Very detailed content, effective teaching methodology. I have done AWS related content and it is very helpful. I liked the lab sessions and assessment modules as well. I liked the support team as they are very responsive. I did subscribe for an annual plan by mistake but when I reached out to Cloud academy support team for help, they immediately took action, converted my plan to monthly subscription as per my request and refunded my amount immediately. In few scenarios, lab tests did not get complete and there was no specific information to know the root cause. For example I did went through the AI-100 course and tried to complete the practical challenge multiple times. I followed all the required steps in correct order still there is an issue.
