I wish that the admin app was better and you could do more on it. I also wish it had a few features like being able to send a message in direct response to a time off or scheduling request. You can only accept or reject. Using the system in a browser on your phone does not work well either unfortunately. This all being said we have been customers for years and plan to continue. I would love it if Push had chat support as I have found email support to be a bit slow. I also think the user interface and design could be improved. That it doesn’t allow you to have 2 tags on people assigned for job - let’s say someone is opening the company and they are also training someone - I won’t be able to put training tag and opening tag to the person assigned since I can only put one tag per person. Although it seemed 'difficult' at the very beginning, after 2 months of payroll (we've been using it for a a few years now) it was so easy compared to Quickbooks, which was our old system. It needs to improve a bit more on payroll compliance of the specific jurisdiction and focus more on fine-tuning its functionality. For example, Push Offers conducts performance reviews, but it does not let the employee acknowledge having participated in the review, which defeats the purpose.
