With VoIP, WhatsApp and Skype all blocked in the UAE, once enabled I can make calls both for both business and personally. It also saved me a fortune in roaming costs. The same account works across my PC, MAC, iPad and Mobile. I can also adjust the connection to suit if I am streaming video or just working for maximum efficiency. There is also plenty of bandwidth available to stream video and download large files. The account logs in very easily and switching between countries to establish how well my websites are doing on Google in the USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia is a breeze. **What do you dislike about PureDome?** Google has become too clever and seems to be able to detect that you have enabled PureVPN and carries out "I am not a Robot security check. The aim is to enable PureVPN and stay on. IP protection: It helps users hide their real IP address and choose from an array of multiple IP addresses. You can choose to circumvent censorship by choosing the country of your choice. Peer to peer file sharing: Some internet service providers try to throttle peer to peer traffic and PureVPN helps me circumvent it. Encryption by default: This enables bulletproof encryption and protects personal data from snooping. **What do you dislike about PureDome?** Consuming too much resources: I have used multiple VPN apps and this app consumes a lot of computing resources unnecessarily. I suspect that this app is secretly mining bitcoin in my machine. Poor bandwidth availability: I have a 150 Mbps bandwidth connection and this app only gives me close to 10 Mbps, this is unacceptable, they need to increase their number of servers thereby increasing their bandwidth. Opaque differential pricing: I find the pricing model very opaque, the website shows different prices on different browser tabs and devices. It helps encrypt the outbound and inbound data traffic that comes in and out of the machine. This feature comes in handy when using Wifi networks that one does not control or trust. The internet service providers sometimes throttle and slows down internet traffic on purpose, during then if we use pureVPN the speeds are restored to normalcy. In some networks peer to peer file sharing protocols like bittorrent these blocks can be circumvented as purevpn circumvents these blocks. It also helps me protect my IP address from being exposed to trackers and hackers. Also it has hundreds of country options that lets users access geo-blocked options. It is very inexpensive and I live purevpn is a great value for money option. **What do you dislike about PureDome?** The connection sometimes drops randomly and exposes my real IP address. I would recommend enabling the VPN kill switch feature. Also we have a 150 Mbps connection but while on the VPN we get only 10 Mbps. This is a drop of more than 90%. of the bandwidth. PureVpn needs to up their game and increase the bandwith provided to their clients. **Recommendations to others considering PureDome:** Try setting up your own openVPN server if budget is not a constraint, it is more expensive but it is reliable too.
