## Push Operations Reviews
  ### 1. Effective and Easy To Use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

Easy to use, very intuitive, lots of information available. Is implemented well on both mobile and desktop, and is used in multiple different situations (scheduling, clocking in, comms, etc.)

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

The availability settings are a bit complicated and require multiple steps to get right. It would be great if you didn't have to press "available" when you're already setting the times that you're free - it makes it feel complicated and can be a bit confusing.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

Great software, one of the best I've used in the restaurant industry.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling around multiple people's second / third jobs and managing communications internally. Very helpful for on-the-fly scheduling and let's people manage their availability more consistently (can change week-to-week). Also acts as the login system for clocking in and out, saving company $$ from buying a different system for on-site.

  ### 2. Extremely user friendly, and great customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelsea B. | Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

Push is helpful because it simplifies scheduling and payroll by keeping it in one tidy place. Our staff love being able use the app to swap shifts, book time off and see their paystubs. Customer service is always helpful.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

I don't have a lot of bad to say about Push. We see maybe the odd glitch that won't allow staff to book time off, giving the reason that it is past their designated book off time even when it is not. Otherwise I have no real issues.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling is a breeze, it's really nice to be able to see staff availability right on the same page that the schedule is done. It's very user friendly, and I like that I am easily able to modify and customize our settings to best suit our needs. It is also very handy to be able to message all staff at once either via SMS or email. There are so many helpful functions.

  ### 3. Great software and super fast, friendly and thorough customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle T. | Director, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

System is EASY to use, has A LOT of features that are useful, and whenever I need help it is super fast , friendly AND thorough. I find that if I need something that isn't yet a feature, I think they actually listen to the feedback or suggestions because the features end up on the system at some point. I love it. Made my life easier compared to a bigger more well known company I used in the past which turned out a huge disaster.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Nothing at all. When I need something to work for me on the payroll side of it, I can get Push to add it no problem.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

Try it, I think you'll love it. Especially if you are going from manual scheduling and payroll. Great for small business to grow with it.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my previous work, combining scheduling and payroll in one as opposed to two separate software/manually doing the work, scheduling hours for multiple departments, sending messages to various groups through the system regarding the schedule or other work related info, reimbursements, getting payment out in time. Also, we had the tablet for when employees would clock in/out of work, that worked really great and made for a more reliable way of validating when employees clocked in/out of work; in my current work, payroll with commissions, reimbursements, vacation pay and the like are so fast to do compared to how I was doing it before - manually and then trying out that terrible bigger known company. I like also how the employees are able to use the system to enter availability, put in requests and other things. Push saves me a lot of time. It's very efficient.

  ### 4. Fantastic Platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin D. | General Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

This is the best all in one human resources tool we've ever used! Payroll takes a fraction of the time it used to and has allowed us to be on the floor to manage the business from the front end instead of being stuck in the office. All staff hours are tracked via the PUSH Clock and seamlessly managed by the system. Adjustments, deductions and bonuses can than be applied and managed while processing payroll within minutes. Calculating employer expenses associated with payroll overhead are at your finger tips as well as pay stubs immediately available to your staff upon completion of the current pay run.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Due to the fact that the software contains sensitive employee information it will time out and kick you out of the log in prompting you to resign in. This can get a bit frustrating but I completely understand the reasoning for it. Necessary for security purposes.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

Stop wasting your valuable time and get on board!

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has allowed our team additional time managing the restaurant from the front end and interacting with our guests instead of being stuck in the office doing administrative work! It also calculates milestones, keeps track of birthdays and important dates that affect our staff and the business. Information sharing is a breeze when it comes to implementing new policy and posting schedules!

**Official Response from Tianna Mamalick:**

> Hey Justin,
Thanks for the amazing review. So glad we are meeting your expectations. We will continue to do our best to keep our product and support up to par with this review.

  ### 5. Easily Manage Work Time.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan K. | Human Resources Manager, Hospitality, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

This software is suitable for all type of business from start up to large enterprises. Is able to be customized to suit your type of business while supporting mobile, windows web among others while its communication means is by English language. Implementation is also with little effort and quick.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Updating some tools is important like language tool in order to improve its market. Also negativity from employees make implementation of the software a difficult task .

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

This is one software among many that has outweighed the rest as it enhanced visibility of employees making payments done for time worked this reduce overspending. This way money is wasted.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking and management of your labour enable accommodate chaotic environments of the restaurant.
Ensure staff are work ready and tracking of hours of employees give managers a luxury of approving work hours in teal time with even mobile devices. Spend less on administrative work by automating administrative tasks.

  ### 6. Exceptional Customer Service and Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie Catherine N. | Controller, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

Everyone I have dealt with at Push has exceeded my expectations in providing me with resolutions to my queries in a timely manner and with great detail. The interface is super user friendly and makes scheduling and payroll a seamless process.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

I have yet to face any downsides and hope to not face any issues.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've used other platforms before but they were cumbersome and were very manual. Push allows for everything to be streamlined and seamless. The Scheduling function as done manually before but using Push has saved us a lot of time. The clock in and out feature is really helpful.

**Official Response from Tianna Mamalick:**

> Hey Stephanie,
Thank you for the review. It's great to hear we have met all expectations. We will keep adding new features to make your life easier.

  ### 7. Making Payroll Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan L. | Manager, Restaurants, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

The software is straight forward and easy to learn. It has allowed us to better match staffing to demand and most importantly, control our labour costs. The support staff are friendly, responsive and very knowledgeable. They intuitively understand hourly labour in the hospitality sector.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

If PUSH could provide product updates faster it would be appreciated as there are a few areas for improvement with the software (i.e. employees cannot view timesheets on the time clock). But we are grateful for the platform they have developed and the support they continue to provide and are confident that their development team will have a solution within a few months.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

If you're a small to medium-sized business who is not looking to partner with a larger payroll processor, PUSH should be your first choice. Give them a call, what you hear during the sales pitch is what actually happens after you make the switch - they are who they say they are!

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PUSH has afforded us a level of transparency allowing us to drill down and understand exactly where our labour dollars are being spent; by the department, position, employee, and even the hour.
By using PUSH, we have streamlined our payroll processing allowing us to reduce not only the time it takes to run a payroll but also our overall labour costs.

  ### 8. The Scheduling Solution for All Restaurants.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

I love the simplicity of it. You can have presets, or you can create from scratch. It will finish pay roll with a click of a mouse and be done by the time I take a sip of coffee.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Sometimes it can be difficult to find the reports you need.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

If you're looking for simple, this would be your number 1. I've used Ameego and Schedulefly. This tramples them.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just trying to find a simple way to get payroll done. This saves me as the General Manager so much time!

**Official Response from Tianna Mamalick:**

> It's great to hear our product saves you time. That's what we hope to do!
-Tianna

  ### 9. Reliable Support Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

Support team is always on the ball with providing solutions, tips & tricks for any issues or questions we have and are always incredibly friendly.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Still a relatively new company so they may not have exactly what everyone is looking for in a payroll software, but they are constantly improving and updating their systems to accommodate the needs of their clients.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have helped us streamline and automate our payroll process and this has also helped us move closer to our dream of being a 100% paperless company.

**Official Response from Tianna Mamalick:**

> Thank you for the great review! We have some awesome new features coming down the pipeline like the managers app, auto scheduling, 2factor and vacation. We have a feedback form if you want to submit any features you think may hep our system be a more robust payroll system.

from the start it was a financial decision and then went to one where we were dealing with a company that understood our business and were eager to help.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

we have multipul busnesses and I think how we need to keep them seperate has been a challenge.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

Excelent company easy to deal with and genuinly care about doing things right.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We come from a much larger compnay that provided our benefit program so the response to our questions and to our suggested changes have been quite helpful

  ### 11. Great time manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

Most helpful about PushOperations is that employees can add their availability and once it's confirmed the employer can schedule within their availability.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

I dislike that employees cannot review their hours they already worked. It would be nice if they could review their timesheet after they worked their shifts.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has impacted my work as I could put in my availability for shifts so my schedules wouldn't clash with the ones from my other workplace.

  ### 12. Does the job

It is easy to use and can do everything you need it to. They are always developing new features.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Push makes calculating things like Stat Holiday pay easy

  ### 13. Amazing Platform and Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica W. | Owner, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

I absolutely love that Push calculates all the Stat Holiday pay for me. What used to take me hours for payroll is literally now 5 minutes. I also love that there is a short lead time needed for direct deposit, I submit my payroll on Tuesday or Wednesday and my employees are paid on that Friday.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

I honestly don't have anything I dislike about Push, I use several different payroll softwares as a bookkeeper and haven't found anything I wish Push had that others have.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

Do it, don't hesitate you won't regret it. There support is AMAZING and so is their product.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have solved lengthy payroll runs, scheduling issues by using their scheduling add on for a client. I have solved the problem of employees accessing their pay stubs with Push having access for them through their own logins.

  ### 14. Streamlined, easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

Scheduling is very easy, also great that it shows when stat holidays are

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

When typing time out, sometimes it doesn't register so I have to manually click the drop down box and select the time

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Made schedule much faster. Ability for employees to submit shifts and time off requests at their finger tips makes it easier for them as well, and more receptive on doing so to let me know when they can work

  ### 15. Easy-to-Use Restaurant Scheduling and Payroll Platform.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole R. | Senior Human Resources Manager, Restaurants, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Their customer support specialists respond to all inquiries within a timely manner and provide quality support at all times.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Push Operations makes all of our lives easier here at Monarch & Misfits. I have found particular benefits in solving issues that are related to scheduling management and payroll calculations.

  ### 16. Seamless Integration and Excellent Ongoing Support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

We were with a previous payroll provider, however, it was quite limited in its capabilities and functionality. With Push, we are able to not only have our payroll process upgraded but it also incorporated many other functions that we did not previously have such as a scheduler, employee clock-in/out functionality, labour reports etc. Integration was seamless and we got our account up and running in no time. The application is user friendly and the support staff were great in terms of ongoing support when we did have any questions or ran into any issues.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

So far there haven't been any major flaws that we ran into. It's been great thus far!

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

Push is a user friendly platform whose integration was seamless. The ongoing support has been great and responses are in a timely fashion. There are many functionalities integrated within the platform that have proven to be useful for our organization.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before I began with this company, there was no systems in place in terms of employees clocking in and out. It was all based on employees submitting hours and was reliant on employees keeping good records of their own and based on honesty. To automate the process and have a time stamp to show clock in/out records, Push alleviated that issue. As well, statutory pay was calculated manually previously which ended up taking up a lot of time. Vacation pay was also calculated manually and banked vacation pay was recorded outside of the system. All in all, Push has helped to automate a lot of processes and allowed us to implement new processes that were dire for the organization.

  ### 17. PUSH your time and attendance system to the next level!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

The streamlined and well-integrated platform offered by PUSH. Plus their support team is very responsive and knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Sometimes it feels a little 'bare bones' but for the cost, it is well worth it.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I now have much better insights into where our labour budget is going and I can better ensure we have appropriate staffing levels relative to our hourly sales projections.

**Official Response from Tianna Mamalick:**

> Thanks for the review! We are adding new features every day and hopefully some of the new features coming to the product like vacations and auto scheduling help give you more options.
- Tianna

**Reviewed by:** Dani H. | Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

The staff working at Push Operations are extremely helpful and prompt when replying to questions. They work with us to help create the enterprise flow with ease in our organization.
The platform is very user friendly and easy for even technologically challenged staff to use. We are very happy with Push Operations and have used several other scheduling/time&attendence/HR platforms previously.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

They are currently working on their Onboarding platform for Push Operations and bringing on new employees. We are looking forward to having this simplified and with a lot more features!

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

They are a great company to work with, and their platform has been great.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all of our companies on one platform for scheduling as well as payroll as unified our company and created a lot less chaos. Everything is in one spot and payroll is directly linked to the scheduling system.

I enjoy the user-friendly aspect of the software and the amazing customer service received whenever we have any questions that arise.

There are many great features, however sometimes it takes time to realize those functions are there until we experiment and explore those options, which is part of the fun.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From and manual payroll process to an online software, we have been able to greatly increase time saved and efficiency in processing payroll for our employees. It has been huge benefit for our team.

Easily finding costs for labour

  ### 23. Great System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

I love the web interface. It's clear and easy to use and makes running payroll a breeze. Scheduling is incredibly easy.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

All the emails notifying you about a change in the schedule of someone else..(like, so many times to say the same thing...)

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

Its gonna make a big difference

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I worked in a restaurant for part time and it was incredible the way this worked, the ability it gives the staff to find their own replacements for shifts. I can post the schedule and if anyone wants to trade or give up a shift, I know that the other person has accepted the change by the shift swap request.

  ### 25. The best of the best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

The software is easy to use and has many options for customization. Customer service is even better

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

That I can not approve time off requests or shift trades via the app. I also cannot edit the schedule . Another item that would be useful is to be able to add a note when I decline a time off request.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staff like the ability to be able to see everyone’s schedule.

  ### 26. Right platform for employees management

Little more upgrade is necessary. More maintenance is needed.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complete management and coordination of the employees, expenditures, invoices, tracking the work hours and salaries, roles and responsibilities of all.

  ### 27. Overall a good experience, with a few hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

Always a friendly staff member to promptly answer the phone and try to help with any questions or concerns I have.
Having employees payroll and vacation history available whenever they need it.
I haven't had a problem while running payroll that the PUSH staff couldn't fix day of. This is important to me because I always want to make sure that my employees are paid on time.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

There have been a few background technical glitches with some reports, running payroll etc.
Employees have complained about not being able to access their pay stub through the PUSH mobile app.
I don't like how they removed all the 2017 earning and deductions now that we are in 2018. So I couldn't look back and see what vacation or meal benefit I had entered in for specific employees once January 2018 came along.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

It is a great system and very easy to use for the amount of employees I deal with (~100).
With a bit of a smaller staff I am able to track mistake fairly easily and PUSH will always help fix the error I would in a speedy and professional way.

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

No need to copy and paste info from one system to another and to the third. All are done within PUSH including deposit to bank. Employees clock in and out and have the system to capture the hours worked, managers approves it, and accountants can focus on doing the payroll by checking for abnormalities (instead of doing data entreis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

Push Operations saves so much time! Having your clocking, scheduling, budgeting and payroll all available in one unit has saved so much time on data entry and data checking.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Nothing, Push is a fantastic product all around.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

Make the switch! The administrative work up front with inputting all the information into a new payroll provider, setting up your schedule templates etc. is a big task, but once it is done it saves you so much time on a week to week basis.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Push has freed up so much time that would have been spent entering payroll, checking/confirming staff hours worked, scheduling etc. What would have taken 10+ hours of my week now takes 1 with Push.

  ### 31. Great software!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

Makes running our restaurant so streamlined. Scheduling, payroll, tracking hours, it does SO much of our HR requirements. Highly recommend for any size operation. Saves us many hours a week and keeps our HR highly organized with regards to scheduling and hours tracking.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Sometimes changes to the software show up with no notice but this is a minor inconvenience at worst.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

Try it. Call me if you ever want a referral or recommendation, I’m happy to tell the story of my experience with Push the last few years. Great software that saves us many hours a week.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Labour and sales tracking. All in one place. Super easy to use. Keeps everything organized.

  ### 32. Push has really streamlined our everything scheduling/payroll. Great time saver!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

I like that everything is combined in one easy to use website. It is a very easy to use and versatile. The team at Push is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

The scheduling app is not as detailed as some of the other scheduling sites, but it does cover the basics.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

If you are looking for a cost saving, time saving, and easy to use system try out Push Operations!

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Push as helped us accurately help us account for labour. Made things much easier to verify that the hours being paid have actually been worked! Great cost saver!!

  ### 33. pretty good system for small restaurants

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

Flexible scheduling functions. Easy to set up and edit employee files.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Slow system response, particularly later in the year. This seems to be driven by manual edits. Support seems to be under resourced. Response times are slow and it can take a long time to resolve issues. I don't like that our union benefits are calculated separately by PUSH support staff.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

Do your homework, and make sure that it suits your needs.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cost savings, and increased productivity

  ### 34. Highly Recommend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zakk T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

Great company, that provides a wide variety of payroll/HR services. They have an excellent customer service department and have been quick to provide assistance when I've had questions.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

When I purchased my restaurant, I inherited all of the staff from the restaurant. On those employees push accounts, they then had two different accounts associated with their email, which prohibits them from viewing there schedules on mobile, as they can't switch from the previous owners account, to my new restaurant account. It can be toggled via desktop, but not mobile.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payroll, Scheduling, T4s

  ### 35. Hudsons Canadas Pub

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

The single use login for payroll, scheduling, lognotes, messaging. This allows for easy management of the staff and the restaurant. Also Push has been very easy to work with in regards to changes and requests.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Some times take quite a long time to get a request completed. Also the lack of a one touch scheduling system, and the lack of a contact list for the staff.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

Ease of use is incredible compared to other systems used. Easily out does bigger companies that are hard to deal with when it comes to changes and errors. Having the simple one login makes it easy for staff use.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving a simplification of the business process. this helps reduce costs and helps in problem solving with payroll much quicker.

  ### 36. Stress-free payroll

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** aNGELIE B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

The insights and reports and user-friendly interface

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Email support takes few hours to respond back.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

Try it and you will like it.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Labour hours monitoring and cost-cutting
-Minimize manual hours during payroll runs
-Cloud-based scheduling solutions
I'd like to learn more about workforce analytics and labour forecasting and other features we haven't fully utilized. Also, it would be nice to have a dedicated service rep to check in on us or someone we can contact directly for any concerns as opposed to having to wait for hours for response.

  ### 37. Easy to use - great, fast processor

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

Customer support is fantastic; any special requests are always handled urgently.
Interface is intuitive, easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Reporting functions are 80% there. Reports are generally effective, but could be much better (should be more drill down features and generally should be more robust). Our operators have chosen not to adopt scheduling feature.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Processing of payroll is great. Operators sometimes complain approval of hours takes some time - but generally a solid framework for keeping people accountable.

  ### 38. User friendly payroll solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Terry B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

Pretty quick customer service. It has improved a lot in the past year.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

It can be a little slow to change between option screens. It would be good to have an import feature for pulling timecard data from another system.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It processes our payroll and does our time and attendance. It has a nice facial recognition feature which is good for time theft auditing.

  ### 39. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ryan r. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

The ease of setting up schedules and going week to week is great. I am also a fan of how easy it is to calculate hours and all the reports you can run for any type of business.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Not being able to go back once i have approved a payroll, Sometimes you miss something and notice it after but the payroll is already done.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistent labor and being able to look at the reports and see when you need to staff up or down based on needs and trends.

  ### 40. We are kicking ourselves we didn't switch to Push Operations sooner

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

Push has so many great features that it is hard to list just one! It's ease of use, the app for our team members so they know their schedule, can swap shifts and communicate with management and the connection of our schedule and payroll for administration purposes are all first class!

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

The lack of customisation of the Push program in regards to certain reports is one thing I would improve. Push also would benefit from a Management App (separate from the Employee App) however I have heard it is in the works.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest advantage for us is the integration of our schedule with our payroll. This is huge and saves valuable man hours each week that can be used for other areas of the business.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Egle B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

My favorite things are how easy to use the software is and how accessible the support is. They will go out of their way to accommodate your last minute requests and fix your errors.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Some reports lack customization. Also, when on hold with them, always the same background music...

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Switched from ADP and from manual payroll. Can now do it on my our schedule. Automation of calculations is great. Quick and easy processing.

  ### 43. Push simplifies payroll and is very flexible

We love the personal service that Push provides. Push is unique in this respect. The platform is amazing but the people make all the difference.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

I would love to see a Push payroll app for iPad!

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Push’s easy to use platform makes payroll simple and comprehensive and their people-oriented service means no waiting in phone queues, less frustration, less re-explaining a problem to a new customer service rep.

  ### 44. Manage Payroll and Scheduling with Ease!

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

This statement is already in English and does not require translation. It describes a feature of a system or tool called "Push" that simplifies the process of scheduling and tracking work hours for employees who hold multiple positions.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Sometimes clock approvals take a few minutes.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

Push Operations will make your life so much easier! Before Push, we did manual scheduling and payroll and the amount of time we've saved is unbelievable! You won't regret switching to Push for all your workforce management needs.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can maintain the schedule up-to-date and accurate with employees having the ability to trade shifts. Additionally, all information is kept in one place, making it easy to follow up with past payrolls.

  ### 45. Very responsive to the constantly changing needs of the hotel/restaurant industry

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

I can do payroll from home or office! And the PUSH have always been quick to respond to questions or when issues arise.

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

I would like to see the ability to create custom reports, and to change the 'look' of the lists, such as the OffRun Payroll lists.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

Once you are set up on this system you will be very satisfied with the results!

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The amount of time it saves us is incredible. Way fewer corrections or mistakes, and the photo sign in and out eliminates any discrepancies or concerns regarding attempts to cheat the system.

  ### 46. Great Payroll & Scheduling Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2018

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

One central resource for managing Staff, Wages, Schedules, Availability, and hours worked

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Should have better tools for repeating weekly shifts for staff that have a consistent schedule. Copying week to week is time consuming.

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Last minute shift changes are much less stressful in the event of sick employees and sudden changes in staff availability.

  ### 47. Effective, Efficient and Cost Effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raymond S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2018

**What do you dislike about Push Operations?**

Forecasting can be difficult however its a minor issue

**What do you like best about Push Operations?**

This product has allowed an ease to payroll application, and has saved a lot of time.

The reports are not what I expected. Would prefer more reconciliation reports. Any request with IT seem to take a long time for processing.

**Recommendations to others considering Push Operations:**

Review the reports and ensure they are providing the information you require. Recognize that there is not much support when wanting to change or revise reports, or reconciliation processes related to government remittances

**What problems is Push Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?**
