As with any discipline (sports or fitness as examples), it's all about practice and honing skills through thoughtful repetition. PS Principles provides a framework to act, react, review, and analyze how techniques and engagements are applied. Every experience logged in the program is an opportunity to reflect and identify where a skill improved the delivery of a result, or where we can adjust using specific skills in the future.
