It won’t be an exaggeration if I say “everything.” From the first steps of communication with the support team to the quality of product testing, writing testing documentation & proactiveness of their tech specialists.
What’s more, I like the flexibility of their cooperation models. Since we didn’t have enough load for full time cooperation, QA Madness suggested starting with a part-time model, which was a great fit for our company back then.
