My company been with PSO Hub for 16 months now, moving from a similar system. The controls are axiomatic and easy to explain to new users, and there are multiple functions for advanced users to work with to unlock greater functionality from the data being collected. Multiple quality-of-life updates are still being developed. Being able to fix billing issues after invoices, for example, causes problems when something is misfiled and our redundant checks don't pick it up until the client asks about it. It gives us one place to manage all our time and tasks, ties all our records to customer contracts, and reveals profit and loss data, by customer. It's basically an ERP system for agency management and selling services - an operating system we can manage the business side of our business around. Before PSOHub we had two of the three primary business systems we needed, plus a collection of smaller, tactical solutions. Now we have all three main business systems! 1) Customer Management (HubSpot), 2) Accounting, and 3) Operations (PSOHub)! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that I would love to see is a bit faster refresh rate on screens during the busier times of day. We're moving fast here and screens need to as well! Their customer service is incredibly responsive and personable. When reaching out to them during Dutch business hours they respond within a min or two. After about 3 PM CST they'll have responded to message as soon as I log in, in the morning.

PSOhub is reasonably new company so they are clearly still working through a few bugs and how best to make the product useful to their customers. We mainly use it for project management (because it's integration with Hubspot) and I think it might not be quote as feature rich as some other platforms, although I'm not experienced enoiugh in Project Management software to know what exactly. You can't decide the order of your projects, either to group multiple projects together or to get internal hours to the top of your list for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their calendar linking function makes hours allocation much faster than our old system. The best part is the system learns based on your calendar titles where the hours should be allocated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the system can be buggy, but they are constantly working to improve & it is effortless to get ahold of them to report the issue. They do follow up with you & really care about customer satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very user friendly: I find that logging my time daily is a process which is both easy and fast. I use the calendar view which I find makes logging hours very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perhaps the requirement for an Admin to manually add me or a colleague to a project. For projects which I have not spent very much time on, but which need to be logged all the same, then this is quite a laborous process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lack some key integration, in particular with Teams, but they're working on them and delivering new integrations on monthly basis.
