Giving feedback to our employees & being able to share our opinion in hopes of it being heard. I wish that our employer would require the PULSEPOINT as a required feature, and not optional. I feel that some employees find it time consuming, and a waste of time to fill out these surveys. Without filling out the surveys, the organization does not know what to fix. We should be grateful that we are offered this monthly within our organization so that they can improve any flaws that we feel our company has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The technology was weak in the beginning, but it has come a long way since start up. I wish there was a way for our company to actually be forced to make changes that they find in these surveys, but unfortunately, that is not the job of this company. Was going to use them for our programmatic display campaigns but they suddenly pulled back their proposal and decided not to honor the proposal. No explanation + no replies despite my outreach.
