"Peer-to-peer recognition is so inspiring!"

What do you like best about Qarrot?

I really love seeing all of the recognition for the day-to-day things that normally don't get seen/rewarded. Seeing coworkers recognizing coworkers for lending a hand, being of service to others, and generally going above and beyond has been so inspiring. It makes me want to be that coworker for others. And the reward system doesn't hurt! It's friendly competition in a way, but more so it's feeling like the work we're doing goes beyond the paycheck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qarrot?

There's no "return to top" feature if you've scrolled all the way down on the feed. That's it! Everything else is fantastic :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qarrot solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are trying to ensure that our field employees who don't work with more than 1-2 other people on a given day, still feel seen and recognized. It has been helpful to create more of a community feel within the company. It also has made me realize how collaborative some of our field employees are. Coworkers are recognizing their peers who always answer the phone to lend support, making us realize how helpful that truly is. I imagine we will continue to reward and encourage this network of support, both formally and informally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qarrot?

It is the best way to strengthen your work environment, because it allows you to create rewards to recognize and give recognition to the performance of your employees, this helps to create a better performance experience in the commitment of our entire work team, it provides an excellent free guide that it helps create recognition for all employees, Qerrot works as a very easy to use and positive tool, it has allowed us to integrate it with Slack, BambooHR and more. What do you dislike about Qarrot?

There are really no functions that we dislike because they allow us to be able to promote and give recognition to each employee to create a better workforce, increase the organization and satisfaction of all our work staff, it is undoubtedly an excellent platform that helps large and small organizations to improve the objectives and strengthen the communication of our entire organization to promote greater performance in the company. Recommendations to others considering Qarrot:

Simply great software that drives better performance and drives greater organization across our company, offers a great catalog of rewards as well as helps track recognition given to our employees, helps onboard all of our staff easily and simple and keep track of our entire program, rewards can be made through the different stores and platforms. What problems is Qarrot solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is the best platform to motivate the employee to increase performance and productivity by creating incentives so that they feel satisfied and understood, it helps us create campaigns and award points and badges to each employee, it also allows each employee to see the prizes, which have already obtained and can congratulate each other, it allows us to be able to manage all campaigns in an automated way, Qerrot helps us to continuously encourage and create interactions through an excellent public social feed, it allows us to celebrate the important moments of your staff, whether they are birthdays, anniversaries and years of service in the company. What do you like best about Qarrot?

I love the ability to be able to give Qarrots away for a job well done, I love that my employees can also give Qarrots to their peers for assistance provided or just to recognize them publicly within the Q space! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qarrot?

I wish there were more gift cards to choose from. Although there are many many options, some of the places are not always in everyones area. We have employees from Florida, Tampa, Chicago and Jamaica so some diversity in the rewards would be great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The problem we are solving with Qarrot is being able to reward our employees in real time for a job well done, for going the extra mile, for being a team player and helping their peers when it is not a requirement.
