Thier monitoring team is one the best , had a very good experience so far

Sometimes rarely their customer support helpline goes on loop

They are providing ILL and voice solution for EQL for the past 3 years

**What do you like best about Pulse?**

Our experience with Pulse Telesystems has been extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory. The service has consistently underperformed, causing significant disruptions to our business operations.

**What do you dislike about Pulse?**

Unreliable Service: Frequent outages and call drops have made it nearly impossible to rely on their service for any consistent communication. This has caused major setbacks for our team.
Poor Customer Support and Sales Experience: While customer support is occasionally responsive, their solutions are ineffective. Additionally, the salesperson we dealt with was unhelpful and lacked clarity in explaining the services and pricing.
Complicated Setup: The setup process was incredibly cumbersome, and we faced multiple configuration issues that took far too long to fix.
Lack of Transparency: There’s a noticeable lack of clarity in billing, with unexplained charges adding to the frustration.

Nothing.. Created problem for me.

**What do you like best about Pulse?**

Stable product and Ownership driven team, If there are any hiccups raises withproduct their team is very much compentant to solve the issues then and there!

**What do you dislike about Pulse?**

I dont see much of downsides, if there are anything team is preplanning and adding the same to customer or product road map

**What problems is Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**
