What is QAD Adaptive ERP?

QAD Adaptive ERP combines manufacturing ERP and supply chain capabilities with a modern platform and user experience to provide manufacturers a full solution that easily adapts to new business requirements. Typically deployed in the QAD Cloud or an approved partner cloud, the solution includes 24x7 global, multi-language support. QAD Adaptive ERP includes capabilities for customer and service management, global financials, manufacturing, supply chain, enterprise asset management and quality management. The solution was designed for six specific industries within manufacturing, including automotive suppliers, life sciences (medical devices and biopharma), food & beverage, consumer product, high tech and industrial manufacturers. It is also used by many packaging manufacturers. QAD Adaptive ERP has a track record of excellent availability (over 99.9% for the last three years), fast and dependable migrations and implementations and strong internationalization support. In addition to QAD Adaptive ERP, QAD offers many closely related solutions as part of its QAD Adaptive Applications portfolio. Some of these other offerings include QAD SRM (supplier relationship management), QAD DynaSys DSCP (digital supply chain planning), QAD Precision GTTE (global trade and transportation execution) , QAD Cloud EDI, QAD e-Invoicing, QAD Automation Solutions for data digitization and label printing, QAD Production Execution for IoT and shop floor visibility and others.

What do you like best about QAD Adaptive ERP?

I like that its has some customization, the huge selections of modules, and the support team is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QAD Adaptive ERP?

QAD is a very proprietary program, so if you have in-house IT you need to make sure that they are knowledgeable with Linux and Open Edge Progress. It can become very costly to maintain if you do not have in-house knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QAD Adaptive ERP?

The systems functionality is good, and can be flexible. Stock and Warehouse functions are not as complete, but as a manufacturing tool it is very valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is on its own page, you have to actively look through multiple confusing browses to find what you are looking for, the usability is lacking, not intuitive, older design, challenging reporting, everything we need seems to require a custom build to gain access to key business information. What do you like best about QAD Adaptive ERP?

We use QAD at our company and love it. It is a very robust ERP suite that handles our life science requirements very well. Getting our information in and out is great. They are truly an innovative ERP company that doesn't have the same "attitude" as some of the other ERP vendors I have worked with.
