Most other scheduling tools I looked at didn't do that, at least not with their free or base plans. And their free plan lets you post to 5 accounts, not 1-3 as with others, and allows you to easily customize posts for by adding relevant hashtags and images for each channel. The paid plans include unlimited post scheduling, eternal post history so you can see at a glance when and what you've posted, Canva integration, RSS import (which I use for my website blog posts), and the ability to schedule follow-up comments on posts. They've recently introduced hashtag and content recommendations for their premium plan. When I first decided to go to a paid plan for the post history I signed up for 3 months, with a discount from the monthly rate and giving me enough time to try all the features. I love the payment flexibility, and you can add as many social media accounts as you want at a $2/month additional cost for each. So really amazing value. **What do you dislike about Publer?** I've been using Publer for over 6 months and haven't found anything yet that I dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Publer:** If you're not sure about Publer, or are still searching for a scheduler, give Publer a try. The free plan has more features and includes more accounts than any other scheduler I've seen. They do not try to upsell you, and their support is available even for the free plan. **What problems is Publer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was having trouble keeping track of posts for all my social media channels (LinkedIn, FB, IG, Twitter, GMB, and now Pinterest), and remembering when I posted. I use a spreadsheet as my content calendar, but am slowly migrating to using Publer's calendar. I can schedule posts in advance and see at a glance what and when I've posted. The RSS import and Canva integration have made it very easy to create images for my posts, and saves me several steps of downloading, editing, and uploading to a scheduler. And the ability to create customized posts for each channel from one screen, and to schedule, delay, and set follow-up comments is saving me a ton of time. ### 3. It's easy to set up and learn (it feels familiar +1). The free trial allowed me to test the excellent features. The pricing plans, features & UX are all perfect, multiple schedule profiles, RSS content feeds, browser extensions, customisable feeds per post, it has it all. The multiple posting schedules and analytics give me great control over optimising and improving my posts. The customer support is also excellent, timely, courteous. (The email onboarding sequence for using Publer is fantastic, not only is it a great introduction to the platform but it helps you get the most out of it as well) **What do you dislike about Publer?** There is no mobile app (it's coming soon) **What problems is Publer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cutting down on the number of emails I receive as I can use the Publer RSS content feature instead. But more specifically, I love the hashtag generator. It's not perfect. But it' s really helpful. And the fact that it generates them based off of recent tweet activity is pretty cool. I'm not on twitter, but I think it's a fair metric and my IG posts have been getting great engagement. **What do you dislike about Publer?** Honestly... not much with Publer. I had an issue with uploading videos to Instagram via Publer, but I reached out to support and they actually fixed it in about a week! Like updated the site! Amazing. I very rarely write reviews and I was so impressed with Publer that I had to write one. UI and Simplicity are very important these days when we have to deal with so many tasks and use so many tools on a regular basis. Publer is a very very intuitive tool that made my life easier with very little effort. I am extremely happy I chose this software after I have dealt with other in the industry: Hootsuite, Later, Planagram.. I had a minor glitch once (let's call it a bug) and within hours the team fixed it. Also, today I asked a question and customer support replied in less than 30 minutes. On a Saturday morning at 6am! Ridiculously good customer service that should inspire others to raise their standards. Publer is integrated with Google Drive, Dropbox and other cloud storage solutions and you can upload your content into the cloud so you can work on any computer. My favourite feature is the recycle. You can basically set up your recurring posts in advance, then retire on your private island (yeah, right) without worrying about social media posting. **What do you dislike about Publer?** There is nothing I don't like about this product.Of course, I wish there were a Publer mobile app, but I heard that could be coming soon. **What problems is Publer solving and how is that benefiting you?** My main problem was finding time to post on social media daily. I also like how the roadmap is very clear, with the development team, support team and user base all part of story to how the product grows. They regularly vote on features and users can select which suits them best. There is so much in the pipeline, it remains exciting. **What do you dislike about Publer?** Just the CSV upload mechanism template, but very minor and will be improved in future releases. I need to submit a feature improvement on this, but the team are already working on improvements, including a recent adjustment to the dropbox mechanism, which does an auto correct on dropbox file links automatically to save the user have to work around it. Very smart. **Recommendations to others considering Publer:** Much better than a lot of the bigger brands (such as Hootsuite), offering a simpler, cleaner and error free structure where it's easy to navigate and not get lost when using. **What problems is Publer solving and how is that benefiting you?** 300% improvement in speed of scheduling social media marketing content per week. So quick to schedule and extremely flexible. I now spend 1 hour per week, instead of 4 hours per week, scheduling, so I can focus on content creation as opposed to scheduling and all the pain that platforms have with that. The wastermark feature means I don't need to so any video processing at all, which makes things so much easier. ### 50.
