gift cards they received with the points had no money on them when they went to use them. The way to report a bad gift card should be easier, they end up not getting a working one because it's too much trouble to get fixed.
