It's so easy to use that I was able to completely transform my 8 hour AI for marketing training in about 3 hours. The feedback from participants was astounding - they wizzed through what I taught them and were able to produce results in about half the time, with much less stress. Fable is flexible, and so simple even a pre-schooler could use it. The resulting demos are professional, align beautiful with branding due to great customization features and very easy to install, upload and host on websites and landing pages. And the best part is their customer service. Genuinely nice, professional and most important quick and effective. I have already recommended Fable to my training participants and business contacts. Fable is a screen recording app that allows users to capture product applications within minutes and create interactive guides and demos. Users can then customize the captured demos with the help of AI. What I like the most is its ease of use, lot, and straightforward functionalities that made me create some interactive guides quickly something that was once very time-consuming. I used to do screen recordings like many other users. These turned out to be a time-consuming process. There were numerous occasions where I had to start over multiple times due to dissatisfaction with the clarity of my voice, message, and other reasons. I find this software to be exceptionally user-friendly instead. It not only simplifies the demo-steps/recording process but also ensures the delivery of a polished and professional final product. Fable has made it very easy for me to share how-to-guides, as I can just record my screen as I am doing the task, and fable does the rest! of course, I need to edit a few things but it saves around 75% of time it would take for me to do in any other way. To be honest, not much at the moment - but it would be better to have folders, bulk uploads at some point - especially as the number of guides starts to increase. I have to create how to guides for all types of clients - and until now I was recording videos. However if the software i was creating a guide for changes, then i need to record a new one. Now, I can just edit existing guides. The interface is simple and the guides look very professional. Through my support service, i usually use zoom to record to clients and leave them with a video of my intervention. Now with Fable, i can share with them a quick demo through a simple link they can access from anywhere. What i like with Fable is its facility to be implemented and its facility in creating a demo in 2 ways: recording your clics (each clic is a step in the process) or uploading your own screenshots when the recording is not possible (Fable will not record the chrome parameters for example). I see this as a flexible feature and a secure one. I didn't do any integration yet but i know that you can connect Fable to several platform like Zapier and Hubspot. When you use screenshots instead of the recording, you can't use the blur functionnality. The content section need to be more organized and is missing simple features such as folders or bulk uploads. Saving time in building demos to explain to my clients how to use a specific functionnality. And avoid repetition. One record, several uses. Record and automaticaly generate the screenshots according to my clics. I have a client i helped recently who said to me that the steps were so smooth that he had the feeling i was there with him and guiding him through. My marketing team created a demo in 5 minutes. That was amazing. Fable's HTML capture ensured that my demo looked perfect. But as feedback to the Fable team, I’d like to say that with such a great product - they need to make more noise to ensure all future customers get to know more about them. Though a lot of visitors used to see these videos, we weren’t able to really convert them or engage them well enough. Fable is such a fantastic addition to my website for my students and clients. The demos are extremely easy and quickly to set up. And I really appreciate the ease with which I can duplicate a demo. Customer serivce has been quick to respond. I especially like the landing pages that can be created with each demo, along with all the branding and customization options. This software has genuinely transformed how I interact with my customers. For someone like me—who's not exactly tech-savvy—Fable has been a game changer. First and foremost, Fable has literally given me my time back. I work with creatives and artists, and some days it felt like I was herding cats. I was drowning in endless DM's and texts, at all hours of the day and night, dispite having produced detailed onboarding guides (which no one reads). Creating clear, step-by-step walkthroughs manually was the biggest time suck in my daily routine. I tried several SAAS products on the market and found them to be more time consuming than they were worth. Now, with Fable, I can whip up these guides in no time. It's like having an extra pair of hands! The best part? It's so easy to use even your granny could master it. Seriously, if I can navigate through it without pulling my hair out, anyone can. The interface is intuitive and straightforward, which makes creating HTML visual walkthroughs a breeze. The visual guides you can create with Fable are top-notch. They look professional and are incredibly clear, ensuring that my customers can follow along without any confusion. This has drastically reduced the number of follow-up questions I receive. I genuinely had a bit of a tear when I realised that fable had automatically pulled my brand colours from the page and I would not have to spend endless hours twaeking and typing in my hex codes! Fable offers a good deal of customization options, allowing me to tailor each walkthrough to fit the specific needs of my customers. Whether I'm explaining a simple task or a more complex process, Fable has the tools I need to make it happen. I use this now on a daily basis, and intend to fully intergrate Fable into my business across the board, from email to FAQs onsite. I also have to mention how amazing the team at Fable is. As a solopreneur, the biggest time suck for me has always been trying to provide a personal and professional touch at every point in my business. After spending hours creating handbooks, info sheets and detailed FAQ pages I quickly realised that people just don't read anything! I was recieving both texts and emails from my sellers at all hours of the day and night. It became overwhelming, and I was struggling to keep up. Fable has been fantastic. It takes minutes helps me to fire out detailed walkthroughs via text, DM, social media, posts in my group and embeded in my FAQ's.
