## About PureInsights Configurable Real Time Dashboard for Genesys Cloud
The PureInsights Configurable Dashboard and Call Detail Extractor for Genesys Cloud Features are bundled together in a single subscription. The Configurable Dashboard features continuous updates in REAL TIME, alerts are color coded to quickly assess. The Dashboard is browser-based so it's accessible from anywhere, including moble. The Call Detail Extractor features a view of results in the web browser and also a clean CSV format for download to load into Excel easily or another BI tool. Data includes ANI and DNIS columns and Grand Total across all selected Queues. Both are cloud-based offerings so there's no software to install!

What I love most about it is its interface which is customizable and provides updated data. It efficiently manages data and can be accessed easily.

I have not found any big cons that I can mention. It has lots of features so learning all of them can take some time.

**What problems is PureInsights Configurable Real Time Dashboard for Genesys Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to simplify our data processes and provides deep insights into our data. Its interface is simple and can be customized as we need it. Its support is also good.

This tool gives the incredible, insightful and beautiful interactive visualization to our data. This also helps in model generating and also some statistical analysis to our buisiness.

**What do you dislike about PureInsights Configurable Real Time Dashboard for Genesys Cloud?**

Not easy to understandable. Complex steps to work on this tool. Sometime may face difficult to understand how to proceed to further steps. For beginner users it is quite difficult to understand all the tabs and steps.

**What problems is PureInsights Configurable Real Time Dashboard for Genesys Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems related to data mining, segregating, and visualizing these all things this tool work quite effectively and efficiently. This increase the productivity becasue of less number of time it gives the results accurately.
