My only regret is going with literally anyone else first. The UI takes a little getting used to at first because it's SO flexible, but there are just so many options for ways to manage your gym membership and product inventory in a seamless way. And as awesome as the interface is, unmatched is the customer support and tech support. I have had people emailing me back about absolutely trivial feature requests at 10:00 p.m. on a Friday. The team is unrelenting in their pursuit of quality customer care. Whatever else happens with my gym, push press has been the foundation that has gotten us as far as we have gotten. I love how easy it is to use! The system is very intuitive and easy to manage. I took over from a previous owner and it was a quick and easy to set up. Customer support was also super helpful in making sure we got everything transferred correctly.
I use the platform every single day. I can quickly look up members, see their stats, and contact them directly through the platform as needed. My members also appreciate the updated member app that makes it super easy to check into class, preorder merchandise, and see their own check in stats.

I frequently have to run reports to get check in metrics, coach stats, monthly membership overviews, etc. I would love to set quick links or widgets on the main dashboard for the things I'm always looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing about PushPress that is challenging is harnessing the power of all of their tools. There is so much that you can do with Core + Grow + Train that it can be very easy to overreach and lose sight of what you need to focus on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our branded app is amazing, I was able to build it out to be match our branding and it's very user friendly for all of our members. It's a one stop shop for our members to book their classes, view the workouts, buy new plans and have access to our social feed where I as the gym owner consistently post updates on anything from events, lost & found items, celebrating members milestones and schedule/class updates.
The Grow app has also been a game changer for our business, everything from texts, emails and phone calls are all streamedlined through this app making it easy for me to stay on top of leads coming in, exisiting members communication, automated texts that are sent out to our trial members as well as the ability to have a business phone number connected to Grow.
Lastly, on the financial side of things Core makes it super easy for me to know where I'm standing with monthly revenue, my taxes collected, the payroll for my coaches as well as one of my favourite features is the ability to have an in depth look at class check-ins. Everything from check-ins per member, check-ins per class type, check-ins per class time and check-ins per day of the week, making it easier for me as owner/manager to make decisions on which classes need to be adjusted or reviewed to create a better performance. I think one thing that PushPress could improve is their Screens app, it definitely does the job, but would love to have it more customizable to match our branding - I've spoken to the team I know it's something their working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
PushPress is fantastic from top to bottom, they have a free option if your just getting started or a small operation. If your serious about building and managing your business their GROW system is a must!! It's like my personal assistant, from automation workflows for member touch points and managing/organizing all forms of communication from emails, texts, calls and even social media messages all in one place. Their customer service team is top notch and always there whenever you need help. Every person I interact with is a real person who truly understands what it takes to run a business. I'm not a very tech person and I know their system offers way more then I can understand right now. But they do occasionally have educational pieces office hours to call in and talk to those who can teach you more. One step at a time and adding in more features as I'm ready. My only dislike about PushPress is that they are so on top of their client's needs that we often have to adapt to frequent updates and new versions. But, is this really a bad thing?? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We moved from Wodify and have had a much better customer experience on PushPress. The reason why I gave a high review is because of GROW. It has helped automate a lot of work that was very time consuming and the system does it more efficiently than we ever did manually. Having the website linked to purchasing has been key as well.
