PSOHub allows us to integrate with our deals created on HubSpot to create a project directly once the agreement has been signed. PSOHub struggles to understand the business model in order to show a true coorelation between the Sales Amount to a client, the Estimated Budget to achieve the project, and the Actuals do not properly populate across the Budget and Actuals correctly. If we cannot resolve this issue, then we will probably not be renewing as we are having to do the same manual reports on the backend of a project to show how well we did. I love that it's a simple platform that provides everything that a small professional services company needs for managing its business. The tool is very intuitive and not overly complex. The user interface feels a bit clunky. The process of entering quote/contract/project items doesn't flow that great, and it feels slow. It's not very responsive. I know it's a relatively new product so we're hoping it grows with us as our business grows. If not I could see us easily outgrowing it, but it's fine for now.
