"Easy to use Service Management Software"
5/5
What do you like best about ServiceMax?

What I like best is the fact it is very intuitive and user-friendly software. The fact that the system is built on the Salesforce platform makes it extremely user friendly. It also allows for plug and play integration with different systems. We are looking to also integrate this system with our call center contact management system. What do you dislike about ServiceMax?

The variety of user profiles can be a bit confusing, but at the same time, that variety allows you to really customize to your business needs. There are only certain combinations of profiles and unfortunately our business is not as cookie cutter as the available profiles so that caused us to change or alter some of our users abilities and responsibilites. "Zinc Review"
5/5
What do you like best about ServiceMax?

Zinc supports calls, both audio and video calls making it easy for employees in a company to communicate easily. Depending on the communication they want to do, they can do it comfortably by choosing either a video or an audio call. If one cannot reach another team mate via a call, they can always leave a message. Zinc supports messaging and passing along a message to many people is easy because Zinc supports broadcasting of messages. With Zinc, one can share documents in various formats to other employees on Zinc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceMax?

Zinc is really nice and I have never disliked it because it does not consume a lot of bandwidth. Zinc also does not require a very strong signal strength to use, and when you send a message even when there is no internet, as soon as you connect to the internet, the message will always be send. "Great communication tool for team members"
5/5
What do you like best about ServiceMax?

Zinc is a great messaging tool, that makes communication easy and efficient between team members. Zinc does not need a very strong internet connection hence it is great for any organization as there is no much bandwidth consumed. The video conferencing feature is great as the video quality is very nice. Broadcast messaging is great especially when one needs to pass the same message to all the members in their team. You can also easily share documents and files with your team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceMax?

Zinc requires an internet connection which is a great challenge, especially when one is out for fieldwork and the place they are in has a poor signal strength. However, Zinc can allow you to send a message even where there's no internet connection, and as soon as you are connected to the internet, the recipient can receive the message.
