From quote to project When a quote is accepted, the project is ready to start. Tasks are structured, budgets are set, and the team is assigned. It works good for me! **Recommendations to others considering PSOHUB.:** I used the quick upsession which was offered to me, that saved me setup time. But think upfront how you want to organize your templates, I was not really prepared for that, so that costed some extra time which we could not use for other maybe interesting topics. But the online help/support is fast, so afterwards I fixed this! **What problems is PSOHUB. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quickly set up my (small) project, track instantly my time and especially, fast and easy invoicing! ### 4. I also find the budget alerts great - it allows me to know sooner than later what is going on. The fact that invoicing is connected to QuickBooks is definitely a PLUS - saves a lot of time. **What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?** I would like to be able to generate a quote directly in PSOhub so that I don't have to use Word. At this moment I am able to attach the document to the project but it would make it much easier to have everything integrated. **Recommendations to others considering PSOHUB.:** I would strongly recommend that they do the Quick Setup session. It is free and it really helps to get into the solution and start working with it. **What problems is PSOHUB. solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have much more visibility on how my projects are doing - everything is in one solution i.e. budget vs time and expenses - all is real-time info. Budget alerts allow me to react faster and adjust if necessary. Time entry is faster especially with the GPS tracking and the retrieval of my calendar. I have cut a lot of admin time - no need to download info to Excell for budget review, etc. - and the integration with QuickBooks has eliminated all the admin time to re-enter the information again for billing. ### 5. I got rid of Asana and Harvest and now have everything i need to manage projects in one place. Also, i would argue that the self-driving time tracking is one of the best features. I cant think of another solution that has anything close to it... **What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?** The only downside is somewhat extensive onboarding and training, esp for people who haven't used project management. software before.
