We are solving customer issues and inquiries about supplements that we sell. There are also order issues, shipping problems and other things.

Pythia makes using macros to respond to customers effortless. The most common responses can be saved as quick replies, so tickets can literally be solved in as little as 2 clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pythia for Zendesk?

The only downside we currently see with Pythia is that it has to be synced in order to offer newly created macros. This is a simple process the user can do themselves (click of one button) and it's on their roadmap to make this an automated feature, so not a huge downfall at all!
