## Redzone Reviews
  ### 1. Helpful tool for communication between operators an Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timmy J. | Plant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Visibiltiy of tracking processes and projects. Being able to measure how the team is doing, measuring your success, where training is needed, bottlenecks in the process needing to be addressed and being able to form a game for the team to be successful.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Meetings. Looking at our process and how we operate, I think we struggle at the begining with meetings, huddles and play calls. I think meetings are great, but if the team is not able to see results/success then it becomes meaningless. As an organization we had to make a hard pivot, reduce the number of meetings, give the team more time see results being successful.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Projects and PM's being completed driving force for our increase inproduction output. Teams commuicating and working together. Creating competition between the operators/Shifts -- which shift can bag the most tonnage.

  ### 2. Revolutionary Tool to Coach and Manage Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan S. | Vice President Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I like the easy employee access to report concerns or problems on the production floor. I also like the increase in employee engagement when they understood the data in the aplication.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I can't think of anything I dislike about my Redzone experience.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is allowing both production employees and leadership to align themselves on the biggest problems to tackle. Because of this, we are seeing a significant increase in many production and financial metrics related to the manufacturing process.

  ### 3. Redzone = Tying your organization together

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Garrett P. | VP of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The connection of every level of the organization. The IPads and screens are great, but the venue creation has been the productivty unlock for us. Having the teams conduct huddles twice shift, review data and create actions to change the score has been a huge unlock for our production floor.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

In order to get the full benefit of the program, it requires every level of the organization to be trained and properly use the system. It requires a high level of management and discipline to achieve accurate results.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone closed our communication gap. With the use of chats and forums, our team is better connected than ever before. The front line has a direct connection to all levels of the organization and every department. This connections has allowed us to identify and track issues that were not being addressed before. We have seen big reductions in downtime and increases in OEE due to timely correction of issues.
We have data that we never had before. Data that is immediately available without having to work for it. You can spend your time changing the score instead of trying to keep the score.

  ### 4. Redzone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vatche D. | Senior Director Of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Communication between different departments. Employee engagement.
Improve efficiency. Measure OEE. Eliminate paperwork.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

NA. Redzone is a powerful tool; great experience working with it.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the critical tools we use at McKenna Labs is Redzone, which enables our front line workers to share in real-time how our operations are doing and where we need to focus our attention.

  ### 5. RedZone: An excellent blend of coaching and software to drive productivity improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

We have worked with 3 RedZone coaches over the past few years as we have implemented different RedZone modules. The coaches are fantastic, and do an incredible job at driving results in a short period of time. The coaches focus and experience with plant floor staff resulted in our organization seeing an increase in morale, retention, and most importantly, output, which lead to a very quick return on our RedZone investment.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There is not much to dislike about RedZone. I wish there was a greater ability to monitor and work with the software outside of iOS, but I understand the reasoning for this. Additionally, further integration of Tableau or a Tableau like software to allow quicker results within the RedZone software.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReZone brings together data and coaching to facilitate a self-managed shop floor that is continuously improving without upper management having to drive the change. This allows leadership to focus efforts elsewhere after we figured out how to continuously reward our plant staff for their improvements.

  ### 6. Redzone is a game changer for company's struggiling to have accurate data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Director of Engineering and Technical Services , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone gives us a "one stop shop" for data collection.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The limited platform capabilities. Apple products being its only platform. It needs to work on Android and laptops other than Apple.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are developing a web based platform. I'm excited to see it in action.

  ### 7. Communication across all departments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wyatt E. | Senior Director of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The Chat feature and the action panel. These two things have helped us understand our process a little better and helped make sure everyone is in the loop.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Getting everyone on board. It has been hard to get upper management involved in Redzone, but we will keep pushing it.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication, tasks getting done, and pin pointing saving areas.

  ### 8. Amazing Redzone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajiv S. | Opex supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

User friendly software who provide the live data anywhere from shift start times to downtime contributors to efficiencies for the company to take appropriate actions to drive the productivity and efficiencies upwards

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

No reason to dislike. It's a complete helping package to drive the performance upwards.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Drive the efficiencies and productivity upwards by controlling the gaps through the data provided. Within 3-4 weeks after the implementation of RZ our plant efficiencies moved upwards by 13% with 29% of productivity lift and still continue

  ### 9. I love Redzone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The tooiling that redzone provides for you it's amazing, i love the fact they drive countinues improvement.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I have no complaints, the system works fantastic

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone gives a bigger picture on work process throughout the whole production facility.

  ### 10. Coach of the year Derek

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie H. | Vice President Fulfillment, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Visibility into our business and someone/something holding us accountable for our actions. I also specifically like Derek's ability to call us out when we can be better. He doesn't dance around issues, we hit them head on.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Not much. If the app was compatible with other platforms (android) that would be helpful.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's uniting ops, quality and maintenance. It allows us to address issues in real time rather than wait until after a shift or we forget. It's changed how we schedule. Now our scheduling team has real time insight into how machines are running and what's running.

  ### 11. Redzone is the catalyst needed to drive change in your Company!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Immediate access to daily Production and QC data. Ability to communicate to all front line workers in their native languages.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Nothing at this time. Everything is working as expected.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication to our front line personnel and empowering them to contribute to the daily successes in our operation.

  ### 12. Shop floor management made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben H. | Director Of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I appreciate the integration between Quality, Maintenance, and Operations. It aligns the groups towards the same priorities and makes variances very visible.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I wish the reporting was easier to build. The system is capturing a lot of great information but I have a hard time getting the report structure I need without being a Tableau expert.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

I would make sure I had a dedicated resource to work on the project. The Redzone team is very experienced and knowledgeable. So you will want to ensure you have someone available for them to get the most out of the process.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we launched Redzone we were new to paper reporting. Historically we had only recorded what was needed for our Quality system. With Redzone our operation became visible and our employees gained an understanding and ownership of the day-to-day decisions they were making, and the impact it has on our operation.

  ### 13. Over 107% efficiency improvements using Redzone in the first 90 days!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karthik S. | Manufacturing Excellence Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Forms, chats and groups make it very easy to communicate with cross-functional teams. The ability to conduct Kaizen events within the app helps operators to solve problems on the line. Real-time data helps front-line leaders understand what support is required and actions can be created to ensure root cause is eliminated. Production and Quality checks are very beneficial as it helps with data analytics. Pictures can be added to data checks to help operators during production runs. Redzone coaches are very friendly and always willing to help. Support team always listens to issues or feature requests and respond promptly.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Would like to see the ability to attach external SOPs (in Word format) to data checks so operators can reference them when they are performing a check. Also, more TPM tools within the Productivity module would be beneficial.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

Software is very easy to learn and Redzone coaches will help you along the way.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with all departments across all shifts has been one of the best benefits of using Redzone. Also, the combination of real-time data and analytics helps up identify our top losses and address issues as soon as possible. We have seen over 107% productivity increase on our lines after the first 90 days of using Redzone. In 2021, we increased our capacity by 25% while reducing consumer complaints by 15% and achieving over 300 days of no lost time injury. We saved over $1.4M compared to 2020 and most of that can be attributed to the culture we have created using Redzone as our foundation.

  ### 14. Productivity & Compliance Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nichole O. | Director of Quality, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

One of the most helpful Redzone features is the visibility in OEE and Quality Checks. What is measured can be easily trended and improved as everyone is now looking at the same data and speaking the same language. Redzone is built to easily flag issues or recognize success.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The learning curve for Redzone can be intimidating and daunting. Once the terms and how Redzone works are understood, it becomes relatively easy to begin creating data sheets, checks, activities, etc. I don't think this learning curve is any different than any other paper to electronic implementation though.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone helps us identify different forms of waste on the production line, allows for quicker product release and disposition, reduced nonconformances because defects are quickly visible, and allows all employees to quickly see how their doing against their target for the shift/day/week.

  ### 15. Redzone is a good quality system for monitoring compliance activities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony H. | Quality Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Makes quality monitoring real time as well as simplifies finding and analyzing data and trends.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The amount of hardware required for the system.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The excessive amount of quality paperwork that is hard to manage, develop trends and navigate when the need to review arises.

  ### 16. Redzone has made a significant impact on our efforts to become more efficient and change culture.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric M. | VP of Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The use of the Redzone tool, coupled with coaching with a focus on true culture change is the best part of Redzone. So many others provide a data collection tool but the way the Redzone team works with us to use the tool to really change performance truly sets them apart. That said, I do love that Redzone is always in the background collecting data. Improvement has always been hampered by our lack of actionable data and not having a culture of improvment. Redzone gives us both.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Still Learning how to access the data. Tableau is new and foreign to me and it's frustrating knowing that my data is there, but I can't access it quickly because of my lack of knowledge in Tableau.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To date, we have realized a plant-wide uplift in OEE of 8%. That's after a very slow start. The biggest problem I see us currently solving is the lack of timely communication between business functions. The time stamp on communication is helping us be accountable to each other and keeping our lines running more minutes in the day.

  ### 17. Continuous improvement & beyond

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gloria L. | Systems Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone helped our departments come together to improve production.
Different perspectives created multiple sources of solutions and understanding.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I wish we could add contents (gallons) to track production further.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team can now see our weak points and opportunities to improve.
Our production line is now getting the service needed.

  ### 18. Redzone gives you wings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis L. | Production Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone gives me the visibility I need to monitor many operations simultaneously. Combined with visual reporting, it really helps shed the light I need to respond to issues effectively.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Some features can be hard to access or edit because of indirect pathways. But Redzone support is pretty solid. Sometimes timezones delay that support as I'm on the West Coast and they are on the East.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

If you're looking for 24/7 visibility of operations and communication. Redzone can really work for you if you have the buy-in of your organization.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's really speeding up data reporting and analysis. Once you have it built and your teams using it correctly, you can get actionable information from it. And valuable insight from the shop floor.

  ### 19. Better Visibility and Engagement with Redzone!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda O. | Quality Systems Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The ability to see what is happening out on the lines utilizing the Quality Checks, line logs and chat functions no matter where I am. Compared to other Quality software I've used in past, Redzone is user-friendly to build, customize, deploy, train and maintain. It gives the SMEs the power to update their areas without relying on an IT or software development team, allowing us to be more nimble and for continuous improvements to be that much easier to roll out. Additionally, it allows the production team to communicate easily with leadership and cross-functional partners, all without leaving the tool. Redzone continues to improve and bring on more modules that allow for our facility to continue to grow all within the same tool.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The tool is only as good as the effort put into building it. If an organization does not have the time to invest in building Redzone for their needs, this may not be the tool for them. There is not a library of "Quality Checks" to pull from, however, your coach will share best practices and build for sucess.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to build a more robust system of Quality checks out on the production floor that allows for full visibility of the product from receiving to final release. This allows us to be audit-ready, pull records easily and ensure all are legible without document errors. This has saved our Quality Team time that they can spend assuring the Quality of our product as opposed to chasing document errors. Additionally, the communication tools have allowed for the production team to share findings with Quality without having to leave the production floor, streamlining the time it takes from discovery to resolution.

  ### 20. Redzone Implementation Brevard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Complete game changer for our operations, with a bottom up approach to communication. Allows for transparency in production, and ownership across multiple departments

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

IOS REquirement. Would like to see options for remote access without IOS reqs

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improvement to operational efficiency and clearer vision of where the improvements can be made to increase productivity in highly targeted areas

  ### 21. Gorilla Glue Manufacturing Director

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark F. | Manufacturing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

RedZone has given our associates performing the work the ability to accurately and timely report issues. The entire support team is now better equipped to support them.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

No real dislikes. Hoping we take the next step into other modules such as compliance and maintenance. This will bring everything together for us.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

The software itself is outstanding and exceeds all requirements. The technical support during preparation and installation was also outstanding. But what takes it to the next level is the coaching support provided. Our RedZone coach was on-site from Day 1, providing training and support. He then checked in weekly or as often as we needed. He then led numerous Kaizen events to help us use the system and data to drive better results. RedZone provides a true team approach, which made this a game-changer for us.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving a variety of problems. We can now put real numbers to things such as changeovers, flow issues, training issues, etc.. We can also prioritize and Kaizen the largest issues. We have a 10% OEE improvement over a 6 month period.

  ### 22. A very beneficial company undertaking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerry B. | C.O.O. at JW Nutritional, LLC, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The interaction with our production lines increased productivity 31% from October 2021 until the present, March 2022. RedZone gave our teams a voice to express their needs which improved our OEE metrics. We were hesitant before purchasing this software until we met with the RedZone team several times as they spoke of their support during the entire kickoff process. It was a very detailed agenda for the entire 90 days. RedZone provided a coach who visited four weeks spreadout over ninety days to help our team during this transition. His coaching skills were a tremendous help. The visibility of the real time data was very impressive as it allowed all of our departments access to the data and the progress we made during our initial 90-day startup. We could view each shift and each production from anywhere/anytime. This allowed us to call out great behavior through chat and forum communications.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Probably the only thing that comes to mind is the limit of using the RedZone app only on Apple products. This was a minor roadblock though. We adjusted well since most of our management team owned iPhones and could use the app from anywhere. Hardware required at the facility was always going to need to be purchased anyway such as iPads, TVs, and Apple TVs which we understood.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

I would recommend reviewing your company communications and whether real-time data is important to you.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication was always a challenge, but with RedZone they make it easy with chats, forums, and huddles. This gave our team members a voice with management they probably didn't realize or we realized the true value of listening to their needs. It allowed us to really see the benefits of certain team members we might have overlooked before. They were energized and understood the role they played with efficiency. Our productivity increased 31% over 3 - 4 months which obviously increased our profits and cash flow.

  ### 23. Fun and insightful. Was unsure at start but by the end was fully sold.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesus M. | Process Efficiency Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Going paperless with our day-to-day checklist, being able to turn them into something more meaningful than yes-no questions and having them act as backup checks while answering. Also, the translation of sections and information make it great for easy understanding and learning.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The translation of sections and information is limited. We spent all this time transferring and building checklists only to go back and have someone manually do the translations inside the checks. Hoping for a future update to help fix this since translation is already a part of the system.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

Ask for Joe Thielen to be your team's coach.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest would be the proper amounts of downtime recorded for the equipment. This is allowing us to see repetitive problems that were hidden or being ignored. We are now able to tackle problems no matter how small or large.

  ### 24. REDZONE LESSON

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric S. | Production Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Being able to track and acknowledge production issues real-time as well as openly communicate with other staff in real time. It brings the team to one network to ensure that we are all on the same page.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I feel Redzone has too many avenues to find the same information. For certain employees, it could be too complex. It's almost as if it were simply complicated if I was to describe it.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems I'm working on currently are to get staff more engaged and to create a sense of urgency when there are issues on the floor or with machinery. What I've noticed is once you teach an employee how to make an action or sense and they see maintenance address the issue, they realize the power of Redzone. Now that they understand we can monitor real-time and I follow up with lines not performing, they have a greater need to keep the line in the green!

  ### 25. Redzone was very easy to implement quickly and easy to start utilizing real time data.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh E. | Vice President of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The ease of the platform usability and how easy it was for our operators to navigate the interface on the ipad

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The integration with a more user-friendly reporting software. Tableau is challenging to learn.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped identify problem areas in our manufacturing process.

  ### 26. Can't imagine life without it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen T. | Aseptic Business Unit Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone empowers every employee at our plant to contribute to their fullest potential to the overall success of our plant. Our front-line production team can interact with every aspect of the business. Whether it's tracking their KPIs, working with maintenance, increasing yields, ensuring top tier quality, or engaging with R&D on special projects, operators can receive, send, or log essential updates as they are happening.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone isn't JUST an excellent piece of software. I'd imagine that for most, effectively implementing Redzone will require a culture change. Engagement, transparency, accountability, and a drive to constantly achieve more are the attributes needed in a plant for the most effective use of Redzone. Implementing a change in our culture and way of doing things was very difficult for our plant at first. However, it was well worth it!

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I help lead special projects for R&D, cost-savings, and commercialization. Redzone has helped me ensure that the work we do is standardized throughout every shift and every operator. This is accomplished through:
-The ability to create digital checks and forms in Redzone that allow us to verify how work is being done.
-The ability to interact directly with operators (even at 0200 Saturday morning without having to get out of bed).
-The powerful data tracking and trending tools offerred by Redzone.

  ### 27. Redzone has helped transform our understanding of our plant.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe E. | Vice President, Global Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone gave us visibility to our downtime root causes and length, our uptime scheduled utilization, our performance to standard in real-time, and has been a phenomenal tool for continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The main difficulties are data maintenance and reporting, which are correctable in-house and with some customization on reporting. The most significant gap is in the labor hours tracking and what is truly spent on the lines in staffing.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

The Redzone Production System is a high-quality OEE/Continuous Improvement tool (not a production reporting tool) that will help your business take the next step towards a more profound understanding of your processes and plants. The buyback was minimal for us, and the improvements from the initial visual management and coaching were pretty staggering. We will be able to use this tool to reduce/eliminate many of our leading causes of downtime, as well as challenge our standards for better throughput optimization. These improvements will enable us to target automation in the future because we can focus on the correct problems in the proper development cycle for our organization. I'm thrilled with the decision to add Redzone to our plant and would be happy to share my message and story with others looking to do the same, especially as Redzone continues to develop their product to add more and more value add tools.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We gained significant leverage from the visual management tools and displays, as our employees now can see their targets and want nothing more than to be green. The downtime tools have given us efficiency projects that will have massive financial impacts for us in the coming years, as well as help us avoid capital spending to add capacity in some areas.

  ### 28. Redzone - A new tool for productivity matrix.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Srinivasa C. | Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone usage helped the production staff be more involved in the continuous improvement processes on the floor. Accountability, communication, and collaboration between the employees and the shifts have been phenomenal. Before, when a problem is identified, there is not so much transparency during the root cause investigation. But with Redzone software and its real-time data, the root cause assessments and problem-solving had been done more effectively.

Understanding the software and building the checks in the Redzone was easy and our coach (Joe Thielen) was patient throughout the implementation process. One of the best things I have seen with the Redzone team is their presentations - they made me feel like, they already knew what we are looking for and addressed all the points even before we asked. THEY KNEW THE INDUSTRY NEEDS PRETTY WELL.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Coaches are great in training on the software. But it would be a great help if there are instructional videos about the basic features, like how to build a check, what are the different options to build an effective check, how to build FSMA compliant checks, CAPAs, Audits, etc. Once the coaching period ends, it will help the Redzone leaders on-site to use these instructional videos as a refresher course and to train the newer staff on Redzone.

I was introduced to the Productivity Max module in late 2021. I see it is a great tool. But for new clients, it is often confusing with these new modules. Training and maintenance piece associated with this new module is very pricy compared to the currently existing industry tools, like Alchemy SISTEM (Training) and other maintenance CMMS platform. We opted for this platform due to its affordable pricing on the modules we currently are using. But adding a new module every time under separate plans will make it not so affordable for smaller companies.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

Make sure, you look into the right module that meets your requirements.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the productivity and compliance modules, we now have direct real-time access to the production status (what is running well and what is dragging the productivity that day). Huddles helped employees with a new perspective on problem-solving and knowing the process better. Overall they are more involved than before. Having the statistical data access on the overall downtimes, OEE, and problem logging; helped the operators to identify the areas of concern and work towards continuous improvement.

Using technology like Redzone the production process attracts the newer generation employees. It helps automize the process and help the operators to perform their job with ease.

  ### 29. Great team and great results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Not only is RedZone an obvious decision for any manufacturer due to the metrics and gains, but the team members are wonderful people who I enjoy working with.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I honestly cannot think of one thing I have disliked during my experience with RedZone.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RedZone is aligning multiple departments within our company to achieve common goals and creating cross-departmental support.

  ### 30. Ryan Roberts, VP of FS/QA, TFP Nutrition - Redzone Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan R. | Vice President, Food Safety & Quality Assurance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The engagement of our coach, Joe, was just awesome. Always ready to help and enthusiastic at every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There are a handful of enhancements that I think can be made to easily address some of the weaknesses I've seen from my perspective.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone takes accountability to the next level in a format that is easy to use. We're for sure more productive, but we're getting more volume AND realizing enhanced levels of compliance.

  ### 31. Better Data For Better Decisions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel C. | Redzone Quality and Compliance Project Support, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

It can manage two sites with eight manufacturing plants from a birds-eye view with a clear indication of performance and quality compliance.
Operators know if they are achieving their true potential.
Communication between operators, leadership and support team with text, image and video. Especially when a picture can speak a 1000 words.
The wide range of applications within the tool, from Operations, Activities, Forums, Chats, Kaizen to Quality and More...
The Redzone coaches (Jane & Luke) and support has been invaluable; they are always there when you need them!
Increase in performance and reduction in waste on the back of the Kaizen events, Activities and Forums.
The ability to now do quality compliance traceability in seconds and not hours or days...

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The only thing that I dislike it's us not having the Maintenance module yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

When rolling out the system, ensure to involve expertise from throughout the business. The more departments involved, the better the engagement to take advantage of Redzone Potential

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first benefit is the increase in productivity and reduction in waste. We have the data to back projects and make data-based decisions.
The communication and the escalation process, Kaizen events with the operations, management, engineer, reliability and quality teams have helped resolve several historical issues.
The trust by our retail customers has skyrocketed; we love the wow in their faces during the audits with the data and systems now available

  ### 32. REDZONE HAS HELPED INCREASE OUR OVERALL PRODUCTION AND COMMUNICATION

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trey W. | CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

I FIND THE COMMUNICATION FROM SHIFT TO SHIFT HELPS A TON. ALSO, TRACKING PRODUCTION AND LETTING EVERYONE KNOW HOW WE ARE DOING AND WHERE WE ARE IN OUR CURRENT RUN.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

THE THING I DISLIKE THE MOST IS OUR 1ST REDZONE COACH WE HAD WAS GREAT, OUR 2ND COACH WAS ALRIGHT, AND NOW WE DON'T HAVE A COACH AT ALL. I HAVE A DIFFICULTY CREATING TABLEAU REPORTS.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

EASE INTO REDZONE. THERE ARE A TON OF FUN NEW THINGS TO LEARN AND ACCOMPLISH. I AM LEARNING THINGS EVERY DAY, AND WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS SYSTEM FOR 3 YEARS. DEDICATE SOMEONE ON DAY 1 TO OVERSEE THE SYSTEM DAILY AND UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SYSTEM DOWN THE ROAD.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

THE REDZONE PRODUCTION SYSTEM HAS HELPED SOLVE OUR ISSUES WITH DOWNTIME. OUR EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN MORE ENGAGED WHEN THEY CAN SEE HOW LONG WE GO DOWN OR HOW LONG A CHANGEOVER LASTS.

  ### 33. Record output in 90 days from tracking downtime

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew H. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

RedZone allowed us to track downtime and priorities issues with actual production data. We were able to purchase new equipment to increase OEE in under 90 days!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The only downside is the learning curve of setting up the software and training the team to use the tool. We needed to create new habits but overall this happened quickly for our team.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

Start sooner than you think. The value it has provided us every day of use has paid for the tool 10x. Waiting to use it was a mistake as we were running inefficient and blind with no accurate data.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making production more profitable and hitting record output numbers. Red Zone is also helping with our quality system with paperless quality checks vs. paper checks which we used before.

  ### 34. Transformational Empowerment Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pete K. | Director Of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has energized our shop floor teams and has enabled productivity goals and performance to be highly visible throughout our organization. With Redzone it's clear when we are winning or losing against our goals. The Redzone coaches were excellent at training our shop floor supervisors on how to engage there employees in a positive way to move our KPIs from red to green. The result is a collaborative environment where our employees celebrate their wins together and collaborate on improving our shortcomings. This has brought us closer together as a team and resulted in multiple record breaking production months since the system was deployed. Our cost per unit has decreased and our employee satisfaction is at an all time high!

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I would like to see Redzone develop a process to make ERP integration easier. We were able to integrate eventually, it just took more effort and troubleshooting than I would have liked. It would also be nice if there was a feature to allow permitted users to modify production data for cases where a sensor malfunctioned or data was entered incorrectly by mistake. That being said the positives of the tool and the coaches highly outweigh the negatives.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone has helped us increase productivity on multiple production lines. Our automated packer has seen line speeds increase by >35% and our uptime has seen a boost of > 10%. This was achieved thanks to setting challenging goals for our line operators and the coach working with them on a changeover kaizen for the line. This has allowed for us to run more of our production through this line and reduce labor costs through overtime reduction.

Redzone Compliance has allowed for us to build a more robust food safety system that automatically triggers CCP checks and sends notifications when checks are missed or failed.

  ### 35. Huge Employee engagement and facility productivity improvement!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** liming z. | Plant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone is easy to use, and it comes with the latest lean, CI, RCA methodologies and tools.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Redzone app is not working on Andriod phones yet.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem for us to identify the top losses on the line, and we are able to use lean and 5 why tools from RedZone to address the top losses

  ### 36. Overall extremely happy with training, implementation, and end result.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam B. | Training and Procedures Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Creates an easy way to stay connected throughout the facility. Operators can create alerts for items that need fixing and an easy way to suggest new ideas. I have not worked with competitor systems.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

A downside to RedZone is the sign-off dashboard is a group effort. If part of the team is not participating, it can put pressure on other team members. When certain checks get canceled, it creates a CAPA at our facility. However, it would be helpful if the check only made the capa if the check was canceled during certain times. An example, if the check gets canceled after 5 pm, then it means the run was left going, and the operator should be able to cancel the check that someone triggered due to user error, and it does not create a CAPA.
Another suggestion would be to add a date checker that can do the format: Jan 05, 2022, instead of numbers only.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operator error has created a smaller margin of error than before implementing this system. Our workers have increased productivity over the time we have implemented the system.

  ### 37. Data at your fingertips.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The ability to see what is happening on the lines both from productivity and quality/food safety point of view in real-time. RedZone allows the production team to communicate easily with each other, leadership, and cross-functional colleagues, all without leaving their station. Accountability, communication, and collaboration between the employees have been phenomenal. Going paperless with our production and quality systems, being able to turn them into something more meaningful and saving small forrest in the meantime. Data at your fingertips - no more looking for paperwork through a stack of boxes on an audit day.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

1 stage DELETE. Where is the “are you sure” pop-up?

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data at your fingertips - no more looking for paperwork through a stack of boxes on an audit day.

  ### 38. Redzone Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Promptness, teamwork, performance and communication increased rapidly after the start of using Redzone. Participation in the project was incredible, and the staff was willing always to improve and seek perfection.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Issues around the network and but Redzone support team perfectly dealt with it

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance increase, communication gaps and the progress of staff

  ### 39. Real-time visual factory data at your fingertips

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex M. | Plant Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone is an agile and cost-effective tool that easily scales and adapts to your production floor as you grow and improve

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The Apple-based platform limits compatibility/flexibility with traditional office software/technology which creates some redundancy

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

Get out to a site to watch it work and you will be convinced to bring it to your factory.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Full-shift and full-day production numbers can often obscure performance opportunities; Redzone's real-time performance tracking and historical review tools allow us to flow problems as they happen and capture losses after the fact that may typically be overlooked or forgotten.

  ### 40. Redzone the Teacher

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony A. | Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

What I like best about Redzone is the scientific approach with the use of metrics and the access to experienced professionals. The data allows us to make decisions objectively but the experience and perspective of different coaches allow us to have some of the best professional minds to bounce ideas off of and receiver feed back.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I would have loved for Redzone to work with Windows/ android.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

I would recommend that you rotate coaches so that you can receive knowledge from multiple sources. The coaches at Redzone have backgrounds in business, engineering, military, and more so although the outcome will generally be the same, I believe it is always best to hear out multiple perspectives on things.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Downtime for production was significantly decreased but that was not the biggest benefit. The biggest benefit was the culture that was built because of Redzone. Production floor leaders now get together to solve problems and create improved processes for every department. There is no division, all department leaders now use their minds together to come up with solutions.

  ### 41. ASR REDZONE REVIEW

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** lorenzo j. | manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The ability to reach each member on the floor quickly and efficiently. It uses a lot of tools that I am familiar with and boxes them all into one application

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

the customizable needs of each customer. We have a unique date code that we will need redzone to adapt its program to but have not had success in getting redzone to do this yet

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

communication and collaboration from the front line on up! we have seen success in operators coming up with ideas and executing on those ideas

  ### 42. Redzone Rocks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy L. | Sr. Maintenance/Engineering Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The real time data from the floor to help make real time decisions.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

We realized that operators need detailed training on how to properly enter downtime reasons to help get accurate information into redzone.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping the operators have a direct line on communication with management. This is helping support the operators needs to be successful.

  ### 43. What Gets Measured Gets Done - Redzone an out of the box Powerful system.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The ability to see real-time factory performance across multiple plants. Redzone has given us consistent and standardized data from all manufacturing plants. We now can see the losses and act upon them, whereas before that, data was in multiple different formats and places.

The data is accessible via Tableau, which allows you to create lots of reports to complement your Management Operating Structures (Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reviews) .

The fact that the system is "Out of the box" is a good thing in that you don't try and change it all to fit how you do things and end up having a system that is a nightmare if not impossible to maintain.

The action/issues function is fantastic - no more numerous excel spreadsheets with action lists on - it's all done within the app to great effect.

Communication within every plant is critical to a successful shift, the chat functions, forums and locations logs all make this a much easier process.

And last but not least - the capability to do all process control checks and audits within the iPads via the compliance module is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The production plan section within Redzone allows you to put in your production plans but doesn't allow you to measure against planning rates. Having green OEE hours measn you are achieving the plan (providing you have set up your OEE targets correctly), what you cannot determine is how far ahead/behind the plan you actually are.

I also dislike how some of the updates can occasionally break some functions and then you have to wait for them to be patched, and some improvements to the system/tableau servers can sometimes mean some rewriting of reports. (But this is not that common any more)

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a lot of systems already in place before Redzone doing similar things, but nothing that gave us real-time Pareto data. We can now "see" the losses and trends, which allows us to have effective SIC meetings/Gembas, and using the Forums within Redzone enables us to focus on what's hurting us here and now.

Having better data to make better decisions in one of the main benefits this system has given us. Our previous systems were ok, but interaction from the teams was not always forthcoming as the systems were not that easy to navigate or you would have to write it on a board then put it all in the computer at the end of your shift. So accuracy and reliability of data was not great in some plants.

Redzone is now a way of working for the teams and is a great way of using current generation technology to improve the way we work. Whenever we have launched new things in the past we have always said this would replace the old system and previously this has never been the case. With Redzone we committed to turning off the old systems we had in use once we had got reliable data and this has been the case. We have also now gone "paperless" in 3 of our plants that have had the compliance module implemented

  ### 44. Vice President of Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone has been an excellent tool for getting real-time performance data that has been lacking for our organization.Real-time production performance data.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

The downside of Redzone is it is only as good as the commitment the plant leadership makes to use it to perfect the data integrity.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves a long-standing problem of not having enough production data to track downtime and the reason why.

  ### 45. Redzone Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lyle J. | Continuous Improvement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The connectivity with the team. Everyone is seeing the performance, participating in forums and developing action items. The compliance portion is saving time, and money and improving our accountability. This is creating an environment of ownership and decentralized command.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

It would be nice if it was compatible with other than Apple products.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

Don't hesitate, do it. Every day you wait you are standing still when it comes to what you can do with Redzone.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are improving OEE and improving communication. The staff at the Gemba have been coming up with great ideas from day one, but have not had a way to communicate them and drive change. We now have visibility and communication around these ideas and are working as a team to implement solutions to problems.

  ### 46. It was a game changer.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone gave CI a new name. Traditionally CI programs are difficult to sustain due to the lack of engagement and accountability tools, and Redzone has changed that completely. With Redzone, it gives everyone an opportunity to be engaged and helps the team members follow and use the system religiously.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

Integration of data, and multiple site management. This is something I know that the Redzone product team is working on but as of now it is not as easy or seamless to handle multiple users/sites without their support teams intervention.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

If you're looking to elevate traditional manufacturing that's full of manual processes and lacking visibility and alignment of information, Redzone is what you'll be looking for!

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Downtime management and productivity output are the greatest benefits we are realizing with Redzone. These two metrics give insight on how much financial impact we are getting (or potentially getting) back from our processes and increase production. The element of engagement from all levels make it a bonus because it is never about what seniors management wants, it is a collaborative two-way communication, and led and initiated by the front-lines!

  ### 47. TPM made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Triston B. | Continuous Improvement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Redzone allows you to measure yourself objectively while giving your shop floor employees a voice and agency to impact the business.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

There are some minor functionality quirks and it only runs off apple ios.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone is the guiding light for all future projects; it allows you to make quick data-driven decisions and track your progress post-implementation.

  ### 48. Redzone, not sure how we functioned before it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek R. | Director of Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

Visibility on what's taking place on the production floor line by line is by far the best feature of Redzone. I not only can see what is taking place at this specific moment but can search back to see how other teams and shifts have performed in throughput, quality and required documentation. Redzone has also changed our culture with bringing our teams together as well. Huddles, Leadership DVS, Forums and Chats are widly used throughout the plant and getting stronger use as time progresses.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

When looking into the Redzone System, I recommend approaching it as an investment. Software, iPads, labor, and start-up costs can add up and give sticker shock.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redzone has helped us get rid of physical paper documents that took a tremendous amount of time to clean, scan, and store. We have been through multiple audits now where we no longer have to roll cabinets of documents into the room and instead have all of our historical documents at our fingertips with an iPad.

  ### 49. The app is so simple, it means everyone can easily use it and moving on to the system is quick.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerry J. | BI Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The app is simple, both to understand the data coming out of it and to input information into it.
There was a nervousness about moving to the Redzone system as there were doubts that everyone would be able to transition to using technology instead of paper! The app is as simple to use as any smartphone app, and it's hard to input incorrectly.

The simple visuals which come out again make it easy to understand performance.
For really drilling down or looking at medium/long-term trends, the amount of data that Redzone collects is huge. It's all ready for BI software to analyze.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

I would have liked a section for non-labour/OEE KPIs to be entered to allow the huddles to be entirely run using the App alone. (e.g., to be able to enter H&S, Quality, Material KPIs).
I'd also like the app to display roll-up data of the shifts- e.g., AM shift average.

**Recommendations to others considering Redzone:**

Go big with communication so everyone knows what is coming up and happening. Getting everyone involved really helps land go live. THe Redzone team support with this well before and during go live.

**What problems is Redzone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are still early in implementation at the minute. But already, we are beginning to see downtime trends and which products run less consistently than others.

  ### 50. Implementation was done in a short time frame and we started to see positive results pretty quickly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John D. | Director of Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Redzone?**

The biggest thing we find helpful is the real-time data. The ability of operators to communicate issues through huddles and chats is also something that we've seen beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Redzone?**

We haven't found anything we've disliked.
