As a content expert I have worked with numerous project management tools. I find PSOHUB easy to use on a daily basis. I primarily use it to manage my tasks and to timesheet the work I delivered. I like how you can fill in your Google calendar and it automatically is shown in your timesheet calendar. I've had a few minor issues with the software and the customer support team was very reactive and eager to help. My PM colleagues love how it's integrated with Hubspot and their CRM system. One issue we’ve been experiencing with PSO is related to the timesheet functionality. Currently, entries logged via the timer are recorded down to the exact minute, which makes the overview appear quite messy. Unfortunately, there’s no option to manually adjust or align these entries afterward, so it’s difficult to keep timesheets clean and structured.

I appreciate the cleanliness of the PSOHUB tool and the roadmap from the team with future updates. I like the roles associated with each team member and the ability to work from integrations with HubSpot, as it helps with breaking down In-Hours vs Out of Hours for reporting on utilization within the team and reporting back to the business for overall KPIs. The less bulkiness of the tool and the flexibility to report on actual delivery rather than assumed is a big plus due to the enhanced reporting capabilities with data outside of the tool. I like the integrations that PSOHUB has with different source systems. It's really good for keeping track of projects. PSOHUB is integrated with lots of different systems we use, so all the data from projects and personal data are combined into one platform, which makes it really easy to use. Every time I enter capacity, I have to press 0, or else it reloads or sticks, which is really annoying. If I put in vacation for a month, it doesn't automatically clear those lines for planning, and my colleagues still have to check if I'm off, which is confusing. I also find it irritating that I have to add lines every week instead of just copying and pulling it across for the month. The process slows down my input significantly because it updates every entry immediately, making me wait up to fifteen seconds each time. It would be better to enter everything and then save at once. During the initial setup, I was pretty confused with multiple ways to view the agenda and a poor integration with Outlook that didn't pull the correct project data. Don't think most people don't like it because it's cumbersome, but the statistics are helpful for project managers. But for people who just have to enter data, it's pretty gruesome sometimes.
