  ### 1. Puzzle: Plan and Implement Digital Business Systems Like a Genius!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | CEO, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Puzzle?**

There is now an MCP to hook up with Claude or any LLM. It is amaaaazing. Support is incredible. There is a whole Circle community you can team up. with too. Since the MCP is in you can design and implement business systems at lightning speed. It is a beast for visualizing and tracking your workflows.

**What do you dislike about Puzzle?**

I would like to be able to change the colors of things, create tasks and comments via the MCP. But other than that it has been amazing. I am very grateful and the software is so helpful to plan our systems out!

**What problems is Puzzle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Puzzle lets me map out all my business processes, spot inefficiencies, and plan systems in a way that makes my work more visual and intuitive. It also improves our team’s efficiency by helping us visually represent ideas, communicate clearly, and make smarter decisions together. It’s been a game changer for sales presentations and closing deals, and it helps us reduce costs. For us, it’s been worth its investment from day one financially.

  ### 2. MCP connector turned invisible operations into living blueprints

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chaplain Tim "TIG" H. | Founder | Lead Chaplain, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Puzzle?**

The MCP connector changed everything for us. We're a nonprofit (Quietly Working Foundation) running 9 apps, 140+ automation scripts, and 7 core operational workflows... and we needed a way to make all of that visible. Not just to me... but to students learning how operations actually work.

Puzzle gave us that. We connected the MCP to our AI agent, and in one session built 7 complete workflows with 77 steps, role assignments, and tool references... programmatically. No dragging boxes around for hours. The agent reads our SOPs and writes them into Puzzle as living process maps. That's the AI integration working exactly how it should... not a gimmick, but a real accelerator.

The canvas UI is genuinely beautiful. Clean layout, intuitive grouping with sections, and the way tools and roles attach to steps makes complex operations feel approachable. Our students can see how a YouTube video becomes a published article across 9 steps, who's responsible for each one, and which tools power it. That's not a diagram... that's a teaching tool.

Support has been outstanding. We reported a bug with the create_process MCP endpoint and Jolly from their team escalated it to engineering... fixed within 24 hours. Brian Ragone (founder) personally followed up. That kind of responsiveness from a product team is rare.

Performance is solid... the MCP handled 7 workflow creates with 77 steps and 66 connections without breaking a sweat. Canvas loads fast even with 20+ sections visible.

Unlimited workspaces means we can eventually give every supporter their own operational blueprint. For a nonprofit trying to scale operations training... that's the dream.

**What do you dislike about Puzzle?**

Honestly... not much. But if I'm being helpful...

The MCP connector uses OAuth that requires re-authentication every chat session. For teams running AI agents on remote servers, a static API token option would make the integration much smoother. I've submitted this as a feature request and their team acknowledged it quickly.

Tab management isn't available through the MCP yet. You can filter by tab when reading data, but you can't create tabs or move sections between them programmatically. When you're building 7 workflows via API, they all land on one canvas tab and you have to organize them manually in the UI afterward. Not a dealbreaker... just a gap between what the MCP can build and what the UI can organize.

Dark mode isn't available yet... though their team told me it's on the public roadmap. For someone staring at process maps for hours, that matters.

That's really it. The product does what it promises and the team is actively building. These feel like "not yet" items, not fundamental problems.

**What problems is Puzzle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had 7 core operational workflows living as markdown files in a vault. Powerful for our AI agents... invisible to humans. New students joining our training program had no way to see how the organization actually worked. "Read the SOPs" isn't onboarding... it's hazing.

Puzzle turned those invisible operations into something you can actually walk through. A student can open the Content Pipeline and trace the entire journey... video detection to transcription to AI analysis to approval to distribution... and see exactly which roles own each step and which tools power it. That's comprehension in minutes instead of weeks.

The MCP integration solved our second problem... keeping documentation in sync with reality. Process maps that live in a separate tool from your actual operations always drift. Because our AI agent can write directly to Puzzle, the blueprint stays current with what's actually running. Build a new workflow in code, push it to Puzzle in the same session. One source of truth rendered two ways.

The organizational modeling (teams, roles, reporting lines, tool canvas) gave us a third win we didn't expect. Mapping out who does what across 5 teams and 32 tools revealed gaps and overlaps we couldn't see in flat documents. It's like getting x-ray vision into your own org... which is exactly how they describe it.

  ### 3. Effortless Workflow Management with Puzzle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frantz N. | Member Services Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Puzzle?**

I love how Puzzle is structured. It's very easy to access different workspaces for the various companies that I work for, which simplifies managing my tools separately while also allowing me to copy them between different workspaces. This feature makes it easier to get up and running if you're sharing tools between businesses. I find visually managing and seeing the workflow end to end while understanding the cost is priceless. The initial setup was extremely easy, and I got up and running in seconds. It was actually fun to set up the tool and create workspaces and workflows, plus there's no learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Puzzle?**

I initially thought that the process of adding tools could be improved. The way it was set up led to duplicate tools, and if you want to change the name of your tool, it wasn't possible without reaching out to support.

**What problems is Puzzle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Puzzle to manage and track my workflows, see all people and tools involved, understand their costs, and streamline changes, making everything easier to manage in one place.

  ### 4. One app to gather all processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Puzzle?**

The ability to see and gather your whole process at a glance plus see it visually. A huge gamechanger compared to tradiditional mapping software.
I'm using it everyday and it has compelety replaced every other tools + boring process document. Everything is inside it and it is so easy to access and share.

**What do you dislike about Puzzle?**

Still in beta but team is very responsive

**What problems is Puzzle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Puzzle helps me gather every workflow for all my customer in the same place and share them, see them visually, add link to documentation and so on. It is a gamechanger in the way I'm delivering

  ### 5. The BEST Tool for Visualizing Your Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Puzzle?**

For over ten years, I've struggled to find a process mapping tool that caters to automation and NoCode professionals. Puzzle solves that problem. The interface is visually appealing, with a clean layout and a color scheme that promotes focus. The preloaded app icons eliminate the need to search and upload them myself, saving valuable time on every project. Puzzle was incredibly easy to implement into how I work with my clients and I love that I can share views of individual sections from my canvas. I can honestly say I use this tool every single day.

Puzzle's ability to define step types (manual, automated, etc.) and statuses (draft, live, etc.). let me create crystal-clear process maps that communicate the entire workflow at a glance, both in terms of implementation progress and workflow mechanics. Assigning roles to each step based on a decision matrix streamlines collaboration with my clients and ensures everyone understands their responsibilities.

Finally, I can appreciate how the team at Puzzle is focused on the NoCode space and is building in support to auto-import automations from industry-leading apps and automation companies. These integrations make my job so much easier because, it means I don't have to duplicate my work.

**What do you dislike about Puzzle?**

The app is still in beta mode, so the team is ironing out a few usability kinks. But they are very responsive, intentional with collecting feedback, and quick to implement updates.

**What problems is Puzzle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Puzzle is allowing me to document processes and systems for my clients while capturing both automated and human-in-the-loop components.
