Scheduling posts AND scheduling follow up comments (even on a timer) has been so invaluable to my content marketing for my company. I appreciate that Publer keeps the user interface simple, and that it's easy to post across multiple platforms. They are quick to respond and helpful in their customer service. I use them very frequently (weekly, sometimes daily) and am continuing to learn more ways to make streamline so that I spend more time with customers as Publer helps automatically implement my marketing. I've found that even when I'm on a single platform, it still can be challenging to tag a person or page. I still have to go into the post after it's live to activate the tagging. Would love to see that feature improved. I would also like to reuse older posts by just duplicating, updating the date and content, and posting, but as of right now, you have to copy and paste the content and start a fresh post. Minor thing, but would be great to see that easier to repurpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Publer is an exceptional social media management tool, offering seamless scheduling, automation, and analytics across multiple platforms. Its user-friendly interface and features like bulk posting, auto-scheduling, and customizable content make managing social media effortless. With integrations like Canva and Google My Business, it’s a time-saver for creators and businesses alike. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Publer is an excellent tool for social media management, one area for improvement could be its pricing structure, which may not be ideal for smaller businesses or individual users on a tight budget. Additionally, some users might find the learning curve slightly steep for advanced features, especially if they’re new to social media management platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I 💚 @publer because it’s truly the best social media management tool out there right now! It simplifies my workflow, allowing me to handle all my SMM tasks in one place no need to jump between multiple platforms or websites.
A huge thank you to ervin kalemi for creating such an incredible tool! I genuinely can’t imagine getting through a workday without using Publer—it’s an absolute game-changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
nothing, i love this product a lot. all features are good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've jumped to Publer after using a handful of other social media content managers. What I like best about Publer is it does the simple things right.
It's terribly easy to post, which allows you to focus on what matters: getting your content in front of the people who need to see it.
The best part is it's easy to customize for each platform so you can come off as unique on each, instead of just blasting content.
Bulk upload is a huge timesaver as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The licensing model follows that of other vendors where you're paying per platform. Analytics are also an upcharge.
It does force you to carefully consider just how wide you would like to go on socials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far I'm impressed with what it can do for the cost. It's easy to set up and integrate the accounts I want to include, and it's fairly intuitive to use. Support is responsive when you need to contact them. I really dig it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were a few technical speedbumps here and there, but since support is so easy to reach it's nothing that would prevent me from using the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Publer is an incredibly useful tool that helps us streamline our workflow and save time. With its intuitive features, it allows us to schedule and post content for multiple clients across various social media platforms all in one place. This not only improves efficiency but also ensures consistent and timely content delivery, making it an essential part of our social media management process. The only downside we have encountered is sometimes Publer does not save our changes and we constantly have to refresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GOOD: Ability to bulk schedule a lot of posts - it's the reason why I chose Publer instead of Buffer for now. I had thousands of ready posts. The CSV upload works just right - you can upload up to 500 posts in one files which saves a ton of time. Great customer support - quick to reply and help with issues. BAD: Poor media file storage - very few columns, no ability to sort, and export data of media library - which would be super useful when you need hundreds of links to download pictures before uploading them via CSV and bulk scheduling. I needed to find a way around this issue and upload everything to Wordpress and then use plugin to export file names and links. Not great that it is not available on Publer. Makes media library useless to me as it's not feasible to work this way - I'd need to manually copy-paste all links, which obviously is not ideal.
The VAT pricing info should be more visible.
The "Explore tab" is wannabe Taplio copy although you can only see posts from Instagram and X, and nothing else + they are very few posts and they are not even matching keywords at all. I was looking forward to LinkedIn, but there is nothing from that platform, opposite to competitors like Taplio.
Calendar view has no yearly view option or an option to view more compact window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use, design, breath of social media platforms that can be targeted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much. To be honest Publer is almost perfect (for my needs). I think the suggestion of tags could be more focused, but that's a minor point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Allows you to have multiple account types for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok much more. Super critical if you're managing multiple accounts and multiple profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far, everything has been amazing. Looking forward to seeing what we can do with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have 12 fairly large Facebook pages and a large Youtube following. We were using Hootsuite and while it was adequate, it was also cumbersome and expensive, relative to Publer, which thank-god we found. Not only does Publier download videos for you from many social media sources, including YouTube, but you can easily and quickly post videos, pics, text, memes – whatever – to ALL your pages at once! I recommend Publer as someone who has tried the others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything good so far, just wish I would have found it sooner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
