We've been using another similar tool and it was way too complicated. This Fable is super easy. you just record your screen and it creates your steps right away. Honestly speaking nothing that i would dislike. I would love to see more native apps and integrations but as you have opened API you can connect to anything basically. Also I would love to see if they add workspaces for agency clients with labels and tags or if we can have a voice over with avatar where you can also record yourselves where you can describe your scenario with voice. It works very well as you just record your screen and fable automatically creates all steps. Then you edit design and text and woollaaa all done in 5 minutes. I have a SaaS tool for the Brazilian market (I'm Brazilian, sorry for my poor English). This tool offers a relatively new solution, so it's a bit challenging to explain to leads what we do for them. Before using Fable, we had to spend long hours on WhatsApp explaining our product and how it works. My way of doing tutorials and demo products have changed 100%. The tool is so intuitive and easy to follow! Learning curve if pretty soft and the support, well, I have to say, I'm sooo picky with online softwares, but they have solved me all the questions and doubts I had. I made them some suggestions and they have that already in their roadmap, So I can't be more happier to see this grow! As you can use it in an independent domain or embed it wherever you want to, it makes it great to put on any tool! I'm using it for all my upcoming softwares. I like that it's easy to edit what I want my tutorial users to see. The blur function is very, very handy. And the selections of what I want to show is quick and easy. I liked seeing when I told a couple of people to use the tutorial to sign up for an email and the other to authorize a person/agency on their Facebook account. They just opened the tutorial, and following the prompts I saw that it was really easy for them. And they were people who weren't very familiar with technology. What I don't like is that sometimes there are some explanations that are not clear at first -however, once you read well, everything is clear- For example, making path A or B detach from an action. You can either record your clicks, with each click representing a step in the process, or upload your own screenshots when recording isn't feasible (such as when Fable cannot capture certain browser settings). I run an e-commerce site and I often have recurring questions: how do I find my invoices, how do I use my loyalty points, how do I change the capacity of a product, etc.? Until now, I used to make videos, but that caused me problems because I had to work on them in post-production to remove confidential information such as email addresses, contact details, etc. from my demos. What's more, the videos were heavy and loaded slowly. With Fable, I can create demos in a few minutes, add additional information and get a tutorial that loads at lightning speed.
