I like that it's easy to organize your macros by category and subcategory and that it can be easily cubby-holed in the side of the screen! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pythia makes using macros to respond to customers effortless. The most common responses can be saved as quick replies, so tickets can literally be solved in as little as 2 clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside we currently see with Pythia is that it has to be synced in order to offer newly created macros. This is a simple process the user can do themselves (click of one button) and it's on their roadmap to make this an automated feature, so not a huge downfall at all! We are working with multiple brands and therefore it is important to have all the email and chat templates available only for specific brands. Thanks to Pythia, this is now possible and has increased the agent efficiency 100%!

Pythia has been an invaluable part of our Customer Happiness. It has helped us in answering our customers more efficiently and be able to focus on other tickets that require more attention.
