## Redzone Reviews
 ### 1. Digital Quality and Compliance Checks Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Margarita M. | Quality Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

That we now have digital quality and compliance checks.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

As of now, no negative feedback from a Quality perspective.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solving real time visibility with product development and checks.

 ### 2. Redzone Empowers Open Team Communication on the Production Floor

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone is a great way for the entire company to communicate concerns and issues during production and work through them together as a team. It provides a space for people to share their input without feeling like they’re causing trouble or creating problems.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I think the reporting function in Redzone were limited. For example when we want to review existing quality checks in PDF form, we would have pages to review without any way to format or hide certain inputs that do not need to be shown.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A as I unfortunately was not in Redzone for a long period of time.

 ### 3. Redzone had an Impact of $80K in my plant in one run

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel C. | Quality Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The compliance module is what I like best about Redzone. The live dashboard really impacted our day-to-day approach: now we have visibility live of our defects and opportunities, which before would take us a week to get (when probably maybe too late already).

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing comes to mind. It revolutionized our process truly.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our paperwork would take up to a week to get processed. After implementing Redzone we can see all results live.
Our main issue mas giveaway. With SPC charts in one Single run where we would lose up to $80K, we were able to make $13K! All because of the Alert System we out in place with Redzone.

 ### 4. Keeps Us Organized and On Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel E. | Maintenance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

How it keeps us organized in the maintenance department. Redzone is also easy to use. Also, great customer support.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I wish it was easier to make maintenance reports

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps the auditors off our backs.

 ### 5. Effortless Record Keeping and Progress Tracking with RedZone

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like RedZone as a record keeping and progress tracking tool. It's Ease of use is high, since essential tasks are similar to regular social media functions. RedZone does not require too much training to get started. I like that there are review features built into quality and reliability modules and that these are open ended for the customer to set for what is important.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I dislike that I am unable to automate some features - like starting Shifts/Runs at specific times. I dislike that I cannot turn off the ability for specific individuals to not cancel or void data sheets.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting goals, keeping records, tracking performance. Improving overall comunication.

 ### 6. Digitized Compliance Made Easy, But Reporting Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nora Y. | Quality Assurance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

From a quality perspective, it is a huge asset to have my compliance documentation digitized and easy to search during audits. The flags for missed and failed checks, and the automatic triggers for when checks are due, make managing CCPs so much easier than old paper forms.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Sometimes it can be challenging to translate the raw data collected by redzone into trending and reporting for ease of viewing at a high level. We often have to rely on our (wonderful) Redzone coach for support here.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digitization of compliance documentation - makes presenting documents during audits much easier, and helps me manage the teams on a day-to-day basis

 ### 7. Simple to Use, Powerful Tool with In-Depth Data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darren S. | FSQA Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

It’s simple to use, yet it still remains a great work tool, with in-depth data available whenever I need it.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I’d like to be able to carry out in-factory audits in Redzone, such as GMP and glass audits, but the current setup doesn’t really facilitate this.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It removes paper from the operation and helps ensure operators complete the information at the right time, rather than treating it as just a tick-box exercise.

 ### 8. Empowers Teams to Collaborate and Solve Problems Effectively

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick S. | Chief Operating Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone offers our production team a valuable platform to actively participate in finding solutions to everyday challenges. By utilizing its tools, we've noticed that many employees who might typically remain quiet are now stepping forward to share their insights about the issues they encounter.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Personally, I'm not a fan of the iOS platform and would prefer if there were a web interface available. However, my production team adapted to it quickly, and the implementation process was straightforward.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team has become more goal-oriented, and communication between shifts has improved greatly. Additionally, our quality documentation is now handled electronically.

 ### 9. A Powerful Continuous Improvement Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse A. | Packaging Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Its use as a continuous improvement tool

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I really like redzone, dont have anything that I dislike about it

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication and reporting of downtime issues

 ### 10. Drives culture change with outstanding coaching

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cindy G. | Director of Continuous Improvement, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The platform has significantly improved communication between departments, fostered greater accountability, and united teams through collaborative huddles. Kaizen events have led to clear improvements and tangible results. Our most recent coach, Rebeca Archer, played a crucial role in integrating with our team and promoting excellence. She empowered us to address challenges and encouraged us to ask 'Why.' Rebeca encouraged us to go after the issues that we considered routine. She consistently followed up and checked in to ensure we stayed on course. She truly was an outstanding partner for our organization.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The operating system support is limited to iOS and iPad, which poses a significant challenge for us, as our company mainly relies on Windows. It would be far more convenient if the app were available for Windows computers, and if integration with MacBook desktops were enhanced. Enabling desktop access would provide management with better visibility, which could help promote accountability throughout the team. I also believe there should be a greater emphasis on sensor management, troubleshooting, and specialized maintenance training, ideally with the support of dedicated training tools. Furthermore, including a learning module or offering a discounted rate after purchasing all three modules would be advantageous.

We had the same project manager for all sites. It would be helpful to be able to request a change. Mine did not permit me to create my own downtime template; instead, I was required to sift through hundreds of downtime codes and select the relevant ones. In the future, recommend more flexibility with downtime creations.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This app provides a single platform to identify the main downtime codes and to initiate actions and follow-ups. The discussions in the forums are effective in resolving issues. The problem-solving and kaizen training have equipped the team with practical tools that can be applied during our huddles.

 ### 11. Redzone with Coaching is the key to success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam N. | CI Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The coach Caroline B. was the key catalyst that we needed to get the best out of Redzone.
We like how easy it is to access even for operators who are tech-averse.
The paperless journey has been the most rewarding. Coaching was key to get it done right the first time.
We use Redzone as part of our budgeting because it calculates rate very well. The results were impressive especially with our Kaizen when we decreased minor stops by 20%

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

We had issues installing wifi at our warehouse so in the meantime we performed offline checks which Redzone offers.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is helping us get paper free.
Also, it helps us forecasts
We structure our tier meetings around forums and it enable us to solve problems faster now that we have precise information live

 ### 12. Redzone Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mauricio R. | Continuous Improvement Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I really like the visibility the tool provides about all of our process. The app is really intuitive and easy to use. There is a lot of information that we can use to our advantage to make our process better.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Sometimes there are glitches and errors that pop up for no apparent reasons, they usually go away pretty quick.

I would like to be able to customize and/or modify the graphs that are shown in the Characteristics (X and R bars)

I don't like that I'm kicked out of my session out of nowhere and I have to log back in.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently improving our labor cost by having visibility on the exact times that we run our different shifts and departments.

We are extensively using Redzone to improve our cook yields by documenting what is going on in our process, creating Kaizen events and actionable items to get things done.

We are using Redzone to keep track of the different actions and being more effective at following up to get things done in our process.

We are becoming more effective and paperless with the Compliance module in our Food Safety and Quality department.

 ### 13. Centerlines feature from Redzone is a must-get

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan W. | Shift Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like the Centerlines feature the best. We can now monitor live all machine parameters and understand better the discrepencies between shifts.

With those we were able to improve the line performance of our packaging line by 100lb/h.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Everything is fine. Installation and use was simple.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had several issues with operators changing settings for no reason that really impacted our performance.
We have lots of products that need to be run at specific settings and before Redzone was quite impossible for operations to monitor all different settings for accountability.

Now we were able to increase productivity and decrease product defects.

 ### 14. Gateway to Improved Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I still believe this is the best platform to assist in driving a world class operation.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I still believe that additional instructional videos would assist employees to navigate the tools better.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility to run rates and efficiency.
This helps us identify underperforming lines and work with the team on solving problems.

 ### 15. Positive Experience with Clear Visibility and Ease of Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew B. | Processing & Smoke Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone provides real-time performance evaluation, enabling proper allocation of resources and fast response to issues. The paperless quality checks allow for quick reviews and help ensure focus on nonconformances with heightened awareness. This real-time process control visibility empowers teams to make informed decisions based on data. In addition, Redzone offers valuable continued learning and troubleshooting options through Redzone University, the Knowledge Base, and the AI chatbot.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Quality sheets are not dynamic, which makes creating checks more challenging and requires us to rethink how we structure them. Exporting data in easily manipulatable formats has also been difficult. While Power BI can be used, it is not supported (only Tableau is). During the setup of operations quality checks, our team encountered bugs where sheets would not trigger or function properly, sometimes forcing us to choose alternate paths. Additionally, prior to implementation, hardware recommendations were made that were not well-suited to our plant environment. Finally, there is currently little to no utilization of AI within the application, which limits opportunities for predictive insights, automated quality checks, and smarter decision-making support.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone provides clear real-time visibility into all quality checks, enabling quick reaction to nonconformities. It also supports better allocation of resources based on process efficiency, ensuring teams focus where they’re needed most. Additionally, by making accurate performance data easily accessible, Redzone empowers leadership to make well-informed decisions when evaluating capital spending and continuous improvement opportunities.

 ### 16. Fast Implementation and Outstanding Coaching Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara B. | Head of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I thought the implementation really shone - our coach, Daniel, was a great onsite ally. I was skeptical that we could implement it in the time frame they stated, but we were able to get up and running quickly

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I really appreciate the coaching, but sometimes the self serve inquiries with Edgar don't feel like I'm able to trouble shoot unique problems and some queued issues take a long time to get responses on

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is giving us real time visibility to our shop floor and assisting us in being smarter about productivity.

 ### 17. High Impact in short time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dalton N. | Continuous Improvement Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone brought about a way for us to easily track in real-time; how we are producing, what downtime issues our operators are fighting and any communication between the floor and management. Communication has been the major highlight of our rollout. Redzone provided a simple way to pass on any information between shifts as well as, through the use of Redzone Analytics, a simple and streamlined method of pulling reports to easily review OEE to assist in pointing out where our continuous improvement strategies would be the most impactful. The customer support has been outstanding. Starting all the way back at setting up the facility with the right sensors to the great coaching in our rollout and Kaizen events. Our operators use Redzone daily which has improved their ability to get problems addressed and provided them with more of a voice than they once had.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The limit to this system only operating on Apple products which requires additional capital upfront beyond the cost of Redzone itself.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is helpful in tracking our OEE as well as logging downtime, both reason and duration. Both OEE and downtime are things that we as a company never really had a good way of tracking before Redzone.

 ### 18. A great data collection tool for any shop floor

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The ease of use is top of the list. Layout is very easy to navigate and takes a lot of the thinking off of the operators. Building checks and audits are fairly easy and can greatly improve data collection and product tracing.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I wish there was a way to make it more intuitive to the variability of our processes. For instance, checks are very binary, Yes/No or you can set a range for instance, but if there were a way to make it look at a certain part of an item we are running and adjust the checks accordingly this app would be perfect!

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to track precise downtime and pointing the team where to look to correct issues before they become major problems. The ability to perform quality checks is very beneficial as it will allow us to track giveaway and help control our costs.

 ### 19. Redzone helps Address our Burning manufaturing issues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

We just launched the Quality module and I like the fact we can finally check and have live results for foreign material and cleaning inspections.

I also enjoy the sign off process which seems to be Quick and effective

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

So far no problems identified on my site.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have 3 main issues in my plant: 1) using wrong packaging 2) using wrong ingredients 3) using wrong best-before date
Redzone helped us by getting team member to scan bar cordes, taking pictures and verifying julian dates live.
This is a major Impact in our Business. Just so you can understand the Impact: we run 36h in the past with the wrong packaging, that was a huge financial Impact and almost Led to a recall.

 ### 20. Accurate Data That Powers Continuous Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy D. | CI Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

It supplies accurate data to carry out continuous improvements.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There isn’t anything I don’t like about Redzone; I’ve been happy with it overall.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It identified changeover times that were excessive compared with the standard, and we were then able to use the fishbones to support the analysis and implement the change.

 ### 21. Easy to Navigate with Endless Capabilities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The tool is easy to navigate and its capabilities are endless

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Some data configurations export need can not done by user - need to reach out to redzone . Our coach Juan C. Bas been super helpful in providing me the support on that

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual tracking is painful its definitely helping in that regards - making data visualization easy

 ### 22. I highly recommend Redzone to engate workforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

It's the ease of access: I can access the admin from my laptop or the tablet.
I also like how the operators are engaged, helping us expedite our response to downtime issues.
Another huge Plus is the visual management, we can see live which Lines are struggling or striving and respond to it accordignly.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

No issues to Report. So far the implemntation is going well.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Business priority, we needed to increase our productivity and employee engagement.
Redzone has been helping us to increase our sense or urgency with the live visual management tools.
In the huddles we get maintenance, ops and qa to Focus on meaningful playcalls and we already observed better response time and escalation of criticar issues.

 ### 23. Simple to Implement, Outstanding Support from Josh

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eduardo B. | Maintenance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

It’s vary simple to use and implement. The work done by Josh is outstanding. He is able to explain everything very clearly

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing really. I have worked with other programs before and Red Zone is simpler than the ones I have used in the past.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our productivity has gone up since the implementation of Red Zone.
Our PM completion rate has gone up since we started using Red Zone

 ### 24. Visual, User-Friendly, and Trusted by Our Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I appreciate that QAD Redzone is visual reliant and user-friendly, making it easy for our team members to make decisions based on what they're seeing on their screens. It's also useful for showcasing overall line health and reviewing data sheets easily. The interface helps the team escalate issues when OEE bars are continuously in the red.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Currently, the datasheets are not dynamic and some of the triggers are limited.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QAD Redzone makes it easy to showcase overall line health and review data sheets. It's visual-reliant and user-friendly, enabling team members to make decisions based on screen data, like escalating issues when OEE bars are red.

 ### 25. Easy to Use, but LEARN Falls Short on Replicating Our Current Setup

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The software from an end user perspective is easy to use

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

LEARN- unable to replicate what we currently have in our systems. Only being able to use MAC products to use the system.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying issues on the line to increase our OEE

 ### 26. Best Manufacturing tool I’ve used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis . | Ci manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

It’s very easy to use, specially operators.
The thing I liked the most was centerlines. It’s a game changer and allowed us to keep our process under control.
Within 6months Redzone paid itself.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Had issues with Bluetooth adaptor for scales. Our scales are fairly old so had to find the right adaptor. Not part of Redzone really but now we can have weights reading directly to datasheets. Much easier

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone helped us get real time information to drive quick and effective problem solving.
Before we barely had reliable data, but now Redzone even changed the way we plan and respond.

It has also helped with the sense of urgency and bridged communication gap at the shop floor.

 ### 27. A great tool to improve you overall communication and performance.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam H. | Plant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

RedZone has helped our team communicate and respond to issues. My team learned how to communicate with multiple departments and other shifts to find solutions to problems that they would not be able to solve on their own. The overall visibility for leadership has been a game changer. The buy in from the employees on the floor was super impressive, they took time to build the relationships and educate our teams. we are very thankful to the RedZone team for all the support we have had throughout our facility.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I honestly do not see anything about RedZone that I disliked.
The team and tools they have provided have been a positive influence on my team.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The overall communication throughout the departments and shifts.
This has brought our teams together and they have learned how to help one another to tackle tough issues and improve overall performance.

 ### 28. RedZone is a game changer opening associates' visibility toward company goals.

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

RedZone has empowered our operators to be involved with problem solving via huddles, gives production and maintenance staff real time visibility on target needs and overall informs workers of company needs/progress. As information is power, once impowered everyone is moving in the same direction. The overall support of RedZone team training during all modules has been phenominal.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

During the learn module it became apparent that the audio isn't the greatest when making a video with back turned or sideways when walking through steps of user play. The process of subtitle editing could be greatly enhanced with AI, as when I use copilot, coping and pasting from English to Spanish I have yet had Spanish speaking associates inform me that text in incorrect.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have experienced reduction of 50% on downtime since integration of RedZone, which I would credit to the line log and real time data on dashboard along with coaching and behavior changes helping associates develop problem solving as they now have a voice that can be heard and recorded live time. Pictures are worth a thousand words as they say and RedZone proves this out time and time again.

 ### 29. I drank the Kool-Aid—and I’m still pouring cups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared S. | CI Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I drank the Kool-Aid—and I’m still pouring cups. Redzone drives real frontline engagement. What I like best is how it gives ownership to the people doing the work. The platform turns daily routines into disciplined habits and makes accountability visible in a way that sticks. It’s built for manufacturing leaders who want their teams to step up, and it works.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There’s a learning curve for teams who aren’t used to being this visible or this involved, and if leadership isn’t aligned, it can stall. Also, while the tools are powerful, the app has occasional syncing issues or can feel laggy if the Wi-Fi is weak. I’d also like to see more flexibility in adding and tracking other important business metrics that align with the dashboards and reports. That said, the support team is responsive and helpful when you reach out.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone solves one of the toughest challenges in manufacturing: aligning people, processes, and performance in real time. Before Redzone, we relied on delayed reports, inconsistent communication, and reactive problem-solving. Now, we have live visibility into downtime, quality, safety, and labor performance—all tied directly to the floor.

For me, the biggest benefit is how it empowers frontline teams to own their results. We’ve reduced avoidable downtime, improved shift-to-shift communication, and elevated accountability without needing to micromanage. It turns improvement from a project into a daily habit, and that’s a game changer.

 ### 30. Redzone for the most part has been user friendly system with great support from Reggi.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annette D. | SQF Practitioner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Being able to capture not only valuable information about production and losses but creating quality checks to ensure compliance and assist with accountability. Users are finding it easy to use and and implementation has been relatively seamless. We have received excellent customer service support throughout the process. Redzone will be used daily schedule as we ease into in the full integration.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I would like to be able to manipulate the graphs and charts a bit more.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is helping us minimize time loss and increase productivity. It is also helping us go paperless.

 ### 31. Redzone has simplified my job!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan C. | Production Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Having everything in one place has been the biggest help. My coach JD has been great and has even taken time to give insight on other aspects the industry. I have come a long way from the multiple spread sheets I was using to track the coming and goings of the facility. The implementation took a bit of work but was well worth it. Our production staff uses Redzone daily and it even helped boost morale with our operators allowing them to be more in touch with other staff. The real time data is invaluable to show everyone how we are doing and what we can do better.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

A few technical glitches but nothing major!

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cut down on unneeded downtime resulting in increased productivity. Improved communication.

 ### 32. Seamless Team Communication with an Easy, Paperless Check Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meda S. | QA Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Communication between all teams is smooth. The checks are straightforward to complete, and the paperless system makes the whole process easier.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

For now, characteristics and other features can’t be copied.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a quality team, we use it to identify and see the gaps we have on our production lines.

 ### 33. Boosts Productivity with Helpful Paperless Documentation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone helps keep track of overall productivity. It is useful in certain areas, particularly for enabling paperless documentation and maintaining records.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Some sections of the app are difficult to navigate. It is not user-friendly when it comes to sorting data and managing forms.
The app goes on the refresh mode more often on some iPad while others work okay

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paperless Documentation

 ### 34. Clear Issue Communication and Data-Driven Progress Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad W. | Engineering Mgr, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

the ability to communicate issues and track progress through actual data

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

the ability of people to not provide accurate details

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

downtime reductions and employee ownership

 ### 35. Redzone Makes Daily Progress and Team Problem-Solving Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy P. | Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone is a fantastic tool for keeping track of our daily progress and goals. I also love seeing the team engage to solve any issues that come up on the line and work together to come up with solutions.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The Apple TV app keeps logging me out, and I constantly have to re-sync my profile to sign back in.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of on going issues to get them looked at.

 ### 36. Redzone Is an Incredible Asset with Amazing Coaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has been an incredible asset, and Zachary Thompson has been an amazing coach.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I don’t like that it’s only available as an Apple iOS product.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrap, OEE, and communication.

 ### 37. Incredible Kaizen results with Redzone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Veronica . | Operations supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone really helped driving our business being a one stop shop for all things manufacturing.
We can see live the lines that are struggling and get which QA checks are upcoming.
$

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing really stands out. Any hiccups were resolved by our coach onsite

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main challenge was short stops in one of our top lines.
Our redzone coach Caroline B helped us organize a kaizen.
What stood out the most was having operators actively participating and the results.
We got an average of 2h decrease in the downtime per week which is a $100k impact per year

 ### 38. Outstanding Capabilities Enhanced by Excellent Coaching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt S. | Quality Assurance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The software capabilities combined with the coaching initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I don't really have anything I dislike at this time.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The number of complaints we receive from our customers has gone down. As a Quality Assurance Manager, this has made my job much easier. I now spend less time investigating and responding to complaints, which allows me to dedicate more time to being present on the production floor.

 ### 39. Improved Communication, Reporting, and Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ulises S. | Head of Production, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Communication improvement, reports and efficiencies

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Sometimes tableau fails when trying to save changes

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication issues that we had

 ### 40. One Stop Shop for Manufacturing Facilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Having all the data available from manufacturing to quality monitoring on a daily basis. Redzone tracks the run times which filters down to the compliance side which removes the redundancy of tracking down time to ensure checks are not missed and auto triggers if there are failed/missed opportunities to ensure we are regulatory ready at any time. Having SPC data readily available is an asset for continuous improvement project work. The coach has been responsive and very supportive during the integration and implementation through set up, training of the Redzone modules from leadership down to operations.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Majority of my role is working in the compliance sector of Redzone and I have not had many issues that would cause me to dislike with Redzone. Having code date improvements would be a great asset as there are limited options for an automated check such as the one-digit year as we are tied by customer requirements so makes it more of a manual of an inspection which has room for operator error.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a compliance standpoint, the triggering of checks allows the organization to be within regulation of our site's food safety plans. This SPC tracking will help better our process capabilities and identify process improvement opportunities.

 ### 41. Redzone Drives a Culture and Process Like No Other

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone drives a culture and process you can't find in any other system.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Truly do not have a dislike as we enter our third module.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving our OEE, communication, and preventative maintenance. We hav benefited from growth through output and efficiency, as well as communication between departments which greatly reduced downtime.

 ### 42. Redzone Connects Our Team Like Never Before

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone connects everyone in our facility and opens conversation from anywhere in the plant. It is easy to use and our Redzone coaches have been incredibly supportive.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

It would be nice to find a way for everyone in the company to be able to use Redzone so they can all feel involved.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is addressing the communication and visibility challenges that have been impacting our productivity and preventing us from reaching our full potential.

 ### 43. EASY to use & great results!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marisol C. | Quality Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has been so easy to learn and even easier to use. The shop floor learned how to use the system effectively in no time and really jumped on the opportunity to voice their best practices by commenting and adding photos to share and improve shift by shift communication. In the beginning, the amount of information available seemed overwhelming, but the 24/7 support and our coach coming back regularly to keep training on new things has made this implementation simple and effective!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Our product mix and our need to be flexible with changeovers causes our sensors to need to be adjusted regularly. We have lost crucial data because we missed setting up a sensor correctly. We know Redzone has the ability to use signals from our machines, we just haven't been able to make the change just yet.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is improving our communication across the entire company. Maintenance is more involved with the operators and more present at the lines because they attend the huddles and can respond to problems in real time. Our downtime has reduced 6% since we have started using Redzone and we have also started implementing Lean concepts after our Kaizen event. We are breaking records and are working together like more of a team!

 ### 44. Redzone has helped us eliminate the paperwork

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daisy L. | Administrador de Redzone, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The best thing about using Redzone is that it eliminates paperwork and you can generate reports on everything you need. Additionally, you can schedule activities and reviews by supervisors. I also like that you can monitor the efficiency of production areas. And now with the updates, it can also be used as a tool in staff training.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

It's not that I don't like it, but sometimes with the updates, tools or buttons that I find useful disappear.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe that Redzone is growing and improving more and more, if there is any problem they immediately provide assistance.

 ### 45. Redzone gives everyone a voice on the floor.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone gets the production team to realize they have a voice. They can communicate with all the teams in the plant. The work we all do every day is very important and no position should be silent. Redzone turns the pyramid or hill and turns it upside down. Instead of information form the top going down to the bottom it makes the information and needs go from the bottom to the top.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

i takes some getting used to like most things. Once you get the hang of how it works it starts getting easier.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone has increased our efficiency and also our overall communication at our organization.

 ### 46. A solution that works for us.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Widley used across many businesses and locations. allot of previous experience in the workforce.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Not a tone of outside support for things like Bluetooth. Would like to be able to trigger forms that are not tied to a shift.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the perpetual floor reminder to complete activities. has avoided chronic pencil whipping.

 ### 47. Redzone Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig T. | Continuous Improvement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Our facility has had redzone closing in on 1 year now. We have seen the immediate uplift in OEE and overall employee engagement. During our compliance module rollout our coach Zach Thompson was with us day in and day out supporting and guiding us through this fantastic journey. It has been over 6 months since we last had Zach on site, yet whenever we need him he is a phone call or message away from us. Zach's overall support to our facility has been nothing short of extraordinary.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

In the compliance module, it would be nice to have groupings so operators can find their check sheets a bit easier in the que.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall employee engagement and initiatives from the floor being escalated up to senior leadership, with communication and appreciation being driven back down to the team members.

 ### 48. Great Opportunity to Go Paperless and Documents Easy To Find

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erika S. | SQF Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has made a big difference for our team. We’re able to find check results much quicker, which keeps things running smoothly throughout the day. It’s also a relief not having to deal with piles of paperwork anymore—everything is streamlined and digital. The training support was incredibly helpful and gave us a solid understanding of how to use the platform effectively right from the start.
We feel much more prepared for audits now. Instead of spending hours rifling through filing cabinets, we can simply select the dates we want in Web Analytics or other reporting features, and the information appears instantly.
Culturally, we’ve noticed a huge shift with our operators. While there was some initial skepticism about implementing Redzone, the team quickly adapted and now plays a very active role in quality assurance—not just quality control. They communicate potential risks using chats or by commenting directly on the checks, and they regularly encourage each other with high fives or good catches in the app when spotting and fixing potential issues. It’s been great to see that level of engagement and ownership grow.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

In the beginning we got off to a bit of a slow start because coaching was a little rough, however we swapped coaches and the results were much better. Thankfully switching was able to help us improve much more.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Audit readiness, resolve paperwork issues, schedule checks drive down missed checks.

 ### 49. Easy to Use, Great Mobile Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Ease of use of the software. I also like the mobile use.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The only downside that I have experienced, is the workaround if you lose internet connection.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RZ is helping our site improve OEE

 ### 50. QAD Redzone Changes the way we work!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz T. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Plant floor visibility from anywhere is what I like best about Redzone. The data collection from our manufacturing lines is enabling us to fine tune and refine our processes not to mention Redzone's Support & Training provided during Implementation. I have learned so much from Nigel, our coach, during this process. We now have data to work on continuous improvement initiatives and visibility of our production line & overall OEE at any given moment!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I wish we had implemented Redzone sooner. I wish we had more time operationally to dive into the software. You truly do get out of it what you put in to it.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving operations on the floor & eliminating waste. We can now see why our production lines are down, the downtime is coded and we can target these contributors that harm our performance.
