Publitio is a cloud-oriented file-sharing platform where all our media files can be transferred with extensive security functionalities. It follows end-to-end encryption schematics and also gives us utmost control and convenience for our media files. Publitio has allowed me to upload and store my recorded videos for my WordPress website. The videos are secure in Publitio, and I can embed them into my WordPress website. Using the built-in CDN has meant my explainer video load really quickly. It takes a bit of research and reading through the content to really figure out how the service works and the best way to leverage it. Maybe more case studies or tutorials could help to that effect. I love the simplicity of the way the service works. Upload files on the account, and when you install a plugin on the website just put your previous customized player of the video file option, and that's it. Security of the video files is at a high level. Before the purchase of Publitio, I have used a free account, and it's the perfect choice for the start. When you grow you will probably find that a paid account is a good turnover because of memory and bandwidth. Also, they have many SDK/Plugin options for using the service.

The customer support is good, and you will get all the help you need in a short time if you are a Premium member with month plan. Otherway you have to wait for a day or days. The new thing is the Analytics option, which can be useful. The video propagation process can take some time, approx for the video ~ 250MB sometimes you're gonna wait to be done for about up to one hour in 720p resolution. It can be painful if you are in a hurry. But, if you keep that in mind then you can organize your time. It's not a big drama because even YouTube had a long process before the video became available live.

When I have a long video, approx 2h, and 300MB weight, the customers usually have a problem with forwarding and rewinding of a video.
