What stands out to me about Pump is its intuitive interface that makes tracking AWS expenses a breeze. It not only highlights areas of overspending but also provides personalized recommendations tailored to our specific usage patterns, leading to substantial cost savings without any service interruptions. One aspect I find less favorable is that Pump sometimes flags critical resources as unnecessary, which requires additional validation on our part. While this isn't a dealbreaker, more accurate insights would significantly enhance the overall effectiveness of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Pump is how easy it makes saving on AWS costs. It quickly shows where we're overspending and gives simple, actionable tips that actually make a difference—all without disrupting our services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that Pump occasionally flags resources we need, needing us to double-check the recommendations. It’s not a major issue, but more precise suggestions would make it much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Savings on AWS Credits. Nothing else. Never again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Pump activated a feature to prevent customers from leaving their billing organization. So if they don't let you go, you need to migrate you servers. Hard to beleave, but reality.

2. Pump promissed 5k free credits after signup and short security checkup. After 4 month nothing has happend yet.
Summary. Never again. There are other providers to save AWS credis. Pump is just the wrong one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pump is a free and easy way to save money on your AWS bill. AWS costs can be tough to handle, especially for small teams like ours in the pre-seed stage. Pump simplifies this by helping us cut our AWS expenses with just a few clicks. it was really easy to integrate with our AWS account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not much to dislike about it because it's basiclly free money returning to us, allowing us to allocate it into various other parts of our company. That being said, it would be exciting if they could expand their support for a wider range of services, including multi-cloud solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it was easy to setup and that it gave me no problems from the begining. Pump is a simple software but does what it promises it cuts your AWS bill almost in half.
After the YC deal of AWS our company we reduced our usage to 50% but that was not enough and it was using a lot of resources the money we could use to improve our platform/service. So we found and starte using pump that lowered our usage another 50%.
This is just amazing and I recommend anyone to give it a shot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So easy that is scary, befor start using pump I had a lot of doubts about what will happen to my system. I wish to have more information before starting using it (however now I don't need it)
Also a bit of annoyance is that pump will be your billing contact for AWS meaning you will deal with them instead of AWS. So negotiation of costs to AWS needs to go through pump. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pump is a brilliant tool that helps to reduce AWS bills significantly. I was amazed by how much money could be saved using Pump, without compromising on the quality or performance of the cloud services. Pump is very easy to use, and it integrates seamlessly with my AWS account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don’t like their website design… sometimes it seems too complicated… I will suggest them that they make their website’s design more User friendly and keep the important information only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

``I've been using AWS for pump applications for a while, and I must say it's been a game-changer. The scalability and flexibility AWS offers make it a perfect match for pump systems, allowing me to easily adjust resources based on demand fluctuations. The seamless integration with IoT devices lets me monitor and control pumps remotely, optimizing performance and reducing downtime. AWS's robust security measures keep my data safe, while the real-time analytics empower me to make data-driven decisions for improved efficiency. It's onboarding is really simple to understand by any beginner. It saves more than 50% of my money. The cost-effectiveness of AWS ensures I'm only paying for what I use, making it a smart investment for any pump-related project. Without a doubt, AWS has elevated my pump operations to a new level of efficiency and convenience." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I get frustrated with the pump AWS application's occasional connectivity issues, causing disruptions in remote monitoring and control, leading to potential operational inefficiencies. But apart from that it's a great application and I believe more improvements are coming in. Pump uses group buying and AI (PumpGPT) to help me save large amounts on AWS bills without any engineering effort. The interface of Pump is simple and intuitive and looks great. I can easily share my savings reports and insights from Pump with other leadership members. I like how Pump also does not require many of my AWS permissions (only billing) so I trust their system. The main drawback of Pump is that it only supports AWS, but many companies including mine are multi-cloud. I am eagerly waiting for Azure support, as well as other providers like Google Cloud. It would be very cool if Pump could offer cross-cloud optimization and tell me which cloud to deploy virtual machines on based on the cost and availability. This would make Pump a one-stop solution for cloud cost management and I would use it for all my virtual machine buying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The setup procedure is incredibly simple and uncomplicated. I just had to link to our AWS account, and within under half an hour, we were ready to proceed. Their team is highly responsive and has been a pleasure to collaborate with." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find myself thoroughly satisfied with every aspect; there isn't a single thing that I can pinpoint as a dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
