The options to manage hours at high level vs the possibilities for detail. It is easy to track your hours during the day, but also allows you to go in and block your stuff at the end of the week. The CSV export makes filtering and sorting this data very easy. **What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?** The lack of a PTO tracker has been an issue. We had to create an internal project as a workaround. The contract line system makes it difficult to manage projects with personnel with varying hourly rates per project. A lot of useful tools and reports are locked behind the Enterprise license, but my company is very small and it is not feasible to upgrade. The site often logs personnel out while they are actively using the time tracker. The browser plug in will stop working when the site logs someone out without warning. My devs went back to toggl track and enter their hours manually in PSO which should be unnecessary. This is one of the biggest complaints. The project plan UI isn't really friendly to non project managers. It is difficult for developers and program directors to navigate and find what they need. The dashboard has information that isn't necessary for everyday ops and some crucial info is missing. It would be great if the dashboards were customizable. **What problems is PSOHUB. solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had hoped that PSO would be a great central place for all of our team members, but it isn't really suited to that. Their onboarding support also streamlines the process of deploying a new system for your business and is intuitive to use with the well populated training aids and support provided. The support is truly amazing. I don't think I can stress this enough. It is difficult as a very small company to have poor support when the platform you depend on to develop your invoices, a businesses' life blood next to the people, is having an issue or you are not sure how to best configure parts of the platform to get the results you need to do what you do best. The PSOHub tech and customer support teams are patient, thorough, and will do everything they can to make sure you leave with your concern addressed and as a satisfied client. **What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?** Every so often there are feature behavior issues, but I don't know if this is really a con because every platform has hiccups every now and again; and as stated their customer support is amazing. It works quite well and we managed to implement our sometimes complicated invoice requirements, which is great. Time Management also is good and we can track everything via the BI-Connection. What I really like is the frequent updates that actually improve the tool. PSOHub is used daily all around the company and our most important tool. The Customer Support is good - especially in the beginning, they changed quite a lot of features for our company. **What do you dislike about PSOHUB.?** The most annoying thing is the lack of a backwards connection to hubspot, so that changes from PSOhub never make their way back to the original deal - controlling is more complicated that way. Also we would love a better capacity planning, but I hope that there will be an update soon. What makes using it complicated sometimes is the imperfect user administration. Unfortunately, having to do it manually is not something we expected! Those tasks frive my daily schedule and the My Tasks feature is really handy. I liked the Google calendar integration a few years ago, but my client asked contractors to not use it since there were issues with consistency. It would be nice if there was better documentation that walked you through the literal steps and what should be built first.
